Great salesman - Should sell cars instead of windows and doors. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company.We were told the whole process would be no longer than 3 months. By the 4th month, I was constantly having to ask for updates with numerous responses of not to worry. The installers finally showed up at our house 2 weeks ago with the wrong color of frames!! I was begged to accept a product that we did not order. I found the attached break metal lying in my yard where the company truck was parked. I have no alternative than to believe that something was shady. Not acceptable, so I was informed that a new order was placed with the manufacturer.Last week, we were proposed with a professional powder coated painting. I visited the facility and decided to give TAI another chance, but asked to see our windows for inspection. I was told that I could see the windows on a Sunday. Then I was told that he did not have keys to the warehouse. Interesting since he is the owner....Today, I was sent to a residential address and was told that the windows were being stored in an employees garage!!! Not only was it dangerous to send a woman to a strangers garage, but EXTREMLY unprofessional.Save yourself, and take your business elsewhere.

He was great! We had another company come out, measure, order the glass and then completely flake out on the job. I called TAI GROUP Impact Windows & Doors and he promptly came out to measure, order and install new glass on a french door. He was prompt, communicated well and did an excellent job. I wouldnt hesitate on using him again. :)

Needed to fix a cracked glass in a double pane window. The tech was able to come by the next day and take measurements and give an estimate right away. He came back two days later with the replacement glass to finish the job. He had to remove part of the wood window sill frame to access the glass but repaired that back up nicely after the main job was done. He was very personable, professional, and quick. Would definitely hire again.

I was searching everywhere to have 9 windows replaced for an old 1950s house. I called this place based on the reviews. Grant was easy to work with; I didnt have the window measurements so I just texted him pictures of the windows. He was there on time and was able to replace all the windows that day. Decent pricing also. Will definitely use again if I need anymore glass replaced!

I want to say that I had the best service with TAI GROUP Impact Windows & Doors last Saturday at my home . I had 21 windows put in all at once. The service techs came in 3 trucks at around 9 am and completed the work around 3:30 pm. I was amazed! and the hauled away my old windows and re-cleaned each area of the home where they work from dust and some debris. Broken windows and the morning was surprisingly chilly. I began making calls and he was fast and reasonably priced. He asked for pictures and mentioned the price and said he would be here in the afternoon. Sure enough he called with a 30 minute ETA and arrived. They were polite, professional and precise. I can relax at home again.

Bad experience overall. Great salesman, bad follow through. Window measurements were wrong, so they broke the structure of the house to fit without pre-warning. The result was a mess as front door had to be replaced, window casings uneven, marble floor cracked and windows do not shut properly. Did not follow through on promises and do not respond to calls. Buyer BEWARE!

I would like to share my personal experience of dealing with this company and it’s owner/manager Moshe. I must admit he’s quite a salesman and somehow made me believe him the job would be done timely and neatly. Promising to have my windows installed over 3 days, repair and touch up paint areas around the window openings and having all of the construction debris removed...Well, first of all it took them 1 month (!) to actually install windows once they were manufactured. Demolition of existing windows was a mess, the crew oftentimes would just break a window and throw it on the ground from an 18 foot height. Installation left caulking line a finger wide (at some places) with the white caulk smears on the walls visible from the ground. It took me endless number of calls to get someone to come finish with touch ups and cleaning, until Moshe decided to come pickup the last payment. Terribly apologizing and swearing to finish the job completely within one week, he picked up the check, three broken screen panels and left us waiting...I guess, I was tricked twice, and it’s for sure a shame on me, for it’s been over 3 weeks since that day and, of course, nobody ever came or called.Save yourself some time, pain and aggravation, - contract someone else

I had a very good experience with TAI GROUP Impact Windows & Doors. They came out to measure and show me the different options. I replaced two windows and also sliding doors for the balcony. The timeline turned out to be as he had predicted, so there were no surprises there, which I appreciated. After the installation, there was a problem with where the brackets ended up for the curtain rod over the frame of the sliding door, and was very responsive. This review is long overdue and I could of sworn Id already done it but evidently not. I needed 24 windows replaced along with the exterior wood trim around the windows. I met with 7 different Window installers and luckily one of those I met was TAI GROUP Impact Windows & Doors. I hadnt seen Anlin windows before but after his demonstration and then another competitor showing off Anlin I was impressed. After a little more research all other windows were out and Anlin windows were my window of choice.TAI GROUP Impact Windows & Doors met the best price I had gotten and his pricing on the exterior wood trim around my new windows was too good to be true but hes a man of his word and what he promised is what I got.. My install was flawless. Oh and no BS they were immaculate. Cleaned up every day. I am forever grateful to TAI GROUP Impact Windows & Doors I refer them whenever someone brings up windows.
