Renovated my 15 years old pool table. A little expensive, but great quality and I loved the final result. I had some hiccups but the warranty and customer service was very impressive. The owner called me directly and they reacted appropriately to fix the issue and make sure that I was 100% satisfied, which I am. Love it!!! I recommend them.

Best experience ever! Our new pool table is beautiful, well constructed and solid. Edgar, Michael and Carlos were very professional, polite, and accommodating to our needs. The pool table was delivered on time and it matched what we expected on every detail. The quality of the materials was topnotch. The attention to detail was ever present. The two gentlemen who came to our house to install the table really knew what they were doing. The quality of the felt was superb (Simonis) and the kit with cues, balls and rack was great. Would recommend and would use again if needed. Great job!

Purchased my table on 9/12/20. It was delivered 10/30/20 with a faulty top cover that wouldnt latch on securely so it would pop up, if you press on it or leaned on it. There was also a small tear in one bench. The sales rep was immediately notified and I sent video showing the damage. He said he did not receive my texts/video so I resent them and called multiple times over the following several weeks. Today is 1/7/21 and I still have not received replacement parts or repair service to the table and bench. There was never a follow up call or courtesy call of any kind from the day I purchased my table, including an estimated time of delivery nor over the many weeks I waited for them to fulfill their warranty requirements. I initiated every follow up call, trying to get an update on when this would be rectified. I left multiple messages and spoke with three different reps at the store and all said, they would get back to me right away. My last call was a two days ago, and still no response. This company requires FULL payment up front and does not give refunds for any reason. So, hopefully noone else needs them after the sale. I give 2 stars because I do like the table, however, there is no customer service after the sale.

Chris and Xavier were terrific. Very friendly and funny, lugging heavy slabs of slate with a smile on their face. They helped clear things out of the way, position the table the right distance from the wall and waited to be sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely use them again for any service needs on the table.

We had the best experience with Billiards Florida. Today they delivered our billiard table, shuffle board table, poker table and dart board. The installers were extremely good and very professional. After they finished, the drawer under the pool table was slightly touching the base of the table when I shut it. They took their time and adjusted it and the problem was fixed. Edgar helped us pick out the tables - he was very patient and professional with us as well. I highly recommend this company!

My wife and I were looking for a compromising solution to our dining room. I wanted a billiard table, she wanted a formal dining room. We thought it wouldnt be possible to find something subtle that matched our decor and taste, especially under 8, but the team at the Southland store worked diligently to identify the perfect fit for us, and better yet, worked within our budget. We purchased the Imperial Penelope table with the formal dining table tops. It included the perfect starter set (cues, balls, chalk, brushes, etc) to get us going. We placed the order and within a month, our table was delivered and installed by their wonderful team. They left our home free of debris and did it without a scratch. This is our first billiard table and we absolutely love it. Weve been playing every night for months now. Its definitely a conversation piece and a great entertainer. Products looked good. Went Sunday to look but they are not open on Sundays. Edited Google and removed Sunday time. Will come back a different day. The window shopping I did it looks like this is a good place to look for pool tables and game machines.
