I had actually went there to get a pedicure. The salon is under new management, and from my recent experience, they are doing an excellent job. The pedicure was soothing, but oooo that chair massage was a bonus! It was not a quick process, but it was satisfying. For $ 27 , it was an inexpensive but well worth experience.

It was horrible. The cashier was texting while checking customers out and she let someone come back in the line. I was mad because the line was long and I was waiting for 20 minutes. This person had checked out and their companion was shopping so the cashier told them, yes you can butt the line. I left my groceries and I went to Target. My experience at Target took less than 10 minutes. I am not going there any more.

Curbside sucks wouldve took less time to go in and grab what I needed. Then again.. its walmart

I like shopping at Walmart but there is no love just the convenience.I find almost every I need but some of the cashiers are rude also:I bought something at Walmart and paid with my DEBIT CARD, a debit card is like cash that’s why we people can have cash back yet:When I returned the defected merchandise, the clerk put the money back into my card, it’s very inconvenient because I waited 3 days to get my money back, it’s outrageous. That’s why I give 3 stars.

Unbelievable....after spending 100 dollars on merchandise, I was stopped on the way out by a Walmart employee without proof that I was stealing something, to check my receipt item by item and then realized that I have paid for everything I purchased... This Walmart need to stop the PARANOIAThis is not a third world country.

Yummy food, friendly service. Very casual and relaxing atmosphere. We went after lunch crowd but before the dinner crowd so it wasnt too busy. My son spilled a cup of tea and the waitress didnt fuss about it at all. She was really super nice. The ribs are great, as are the burgers and fish sandwiches. Not expensive considering the portion sizes and deliciousness.

Great prices went to a different store had a product for $10 but went to Walmart they had it for $5.67 awesome

So...went to buy some bike locks. I bought 4 and noticed they rang up $9.96 each even though they are clearly labeled $4.96. Had to wait for a manager. Who eventually told me she would only honor one item because someone, felt like she mentioned me, changed the label and it is wrong. To me it looked like they have not updated their labels appropriately. The good thing is that you can buy them online for $4.96. Dont bother with visiting this store because you will save time, money and no bad experience necessary.

Used to love coming here because theyre always stocked up with great food at a reasonable price. But lately they wont let me go through self checkout even though Im significantly faster by myself than being checked out by someone. The last few times Ive had to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes to checkout at a register while the self check out lines have remained wide open (8 am on a Monday for example). Dont think Ill be coming here anymore simply due to the slow check out registers.

Super busy all time, lines are so long and just a little cashier working, the rest of the cashier are empty. Im counting 20 cashier that its empty.

Great selection/variety....very well stocked... compared to other Walmarts in the area. The sparse shelves were restocked quickly...like the following day....yes I visited alot😀the store was clean and organized lots of staff when I needed assistance....love this store

Store needs to be more organized and better stocked. This store is 5 min away from i house and i dont go because the store is always a mess.

Everything there is really inexpensive and always something thats you need or cant find at a regular grocery store. The pet aisle is next to the fresh foods and has a multitude of items for your favorite family members! Definitely better prices than other supermarkets!

My least favorite location. Parking is almost impossible. Shelves are never stocked. Cant find an employee to help you out with anything. AND Im pretty sure every cart is broken ? 😕

No baskets around. And if you could find one it didnt work right. I had to go back out into the parking lot to find a basket. Then it was so crazy busy. The lines were ridiculous.

The lady restocking the diapers in the baby aisle was rude out of her mind! I was trying to find a size and she rudely approached me and told me not to touch! I wasn’t messing anything up just trying to check a size up on the top shelves I told her not to work if she was gonna be rude she replied “I don’t care “ I walked away and left to target

The best supermarket in the Florida. I get everything from there. Whether its delivery, pay and collect or in store shopping, I get excellent service. The shelves are always stocked, the place is always clean and the staff are very helpful.

Well I didnt think walmart had lawnmower but they did. I didnt think I can find a good price for an expresso coffee maker and they had it both at great prices. Highly Recommend u might be surprised.

The self service registers had long waiting lines. The few registers with actual people working was slow! The cashier appeared to be working at the minimum speed required, slow. Although the pharmacy was fully staff, only one (1) person is there to wait on the people. I will always remember the pharmacist telling me that they only service people in the line after three people are in the line, wow! So I replied that if Im the only one (1) in the line, I dont get served. What a joke!!!

Sometimes the cashiers can give you an attitude. Not very friendly. Not all, but some.

Good selection and prices; terrible customer service. Spent an hour trying to buy a can of spray paint only to be told by multiple staff members that no one had a key to unlock the glass sliding door. The staff manager and much of the staff could care less. Waste of time...

Good, I would’ve given this experience grate however I went at 3 o’clock. At 3 o’clock which is when most shop on lunch in between picking up children from school. So the store was full of shoppers only there were no operable shopping carts in the store. But one of the great things that I found was these Popsicles made from the Outshine brand and the flavor is Mango 🥭 tahini. Soooo good!!!

