Bought a 2010 Mercedes-Benz E350 from them on April the 16th. Car was running great for one week went for a inspection car would not pass the rear brake lines were leaking fluid only when abs system was activated 1700 fix. The nightmare only continued the mechanic cars 4 you gave me to give me a better price only wanted to get more telling me the whole brake system needed to be replaced. Never called him again took the car to a trusted mechanic and got the brake lines fixed only to find out wrong brake pads wrong rotors all had to be replaced. So a day later car goes into limp mode had it towed to Mercedes-Benz transmission shot 7000.00 repair I said nope going to chop the car up and sell the car for parts. End result is sold the car in its parts for a total of 12,000.00 and bought a 2010 Mercedes-Benz E350 that had more features and push to start from Jeep on 441 and Sterling for 9 grand. I suspect that the cars that cars 4 you buys come from auctions they don’t fix the cars at all they just mark the up after they clean them up and sell them. Things you might want to take with you is BlueDriver it’s a Bluetooth code scanner it pulls the vin and does a entire check of all systems. I found out the hard way, but the car itself kept record it’s codes that were cleared prior to me buying it. They honestly pulled a fast one by clearing the cars codes, but the never cleared the cars logs of the codes. I no longer consider this establishment Honest, and would NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN. I will be happy when lemon laws start applying to used cars and maybe their business practices will change. Overall the buying experience is great you get the attention but after you buy they will soon disappear on you first sign of dissatisfaction.

If I could give a 0 I would. Dont purchase from here. I purchased a Prius from here and the sales person literally took advantage of my lack of knowledge. He reset the computer in front of me and said that it would reset the display that kept blacking out. It did, in fact, reset it, but it needed to be replaced and that was not disclosed. He also failed to disclose that the break sensors were not working and it was on the report that was given by the dealer. When told we wanted to return the car, he would not take it back, giving us the run around. Please stay away and go to a more reputable dealer. Dont let the high stars fool you.

Worse experience I EVER HAD in my life with a car dealership. A car with major under hood problems. 2 1/2 weeks later engine PROBLEMS, within 21 days I spent 600 to fix problems on it. Stressful. Bought a car here. I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase a car here. The quality of the car will cost you lots of money in repairs. I made a 2000 down payment in october and made every single payment on time. I was sick with diabetes, with severe vision interruptions, and eruptive xanthomatosis which is so severe at times i have to just yell and cry for jesus. The medications were not working i had to rush to the islands for treatment. My payment was due on the 26th i call to pay on the 27th sean stated he was busy on the 27th. ( he refused to accept my payment then ) when i was about to board my flight to jamaica i called him told him i must make this payment and advised i will be traveling he decline stating he is busy. I was under treatment had no access to the internet or my phone they stated they were calling me but sean was definitely aware i was away ill. 8 days later they repo the car interrupted a very important doctors visit and sean was rude beyond measure even hanging up on me and i was not even rude or obstreporous. I called to redeem the vehicle they alleged it was a holiday not sure what holiday that was at that time. I cant miss any doctors appointments so i went and bought a brand new car. These buy here pay here places are questionable they wait until you are almost done paying for the car then they take it and resell it so they make double money. I hope the consumer protection commission steps in soon as well as the florida state attorney general on behalf of consumers like me. Please dont follow the hype or paid reviews go somewhere else. Run for your life. No loyalty, respect or quality of product is available here.

I purchased a 2005 Nissan Murano on 10/2016 from Gabriel and Amir. What was sold to me was a ticking timebomb that I have already had to invest $2500 in repairs out of my own pocket, with no mercy from them. From the motor mounts being damaged, to having two crack valve covers, a malfunctioning driver side door, and now the transmission differential is failing. I still have 2 years left of payments and nothing but grief from their deceit. Thank you, crooks!

FOR YOUR OWN SAFETYWARNING BAD BUSINESS HAZARD.A few months ago, a family member of mine purchased a 2003 BMW325 from this business. Amir, the owner lied about the condition of the vehicle and Upon first inspection by a licensed BMW dealership, we were informed this vehicle was unsafe for the road due to extreme wear on the A- Arms of the suspension, lower tie rods and the bushings of the front wheel suspension/steering. Ignition coils and many engine components were also in the red and had to be repaired/replaced. Consistent issues with the coolant system also affected the vehicle.At the dealership, it was also observed that a headlight was not working.Now let me tell you about customer service from their management.Amir is a hot headed, short tempered, loud and rude salesman.While waiting to be attended, he ignored a customer to interact with some friends who came to visit. He barks orders from his office expecting his employees to hear him from 30 feet away, while were sitting in front of him. Not very professional.Another instance of unusual professionalism was observed while at this business when we overheard Laura (assistant manager) talking to another employee about not wanting the customers to find out if theres something seriously wrong happening to the cars.After we got the car, Amir had yet to fulfill his promise of repairing the AC and an inoperable window. We tried many times to call them and arrange for appointments. Amir said he would call us back and never did which forced us to continue calling. One call resulted in someone named Alexandria answering the phone, though this person sounded exactly like Laura and essentially stalled for Amir some more.Another instance, we were informed that Amir was making a trip to Israel, so we went to his business when he said he would be in Israel, no surprise: he was there and appeared embarrassed.If a No Stars rating existed I would have selected that.PLEASE for your own safety and peace of mind: DO NOT give this dealership your business, money and time.Dont make the mistake we made.
