Staff was very pleasant and helpful when I first went in the store. I chose a Harman 52i insert. The unit wasn’t in stock so they ordered it for me. The unit arrived quicker than expected, and they notified me promptly.. had it delivered, and they brought it into my house 475 lbs!!!! I did the install myself, and was very happy with the whole experience.I would recommend this company to anyone needing a stove or parts. They have always been there for me.

We worked with Hearthside to convert our existing wood burning fireplace to a gas insert and, in short, it was an outstanding experience. Due to the age and condition of our home, the job was a bit complicated and every phase of the project -- from sales to the installation - was done with excellence, broad knowledge, professionalism, and good cheer. Moving forward, we will only use Hearthside for any of our fireplace, grilling, etc. needs -- the entire team is awesome!

We had a great experience shopping for our new grill at Hearthside in Holliston. The product knowledge of the sales person was impressive, and the personal attention was appreciated and not off putting in the least. Hearthside not only assembled our grill and delivered it within a few days, they also took our old grill off our hands all at no additional cost. We know that if we have any questions about, or problems with the grill in the future, they will be more than happy to assist us. It was a pleasure doing business with a smaller business where we felt like we mattered rather than a huge retailer.

Just had the Dream play set installed. The sales rep and installation crew were great. The play set is very solid and I am very happy with the construction and safety features. The play set was on back order from the manufacturer, but Josh in sales was quickly to respond to my emails requesting an update. I highly recommend.

Great service, Great people!I recently had my fireplace serviced by Scott at Hearthside Holliston. Scott was so nice, helpful and efficient during the whole process. I especially appreciate the time he took to explain the fireplace to me (its an older unit but its new to me) and how to use it, etc. Although Ive been a home owner for years, Im constantly learning new things about home repairs/management. I havent always had positive experiences when people come over to fix things. But Scott was wonderful - answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly without making me feel like I wasnt intelligent.I highly recommend Hearthside, they do great work and their team is fantastic!

Amazing all around. We replaced a wood burning monster with a awesome Jotul gas fireplace. Josh and Sharon were amazing in helping us throughout the process. Even as we ran into unexpected challenges, they were there every step of the way. Patience, expertise, and kindness, youll find it all there.

Had a great experience purchasing and installing a swingset with Hearthside. All of my questions got answered quickly by Josh. Install was quick and efficient. There were a couple delays from the supplier with certain parts but Hearthside gave me temporary pieces so we were still able to fully use the set while waiting for the supplier delivery.

Bought a wood stove fan and it never worked. I’ve called several times and left messages without a response.Stay away!Response to owner: thanks for responding but not asking how you can remediate the problem and then complaining how tough it is doesnt help either.

I first found out about Hearthside Fireplace & Patio on Facebook in April of 2020. I was interested in one of their Caldera Hot Tubs display models that they were selling at the time. I talked to Sean and he answered all of the questions that I had before I decided to go to their showroom to look at it in person. I stopped by the Holliston store after work in April and I was impressed by every employee in the store practicing social distancing, wearing masks, etc. during the peak of COVID-19. I looked at the hot tub in person and it was everything that I was told it was before I got there. The salesperson was very friendly and answered all of my questions that I had about the Caldera Spas. The salesperson was not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the same display model a few days later. Josh came to my house to perform a pre-delivery site survey and drop off the electrical service panel a few days after that. A couple of weeks later, the Hearthside Service team came to delivery my new hot tub and install all of the accessories on it. They were all very friendly and cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving. I have had a very positive experience with the purchase and delivery of my new Caldera Spa and highly recommend Hearthside Fireplace & Patio!I can also highly recommend the Service Team over at Hearthside as well. I have had a couple of issues with the my new spa, but that was to be expected as it was a display model and a couple of years old. The technician that comes here is very friendly and always leaves everything exactly as he found it and cleans up prior to leaving. I recently had an issue with the Topside Control Panel on my hot tub which was causing the hot tub to shutdown and the temperature has been below freezing. The heater was unable to operate due to the faulty control panel and I was worried that the water inside of the hot tub and plumbing would freeze leading to more problems. Hearthside was able to get a technician in within the same week to figure out what was causing the issue and what they needed to order. Hearthside then ordered the part and was back here to replace it only a couple of business days later. The hot tub is now good as new. I am very impressed with their service and response. Hearthside was able to expedite the shipping on the new part that I needed even during the COVID-19 pandemic and they were also able to get the technician back here to replace it as soon as it came in.When you are purchasing a new hot tub/spa you want to make sure that the dealer is going to service it after you purchase it as they are the ones that honor the manufacturers warranty. I can safely say that Hearthside will service your hot tub and honor the manufacturers warranty if needed.If youre looking for a new hot tub, I would not hesitate to checkout a Caldera Spa at any of Hearthsides locations!

If you research wood stove companies or talk with any sweeps there are not many, if any, that have a positive rating...except Hearthside! My experience was excellent, from their patience with me while I figured out via multiple emails what the right insert was for me, ensuring it would fit, and clarifying my invoice and the extra benefits they provide as a Jotul reseller (thank you Lee!). Trust is the key with a large purchase like this and I trust these guys!

From start to finish, our experience looking for and purchasing an electric linear fireplace with crystals at Hearthside was excellent. We interacted almost completely with Sharon, who helped us think through and visualize our options within some challenging conditions, including placement advice after seeing photos in email exchanges.The fireplace we ordered had some shipping damage and we also realized we needed a larger unit. We were able to reorder from another manufacturer without any problem--and they nicely gave us the same discount wed had, though the sale was over.Everyone we came in contact with there was friendly. We noticed how Sharon gave her good-humored and helpful attention to each customer, but also respected our need to talk things over and wander around.After reading comments about customer service and other issues with a number of other dealers closer to us, we decided to try Hearthside, which isnt far from 495 in Holliston and it was definitely worth the drive.

Had a tremendous experience with the folks at En-R-Gy savers. Their customer service is best in the area, they gave us space to work through our home-improvement process, answered all of our questions - over repeat visits - and gave a us a great price on the install and the Unit. We ultimately went with the Jotul GI450, which looked small at first, but was a perfect fit for our room and aesthetic. Installation was great, well scheduled, and thorough. Also compelled by their soup to nuts service warranty.All told, great product, fantastic service, and post-install support you want for the price of these appliances.
