This team here answered 1 hour and a half of questions. My salesperson really took his time with me. I went in and put a deposit in a 2022 gp1800. I really wanted a jetski, so I bought a used 2021 fx cruiser for a unbeatable price. They got me in and out with the financing and the warranty and maintenance options. I am one happy customer. Honestly, I went in with the idea that I could buy a bike but mostly I was just looking. Then I met, Ami. Ami(Amos) advised that the bike I wanted had been sold but quickly suggested 2 other bikes that were very similar. Then he went to work making it happen!!! Seeing he, Gene, and the financial manager work for my deal was absolutely astonishing. I must have thanked Ami (and gave him fist bumps) like 50 times but I was so happy at how he treated me. Sales service makes all the difference when making a vehicle purchase, and we must acknowledge Austin Berians benchmark of excellence. Austin sold us our 2020 Polaris product in June of this year and made the entire process comfortable and relaxing, with no high-pressure sales tactics, up-selling, or other nonsense. Special thanks to Fabin, the sales manager also went thru great efforts to locate the exact unit we wanted. Both were fantastic to deal with, and we cannot say enough good things about their excellent communication and follow up throughout the entire process.While the sales teams are indeed fantastic, the service department is less than what one would call stellar. Few weeks after purchase, I met with Anthony & Brent regarding a promotional offer needing clarification and how to redeem it. I was promised a return call back by the end of that very day that never happened. Over the span of a few weeks, I called several times, sent several text messages thru dealer communication platform, sent a few emails, and not a single follow up, not even one time hard to believe but true. Based on the service departments lackluster communication practices, we decided to cancel the purchased extended service contract serviced by the selling dealership. The inexcusable customer service is one we care not to experience more than once; we will seek service assistance elsewhere moving forward for our vehicle maintenance needs; this is not how you treat customers post-sale.

I should have listened to the reviews I am only writing one in hope I cant prevent someone else from experiencing the WORST customer service of their life. Took my jetski for a routine maintence and it took 3 weeks, I also wanted a check up and they took the same time just to send me an estimate and let me tell you the prices through the roof. When they finally call me to pick up it took them an hour to give it to me. Stay away.

The worse customer service don’t buy part in the part department I bought 2 slingshot and need extra part like 6 month ago and the my tell you the part will be here in 5 to 7 day and end up been 20 days to get the part they tell you the same story is in California they getting it from another store so I try another guy in the part department Oliver Valero to buy para for my Yamaha boat and he did the same always some excuse they want you to buy the part with them and after they give you the run around it will be so nice if I after he told me my part will be in the store 5 to 7 day he knowing that was not going to happen he could call me and told me that it will take a additional 15 more day just for them to ship it instead of making me wait I normally buy part for all my toys never against will buy nothing from Broward Motorsport of davie Hollywood 2 time I won’t let this happen again thanks for making me wait for nothing

This is the WORST SHOP EVERRRR!!!!!Don’t come here to fix the your motorcycle.You can tell them the problem with your bike and they will tell you it’s something else. Make you pay for the other stuff and let you leave with ur bike still not fixed and with the same problem u first came there for.

Ive had work done at this place years ago and I will say they did good work. But the last couple times Ive been there, I wasnt even acknowledged when I walked through the door. Everyone was not busy at all. I looked around for a while, and Noone asked me if I needed help. Not the type of place I would want to spend my money. I guess if you only need an oil change, this is your place.

I got a 2021 1000r outlander max limited. My bike sat at Riva for six weeks and they had no clue what was wrong with her. I took it to Austin at broward motor sports service department. I dropped the bike off at 9:30 in the morning and Austin called me just a few hours later to let me know my bike was ready. I highly recommend anyone doing any research on dealers, stop wasting you’re time and jet to broward motor sports. I recently purchase a Maverick X3 Turbo RR it has been my awesome, super fast, very very cool hut recently I start listening to a clicking noise every time I pass by a bump, I call in the stor and Austin answer the phone ( extremely friendly and he had like a happy voice) I told him about my problem then the schedule me a appointment came in drop of the side by side a week later they current replicate the noise or issue that it was having, them came in again and Austin came out ask me what was going on I explain what happen he was very helpful, he told me it was a issue that I will know how to fix long story short they fix the issue and Im a very very happy customer! Used to work at this place while I was getting my graphics career started. Met some really cool people and coworkers. The bossman Sam was my favorite because hed never get in your way. Unfortunately the employees (aside from top 3 salesman) are always underpaid.. I wouldve made a better salary at mcdonalds for $15 an hour. The sales managers were always shady and couldnt type a darn thing despite being infront of a screen for 8+ hours a day. Always some kind of fued going on between coworkers. Ideas and improvements never get to the right ears. Weird place lol.

My name is Phil ferrini. So where do I begin. Well I filled out the financial application at Broward Motorsports Hollywood. I had a gentleman by the name of Albert call me back and said that he didnt know what bike I wanted. Told him I wanted a Kawasaki Vulcan s he told me that theyre not in stock and I said that Im a big guy looking for an entry level cruiser. he offered me a completely different style bike which I wasnt interested in.Next day they do a hard inquiry on my credit when they didnt even have the bike in stock! I didnt hear from them for a few days and then texted Albert if they could get me a deal done on the Kawasaki Vulcan 900 that they have at their fort Lauderdale location. I figured at this point they hit my credit so I might as well try to work with them. His response to me is Ill check that outand after about a week I never heard anything. They actually had a Honda Shadow that I was interested in but I didnt even bother to try to contact this guy to get any information because hes so unresponsive.Needless to say I went to a different dealership and got the bike that I wanted and they had me insured registered and ready to go within 24 hours. Im in sales and I can tell you that if I have a customer with decent credit cash in hand and wants to buy something Im going to make sure that I stay in contact and try to help them anyway I can.This guy could care less and acted like he didnt need or want my business. I was flabbergasted and quite frankly Ive never seen anything like it.

I needed some warranty service work done on my 2021 Sea-Doo Fishpro and because of COVID-19 where I bought my Sea-Doo they told me that if I brought it in there they would not be able to get to it for 5 weeks. I could not be without my PWC for 5 weeks. I called BROWARD Motorsports and spoke with Melissa she told me they could get to it in a couple of days, I took my PWC to them on a Saturday spoke with the Service Manger Brent and they diagnosed the problem, had the parts a week later and even found out that my PWC was under a recall and they fixed that as well. I got my PWC back in about two weeks. They promised and delivered on their promise so Great experience, Great Service Team members. If I need anything Sea-Doo related I will definitely always go to Broward Motorsports. Thank you.

I went to buy parts. The seller had very bad attitude and charged me more than the price on their website. When I asked the cashier (she was very polite and friendly - that is why I give them 2 stars) she sent me back to the seller. In the end I got the refund but lost extra 30 minutes. I will avoid this shop in the future. They dont care about their customers.
