They take to long to assists me, be side that they dont have none of the item that i want. They have 1000 of TVs, computers, but none of car electronics the shelf are almost empty all the car audio receiver and amp are out of stock gone more that a 3 to 6 months even online. I dont know what its going on with best buy they aways have things but not anymore.

The team is working hard to get back to the new normal. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff is available but they are active in looking for more people and you can see that many services are not available due to short staff at this time. They do post signs and explain- so that helps. They also had an issue with credit cards and had to use a separate system - that made everything go slow when I visited.

Its a great place for electronics and appliances especially if you have a Best Buy credit card. Otherwise if its tax season or you have money to blow its a good place to splurge. I typically check other places for cheaper prices before I settle on Best Buy.

We were getting a new radio installed in my car. And when we arrived the section of the parking garage that you need to go to for the repairs was closed off. It took us forever to find it. And the Customer Service Desk didnt know where we were supposed to go and was not helpful. Its on thr second story of the parking garage. We were not given the proper details or equipment ahead of time by Best Buy, which made things complicated. And when we bought (from Best Buy) all the material we needed and brought it to the shop. Something was missing. It was a whole fiasco. Not a good experience.

Girl that helped us was nice. However, she had no idea what she was doing. I was supposed to get my laptop delivered, however, she put it in as an in-store purchase. We didnt even know until my laptop didnt come in and we had to go online and check. I went to go pick it up, only to find out that now they have to put in delivery again. So now I have to wait again. They couldnt even give me expedited shipping. Usually places try to make up for making mistakes...nope, not best buy. Going to return the laptop. Definitely not worth the hassle, when other places have better customer service.

Recently bought an expensive camera here. They didn’t have the model in stock, so the salesperson set it up to be delivered to my house. What I received was an empty box. When I called Best Buy to have this fixed the representative said they’d most likely get me a new camera (sounds perfect) and that I would hear back in about 24 hours. 2 days later I called again and the man I reached said it would be another 24 hours. Called in 2 more days and spoke to one of the managers. He said it was still under investigation and he couldn’t do anything about it and I couldn’t talk to whoever was doing the investigation. He talked in circles for awhile but at least he did “guarantee” that I would receive a call back or email from someone about the case within 72 hours though. I did not. Guess I just threw $989 into the trash can. Never shopping at Best Buy again.

This place will be lucky if its open a year from now. Nothing in stock, lack of workers. Tried to buy a computer and instead of just having it on the shelf so I can pick it up and take to cashier you have to talk to sales and they had two people and a line of about 6-8 people waiting. No wonder everyone shops on Amazon now.

I’ve had great experiences here over the years and really enjoy visiting the store. The selection of products is great and I really like how they have demo stations setup for you to see a product before you buy it. The employees are nice and there’s a ton of parking right outside so overall this is a solid Best Buy location.

I highly recommend the home consultation services. We had the pleasure of working with Ben Abert. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He was not trying to pressure us to buy items that were not right for us and he followed through to check on us. We were behind the times with our television and audio entertainment. Sadly a business that has never understood the value of customer service. It looked for a while like they were going to get better but they didnt.Its unfortunate because it doesnt have to be the way it is and it could be so much easier but they choose to make life difficult for customers.

Great bestbuy. Its right on the top floor of a great 3 floor mall and it has direct access to the parking lot. They have everything youd expect from a bestbuy and the staff is nice.

By far the worst experience ever.1)My dishwasher was delivered with error codes. I called geek squad to have someone come look at it. I was told there are NO appointments. At all. None. Ever.2)my refrigerator was never delivered. It was rescheduled 3 times. Each day I had to miss work to wait for the delivery. No call. Just a no show every time.Finally after the 4th time I asked for a refund. I still havent gotten my money back.Dont buy from here if you need a delivery.In store staff is great and helpful. Decent product.

No one was available for curbside apparently. I parked, said in the app I am here no one came out. When I went in to pick up, they told me the curbside person was at lunch. What??? No one covers during the lunch time??? Unbelievable, I would have been sitting outside for an hour if I did not go in

This place is often sold out of significant portions of their inventory, or they dont stock/restock regularly. Either way, its strange to walk into a store and see noticable amounts of empty shelf space. More often than not staff is not able to answer technical questions. The store is kept clean, though.

The girl acted like she didnt want a black couple coming in the store unescorted by a salesperson... we were only at this store because the Enfield CT store is closing and not allowing anyone inside... this store is low on inventory so is the chain going out of business soon? Registers not opened and we had to go to customer service desk to check out?

Went in to get a security camera package. The one I wanted wasnt on the shelf. The clerk checked on her computer and said there was one in the store she went and checked the shelves and didnt see one either. she said give me a few minutes and when she came back she had one. The employees are well trained and very knowledgeable, BUT, if they are ever distracted by another patron at the store, they may forget what they were supposed to take care of for you. Just be aware...give them a nudge in the right direction, and they will take care of you!

Im fist going to state that this pertains to Best buy in general, not a certain location. They couldnt install my dishwasher and the installers took it with them so now Im without a washer or a refund. They damaged my house by leaving a water line uncaped, and I cannot get anyone to assist. Ive spent hours on the phone to no avail. Never again.

