Absolutely awful service- ordered a 16 cookie cake for my husbands birthday on Thursday and pre-paid the full $41.99. They told me to come in on Sunday (today) at 1pm to pick up the cake. I showed up and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS THERE. They never even opened the location. You can see in my photo the one lone stale brownie from the night before. No one answered the phone, and I dont have my cake. Dont buy here unless theyre physically handing it to you on the spot.

The food was really good! Plus a very nice atmosphere at this place. I recommend it. Will visit again.

HORRIBLE ATTENTION.I called to make a order for a cookie cake and the manager on the phone told me TO HURRY UP BECAUSE SHE HAD COSTUMER WAITING!!!! And she wasn’t going to accommodate my needs.THE MANAGER AT THIS STORE IS THE WORSE PERSON I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN COSTUMER SERVICE.She told I was been difficult and couldn’t help me because they didn’t have a website where they could display the decorations of the cake.RUDE AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.

The older Caucasian gentleman that was working tried to sell me old cookies at a discount rate because he didnt not want to grab me fresh cookies. He insisted that I had to purchase the box of older cookies which had random flavors that I am allergic too. I asked if I could purchase a side of frosting and he rudely and loudly said he couldnt do that. He passed me my cookies roughly and walked away from the counter. I would not return to this location. I was Absolutely appalled with his service.

They are lucky Im giving them two stars but its only because I love their cookies. The old man that has worked there forever is the rudest person I have ever encountered. My four year old was coughing while standing in line with me and every time he would look at him and glare even though he was covering with his elbow. Then my little guy was looking at the cookies on display and his hands were on the glass. Im in food service too and I get its probably so exhausting to wipe the glass down at the end of the day *sarcasm* but he yelled at him to take his hands off it. Dont work at a cookie place if you dont want to deal with children. Years ago he yelled at me for leaning on the counter while waiting. Miserable man, find a different profession.

Staff is always fast and helpful, cookies are good. Prices are high though.
