We consulted first with Justin and then Brian Eckert. They were both extremely helpful and patient. We were switching from Verizon and had a lot of questions. We still have a few questions and weve already been back once to ask Brian directly. We will probably have to go back a few more times. We feel secure knowing that both Justin and Brian are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Lourdes at the Holyoke Mall provided outstanding service on a fairly complicated transaction. We transferred our family plan over from Sprint/TMobile to AT&T. Better service quality and we added a line and STILL paid less than before. She was very patient and informative and made the process very easy. We love our new iPhones and unlimited plans!

The salesman who helped me and my wife when we went in was fantastic. He helped us change our plan to save money and get a new phone- with all of this hinging off of paying off my current phone ($235) so I could get a $700 trade in credit towards a new phone. The rep told me to take the phones home to transfer my stuff and as long as we brought the old phone back within 30 days we would get the $700 credit, otherwise it wouldn’t be worth it to do. 12 hours later my wife goes to bring the phone back, and a different rep came to help her since the re we dealt with wasn’t there. This new rep told her the phone we were trading in wasn’t even worth $210 (when I paid it off for $235 the day prior!) and he had no idea where we got this idea we would get $700 for trading it in. My wife got EXTREMELY upset and left. Now we are waiting to go in on a day the rep from the first day is there. The whole point of doing everything we did, everything he TOLD us we should do, was to get this $700 off the new phone. We ended up spending $235 to pay off the old phone, $60 for taxes for the new phone, and $80 on an otterbox and screen protector... and now we’re told we can’t trade in and get the money off we were promised. So frustrating. We’ll see what happens but so far it’s feeling like a rip off!

Salesmen Nate and Simon were phenomenal dudes who helped me with my service. They made sure my needs were met and customer service was 10 out of 10! Recommend everyone to head over to these guys.

I would definitely recommend! Ryan is excellent, and went out of his way to help me. I cant tell you how nice it was to have someone willingly trying to make things easier for me. As customers, we all know that feeling we get when we feel like everything is gonna be an obstacle. Ryan was the total opposite of that. So accommodating and helpful, and extremely competent. Highly recommended; his help was better than what youd hope for customer service to be!

Nate was great, I recommend going to him. Showed up 15 minutes earlier and dealt another representative who refused to hear us and essentially told us to leave. Came back after thinking about it and got Nate. He was extremely welcoming, helped us with deals, and was able to fact check and help us along the way.

Its hard to make a purchase when theres no staff to help you. Waited for about 10 minutes, and then left. No response from the staff as I walked out. See ya!

Today we worked with Nate out of the Holyoke Mall location. He was very informative and eager to assist us and our needs. He answered all our questions and helped us through the process of adding on a tablet to our plan. We did find it very difficult to hear him through the plexiglass barrier in addition to the mask.

Justin, the store’s manager, was extremely helpful to me and my family. He helped out as soon as we got there and answered every single question no matter how many times it was asked. He was very cheerful and knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to what we wanted. In order to set us up with our account, he referred us to Kareem, one of their Sales Consultants. He was very patient with us and he took the time to verify and double check all the information he was putting into the system considering there was a quite a bit of it. We all had a great and easy experience with this location, especially considering the circumstances of everything.If you ever need help with anything, I highly recommend asking for Justin or Kareem.

Update: After numerous calls to Mobility Tech Services& being referred to Apple Tech Support then to the Apple Store for possible warranty replacement of my phone, Apple tech determined there was nothing wrong with my phone, but apparently the first AT&T salesperson I dealt with failed to ACTIVATE my new SIM card that Mobility Tech had authorized. The salesman I dealt with 07/24/2021 fully understood my problem, did not hesitate to replace the inactivated SIM card, activate the new SIM card & ensure my phone was working to my satisfaction before he concluded the encounter! The salesman apologized for the actions of his apparent ex-coworker & Re-instilled the faith & trust that I had developed with this store after having done business at this location for a number of years. I guess there may have been 1 bad apple in the bunch, but it didn’t spoil everyone there!I was sent to the store in the Holyoke Mall in Holyoke, MA by an AT&T Mobility Tech from Tech Services because I received a new iPhone 12 to replace an older iPhone and the new one had a bad SIM card in it on arrival from AT&T. I told the associate what was going on & he told me that there was a $5.00 charge for the replacement, even though the Tech had authorized the replacement & given my account credit to have it replaced, instead of me having to wait for one to be mailed to me. After he “spoke to his manager” which took about 15-20 minutes, because the manager appeared to be talking to another associate about non-work related stuff, the associate came back and said his manager had said OK. The associate had NEVER checked my account to verify my information or the notes the Tech had attached to the account until he finally took me to a counter to replace the SIM card.At first contact, the associate was dismissive & almost rude to me. I’m guessing because he wasn’t going to get any commission for performing an AT&T AUTHORIZED repair to my $1400 brand new iPhone 12Pro... This store is the one that I have spent thousands of dollars buying iPhones, iPads, & accessories. I may have to consider finding a new store that wants to treat EVERY customer with the professionalism & courtesy that AT&T wants for EVERY customer, whether spending thousands of dollars or just simply needing to have a simple question answered or a minor problem fixed..... The replacement took a total of less than 5 minutes and now my iPhone 12Pro now has full functionality, instead of having to rely on a SIM card that limited its capabilities!!

Brian was extremely patient and helpful through the experience of switching service providers and purchasing new phones for a family of four. We are also deciding to give the Streaming service a try. Great customer service!

Went in to see about adding my parents to my plan. Ryan was very attentive and was able to answer all the questions that went along with getting new phones and switching plans. His sense of humor during the transition made the time fly by.

Stay clear of this store and their predatory sales approach , they will lie constantly just to get a sale or to open a new line , will add things to your bill without your consent, 2nd time in less than a year had to call customer service and they automatically threw the employee and the store under the bus and gave us the real answers we needed and had to look over our account since the rep said things looked sketchy when we visited the store , great company and service, just not from this store , hate to group a few actually good sales reps with one in particular sales rep but the fact we had 2 issues and had to clear things up with the phone rep is unacceptable

I had to return my trade-in phone and the sales representative straight out lied to me that they don’t take trade-in phones back in this store. Later on I found out that since it was near closing time and he wanted to just get out. I understand that it was 15 minutes to closing, he could’ve told me come tomorrow instead of misguiding me.
