I had a really great experience here. I had a little emergency. I needed something fixed right away.Stephanie fit me in. The price was really good. And they did an excellent job. Often my experience in this situation would have meant paying through my teeth. But they were very considerate and helpful here. I am very grateful and happy with the work.

Let me start by saying they were very nice and my car was done quickly. My front end needed to be redone, my hood needed to be repainted and my driver door. At the time I picked it up it seemed fine but a year later the paint literally peeled off. Unfortunately, I moved 4 hours away and couldn’t bring it back and leave it to be redone for a couple of weeks. I called my insurance company and they agreed to find a new place to repair it. When I took it to the new place they were shocked! They pointed out the front end wasn’t properly installed and couldn’t believe how bad the paint job was. They were actually reluctant to even try to fix it but agreed. I have to re-pay my deductible to have everything they did fixed. Maybe it was a one off but it was really bad.

Its been a few years since the work was done. We had a SLK320 worked on and this place re-installed the emblem on wrong as SLK230 (instead of 320) and superglued the letters back on which is a total no no. The new repair shop in Michigan could not removed the emblem without huge problems and expense. They have also indicated that the body work was done terribly and now rust is reappearing where the body work was performed. This shop made a critical mistake and did shoddy work. Buyer Beware!

They repaired my car with 3 days! It was fantastic! The work was professional and very well done! Highly skilled! They gave me a competitive price in comparison to the other quotes I received. My car looks brand new! They did an awesome job repairing my front end damage! The receptionist (Lilly) was quick to respond and kept me updated at all times. After picking the car up, I reported an issue with the A/C and within a day, they corrected it. It was an awesome experience. I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately I dont have anything good to say about their service. I brought my car to get an estimate, we agreed on the price, and when I brought the car in I was given a specific day by which the car was supposed to be ready. To be fair I must add that I was told that there may be a delay for a day or two because they were.very busy. On the day my car was supposed to be ready I called all day and nobody even bothered to pick up the phone. Finally I just drove down to see what was going on and found out that they have not even started to work on my car. On top of that I was told that they cant honor the price that they gave me before and would have to charge me $1100 extra on top of what we originally agreed on. Obviously I did not agree to that and took my business some place else, and Im never coming back to this place for sure.

They had my vehicle for 5 days extra. They didnt fix all the work they were hired for. They messed with my personal belongings and left a huge coat of wax on my truck worst experience ever. They left paint all over my windshield and now they are ignoring me.

High Tech was incredible after I was rear ended. Lili was very friendly and made sure I got my car on the day it was most convenient for me. After going thru the headache of an accident, i dropped my 2018 toyota camry off as i was referred by a friend and was recieved by a very helpful staff. Vehicle was dropped off, they contacted my insurance , facilitated me with a rental and a week and some days later got a call to pick up my car. They guided me thru the whole walk around process and explain in details everything that was done . Highly recommended body shop with honest , reliable , professional and detailed staff.