Not much to say besides the long lines its Walmart.

This Walmart pickup location in Hollywood is the worst. When the associates shop for my order. The associates do not give me the option to approve or deny the Walmart pick substitutes in the app. It just says ready for pick up. As soon as the order is done being prepared. I get a notification to pick it up. Once I arrived at the store and put my parking number. I received a notification saying that I picked up my order. My car was parked and I was still waiting for my items. I should have not received that notification. I did not even get to speak to an associate. When the associate finally came out his name tag read “EVENSON”. I asked EVENSON IF HE CAN TAKE BACK 3 substitute items I didn’t want because it wasn’t organic as I ordered. The associate “EVENSON” said “I can’t do it because the order is picked up” . I told him “why is that because you just came out and the order isn’t in my vehicle”. After that EVENSON took the 3 items I didn’t want and never processed the refund or fixed the order in the app that I didn’t received. I asked if him if I’ll get a refund and he continued to ignore me and put the rest of my purchase in my car and left with the 3 substitute items that I didn’t wanted. He was rude, disrespectful and didn’t care to not charge me for the items I didn’t wanted. “EVENSON” should have never confirmed I picked up an order that was never in my vehicle and that is the problem I have with this Walmart. After that, I had to called the store to speak to a supervisor to get a refund. The supervisor claimed her name was “SHELIA”. I asked the supervisor for a refund of all 3 items that I rejected while I’ll was still in the parking lot. Later I got a notification for a refund for 2 items but not the total 3 items.The associate EVENSON and the supervisor that claims her name is “SHELIA” for the pickup department both can’t do there job right. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Walmart that hires lazy associates and lazy supervisors in the PICK UP department. This is the worst WALMART LOCATION FOR PICK UP. Stay away!!!!!

I love that there is alot of merchandise , anything and everything is available, but no employees to ask questions about products. Hire people. And also mandate mask wear, if you dont want to go bancrupt because of too many deaths.

Avoid going here if possible, store itself Is dirty and unkept, customer service is terrible. Employees hangout talking to family and friends while lines up front are backed up, ask for help getting an item and get told to check for another employee a few iles down, try to get a price match for an identical item from walmart.com and get told by floor manager to order online for pickup and come back tomorrow if you want the online price. Spotted too many items misspriced. If you have an issue, reach out to corporate and make a complaint or this place will never improve.

Great view good service but the food was not great yellow tail snapper was over dry, fish sandwich , just ok, and bbq hamburger was not as good McDonalds one coke,and two limonades $160 ... Very over priced

Ridiculously long check out lines at 8:00 in the evening. So many people that navigating through the crowd was difficult. As bad, or worse than Christmas. With no sales specials.Went looking for two items that Walmart always has. Ha, not this one. Store is not well stocked for the masses of people shopping here.

Am I not ordering from walmart, a corporate multimillion dollar company that staffs thousands of employees, and youre telling me you cant fulfill 1 online order after you dont even bother to stock your own shelves for weeks?? Like I literally had to order a trashcan through your website because you dont even stock them!! Ive never witnessed such a lack of professionalism, but I guess this is what happens when you dont hire people who are willing to do their jobs👎

The store on Rd 7 Hollywood Fl. is a terrible filthy store both inside and outside . The shelves are not well stocked and I keep an eye on the expiration date on items . Most employees look very unhappy and it is reflected when assistance is requested from them. If you like a messy, filthy store with a ghetto ambiance going on ,then this is your store. Me? I rather drive an extra 6 miles a get to a better store.

A 40 minute wait in line to check out. Lines backed up into ladies clothes dept and only 5 registers were open. Where was the manager? Why more lines were not opened. This was a Monday at 4:00 pm. Totally unacceptable!!!

Rude employees. Almost all cashiers closed because all of them are walking around. Managers are worse and dont know their own policies. Joke of a Walmart just like all the others! Go to Target much nicer and friendly employees and unlike walmart actually honor their policies.

This Walmart Supercenter in Hollywood is supposed to open at 6:00am. I arrived there on 8/16 at 5:59am. 6am came and went without anyone coming to unlock the doors for customers. There were other customers besides me waiting to get in. We could see the employees inside the store, but no one bothered to come and unlock the doors to let customers in. Finally at about 6:15am the security guard noticed me and the other customers. He seemed clueless as to what to do next. I held up 6 fingers to indicate that the store should have opened at 6am. He shrugged his shoulders in a confused manner. He finally opened the doors at around 6:17am. The main reason for visiting this Walmart is because I like that they open earlier than the others. However, Im disappointed that they didnt open on time as I was on a tight schedule. This is not acceptable and the store manager should take steps to ensure that it does not happen again. Walmart is a huge operation and should not be operating as if it were some little mom and pop store that doesnt open on time.

The customer service was God awful 😡. I had to ask for a manager 6 times. The worst store I ever saw. It was over lemons. All three signs said 2.98. They Rang up 3.48.: look I know its .50 which is not much. It was the principles of it.

