Very knowledgeable, shipped transmission promptly to the transmission shop 5 states away. Also bought the synthetic fluid for way cheaper than I could get it locally. Would recommend them to my grandma

Incompetent. Sent us wrong transmission, despite the fact that they where given the correct part number. No willingness to fix the situation they created. Stay away from this company!!

John is an awesome guy, I live overseas and Ive contacted him on whatsapp requested some trans parts.Very helpful and knowledgeable and always gets back to you on whatever you need.For sure Ill pass by his shop whenever i travel to the States

OK , I have a Dodge 3500 4x4 with a Cummings diesel. We planed a trip last Nov to Mount Rushmore and was pulling a 38 fifth wheel so i planed on refreshing my trans which had 150,000 miles on it. I checked my local shop and it was 4,000 + for a rebuild. I started doing a search on the web and found JKGJ Transmissions and checked them out. I talked to the owner John and he seemed very honest and sincere about his business so I got a unit from him , unlimited miles, 3 yr warranty . My transmission went out on my truck theres a company out there with a bigger name I tried first called them for 2 days never got a person. So I went to researching and found these guys I called J.K.G.J one time and had my transmission in 4 days very helpful staff very nice and very easy to deal with.