Went to pick up an item that I ordered online. They emailed me within about 20 minutes that it was ready for pickup. I had the option of having the item brought outside to my car but I chose to go inside and look around for awhile so I picked it up from the service desk. Some staff members greet you at the door and politely inquire about the nature of your visit and then they open up a rope barrier to let you enter the store. I assume this is due to Covid so they can make sure youre wearing a mask 😷 and so they can make sure that the amount of customers doesnt exceed the allowed number. It literally took about 10-15 seconds to get through the checkpoint and they were all friendly. The service desk was located right near the entrance and again the staff was friendly and got the item quickly with no wait or issues of any kind. The store itself was not very busy at all which was nice and they had plenty of great new tech products on display and pretty much everything I was planning to look at or purchase was in stock. Store was clean and the products were in the correct place. I left out a different exit which let you into the 3rd floor of the mall.

Was going to buy a new phone cradle for my car. I found the one I need. I also began looking at Chromebooks. Not knowing my needs I walked over to ask a girl at a counter between the cashouts and Geek Squad. Im guessing customer service. She said she would send someone over. After waiting 15 minutes, and watching this girl ham and egg it with other staff members I simply walked out. Im heading back to Vermont without making any purchases. Its not too far out of my way to swing into Best Buy in tax free West Lebanon, New Hampshire

I was in the Holyoke Bestbuy for apx. six hours the last two days. Right off the bat I wish to state that the staff was friendly, patient, helpful and all together professional. My problem is with the store itself. I had two specific phones in mind and do to issues with my old service carrier we could not get that phone ported. This is really where the frustrations take root. They only had one of the phone I had purchased which had a $150. discount on it. So that deal was now off the table. I looked at six more phones and they were all out of stock. To make matters even more frustrating Bestbuy in Holyoke at least is not accepting phone calls so the only way to reach them was to drive back down the next day to see if the issue with the previous carrier had been resolved...it hadnt so another wasted 20 mile round trip. Again the staff was patient and very helpful but the organization itself was kind of a dumpster fire.

Not sure whats going on at this location but its not a good shopping experience. We were greated by an extremely fast talking nervous young man, not really sure what he told us, but we are adults so I assumed we could manage. Well we couldnt find the price on an item and I cautiously approached a young woman who was frantically cleaning laptops...over and over. I asked if could get someone to help ..she asked if had denied additional services when I entered?? I said I may have but now I have a question. She abruptly told me Id have to get in some line and wait for help?? So evidently they are short staffed, I get that these days .Id prefer to shop online which is what we did. Thanks Amazon your the best. Ps please start having some type of employee code of dress..dreadlocks and neck tattoos and oversized tribal earrings?? Sorry I dont feel like I want purchase advice from someone like that let alone being snapped at because they are stressed about cleaning laptops instead of assisting a customer in a friendly non confrontational way.Leaving this on a positive note, most of the employees here are great, we have never had any issues here before. Always very helpful and pleasant, but evidently covid protocol has been very poorly designed and executed here.

I bought a tablet it was a bad device contacted Samsung Best buy customer service their phone system and customer service said to bring it back to the store. I bring it back to the store they dont have what I bought online in stock. So I wasted my time and Im not supposed to be walking came to the store had to call customer service while in the store and it has to be returned through the mail. Had they answered their phone I would not have come. They dont answer their phones.

Never came out to the curb with curbside pick up. No explanation where to park so I followed the GPS. It brought me to what appeared to be the right place underneath the big Best Buy sign next to the curb. They asked for details where I was and I gave very specific spot. Never came out, store wouldnt answer the phone. Had to go inside. Wait in a line to get in the store and wait in another line to get to customer service. I asked why they didnt come out. They said that was not the normal spot. I said your website did not specify and I followed GPS and parked curbside under the store sign. They were like oh well. Typical Best Buy experience.

Horrible. Waited at the cell phone area literally for no less than 35 min. To pay cash for a cell phone and case. The people at the register ... apparently that transaction was an hour long because it was still in progress when I finally gave up and left. I mentioned that to the girl at the door who was either deaf or couldnt care less. Maybe if they had less secret shoppers worried about theft and more salespeople they could sell more stuff...I had cash. They were more worried about the people applying for credit. ..

This was my first time at this Best Buy. It was tough to actually find the store. Knowing you could see the store from the highway helps you find the store easier. Once there I saw an employee helping someone else. He told me to wait until he was done with the other customer and he would help me. As soon as he was done he helped me with my curbside pickup and advised me how to get back to the highway. I dont know who the employee was but his customer service skills were exemplary. I would go back to that Best Buy because of his customer service skills!

Went to this Best Buy store to do some Christmas shopping and take some pictures of the holiday deals and sales that they have going on right now, also because a lot of there pics on google and Yelp are just horrible!! I got told that it was illegal for me to take any pics in the store with out the rental cops permission, and That I had to immediately delete all the pics that I had taken!! I was only trying to try and help the store out. So I obliged and let them have my phone and delete all the pics that I had taken, even though it is not illegal to take pictures of merchandiseNeedless to say I do NOT and will Not recommend this store to anybody for there lack of big picture thinking!! Also for The rudeness to someone that has only done just a few reviews so far. I was just trying to help them out.

Theres no way to call the Holyoke store they tell you call this National number and a person will direct you or answer your questions and theres no way to get a human there either. You just get taken around amd around to go to their frequently asked questions! Its absolutely frustrating. I followed all the instructions for curbside pickup, received autoreply saying well be out in 4 minutes... I sat in my car for almost half an hour had no acknowledgement beyond system telling me it was delayed. I could never speak to anyone I drove off cancelled the order and wont be ordering from them again anytime soon!