All Wal-Marts are pretty much the same. Useless employees no stock ect.. but this one ranks extremely high on the list of the worse.. employees dont care , you ask them for help they either ignore you or tell you someone should be coming soon. rarely does anything have a price If and again when you ask for help no one shows up the employees are walking around with their cell phones taking selfies is were eating. Dont waste your time here dont give these people your money its not Is worth it

This is a great store. Customers and employees are nice. The only problem with this store is they dont have alot of checkouts open when its busy and they only got one self checkout where others stores have up to 3 self checkout areas. They atleast need another one. They are pretty good about keeping the shelves stocked. They was out of my dog food today. But that usually doesnt happen so it was odd they were out.

Some of the Walmart employees at this location definitely need to put their attitudes in check and be retrained on customer service! There is only 1 or 2 that display common courtesy and respect to the customers! And all you see is managers standing around talking in the store and when you ask them to help you they point you to one of the other workers that are stalking the shelves for doing something while they are standing there carrying on a personal conversation with another manager! It is so sad to see the laziness and the unkindness in this world these days!

My experience was good. Hard to find clothes that fit. Reg size too tight a cross the bust. Reg pants too short. Purchased some blouses in time tru in small. Found some jeggings that fit perfect!

I like that WalMart grocery delivery but whoever they get to deliver do not always have your best interest at heart. Several times they have either delivered to unknown addresses or takes them home, either way, I never received them. You have to keep a close eye on the tracking.

There were no wipes to sanitize the cart handles and all the sanitizer dispensers were empty. The store was packed and there were only three open registers and lines that weaved into the aisles on a Sunday afternoon.

Not so crowded today. My daughter wanted a griddle so I found her one!

Bad experience at Walmart (730pm~830pm on a Thursday) due to a rude associate. She could not answer a simple question without being nasty. Will shop at different hours.

Unfortunately the store has not been very customer friendly. The lines are minimal staffed. AND the customer service is not very helpful.

I just went yesterday to buy my baby some formula and saw a bunch of Gerber liquid formula EXPIRED all the way from 2020, that is horrible. I couldn’t relate it to an employee as there was no one around and I was in a hurry to get home from work to see my baby and telling the cashiers is for nothing they don’t care and don’t do anything. I been trying to call to speak to a manager but I have been in hold for a long time and no response so just decided to post it here to see if this way they decide to do something about it wish I could give 0 stars but I guess it’s not an option. Something like a baby’s formula should be checked regularly for expires, it is the parents responsibility to check but it is also the store’s responsibility. I’m sure if I would of checked other formulas there would have been way more expires. Next time I go if they are still there I will report this since this is a safety issue that can harm a baby.

I ordered online grocery delivery. This is how I received my Advil. They are clearly reselling RETURNED medicine! That is outrageous! I called Walmart customer service, and they told me this was the location it was sent from.

Lets just say some of the cashiers are very unprofessional! They can definitely benefit from some customer service training.

This Walmart has been super busy, with limited staff each time I have visited. The parking situation is questionable, although they do seem to have charging stations for electric cars! The store was poorly stocked although this seems to be a common theme across Walmart stores currently. Additionally, Im not certain if its lack of available staff or poor management, but there has been ridiculously long lines as well. Do not plan on it being a quick visit, lines were 10+ minutes each time Ive been there.

The worst experience with these people, always.When you order grocery pick up, they mark things as out of stock because they are too lazy to look for it. I have walked in and grabbed the missing items 9 out of 10 times.Then, if they give you the wrong item and you try to return it. They yell at you and become offensive. They want you to come back multiple times because THEY are incompetent. It is truly insane. One clerk yelled that I had no common sense because I wanted a credit for items that I needed to exchange and didn’t want to come back multiple times. The items are carried in store, they placed it in my car and I picked up from this location BUT i couldn’t exchange and apparently I lack common sense. LOL.It truly has become such a disgusting place.

Nicely stocked and somewhat clean. ALWAYS Associates in EVERY area of the store stocking and blocking the aisles so makes for somewhat of a difficulty as some of the Associates seem to forget that customers need to shop and get through the aisle so makes navigating difficult and congestive. Yet nice to know they are there if theres a question or otherwise.Check out is somewhat slow as customers are disorganized yet most of the the cashiers are quick so check out is moderately less difficult.Staff is usually professional and kind and have not had any issues other than just lack of informed sometimes but for the most part customer service is a priority and spot on for most of the staff.

I was able to get out of there pretty quick despite all of the foot traffic there. The bra and panties section was in disarray so I couldnt find what I was looking there so Ill try another store. But overall the experience going there today after Christmas was pretty okay. Not overly amazing but not terrible either. Will be back to shop there again.

I love Walmart but alot of their staff have horrible attitude problems. I asked one for help to get a bike down he looked at me and told me he was off the clock and couldnt help me out . Never got no one I had to climb on top of a toy and grab the bike down off the rack mind you all by my self and its not the first time Ive had problems with the staff.. they need better customer service lessons.
