They have a breakfast so big I shared half with my wife and still could not finish it. 3 eggs, two pancakes, toast, sausage, bacon, ham and home fries!
Really enjoyed having breakfast here. It was open early and you had the choice of eating outside or in the dinning room. The staff was very friendly and the food was quite good. We will most certainly stop here again when we are in the area.
The Averill House Vineyard team love to strategize over breakfast and the Market Place Dinner puts out the best!

Great food and great small local spot to grab breakfast or lunch. They are often not too crowded as the staff are friendly and efficient. I say this because the other choice for breakfast in town is hit or miss, sometimes food can take an hour to come out which really puts a damper on any morning plans. Never the case here, and I think the food is better. I love their morning glory muffins, and they always have a great selection of specials for the day. My husband likes trying the different pancake or French Toast fillings they have on the special board.

New fav breakfast place. I had been faithfully going to Hollis Country Kitchen weekly, but since they arent open Mondays and Tuesdays, we tried going here for breakfast. MUCH tastier homemade cornbeef hash than Hollis Country Kitchen. The staff asked if we wanted onions in my wifes homefrys, which she didnt, so she was thankful for the ingredient awareness there. This will be our new weekly breakfast stop to go. Well done Market Place Diner!

Fantastic food, friendly service, and everything I come to expect from my childhood hometown. I had not been to Hollis since 1989 and my visit to the diner was just what I needed. It brought back great memories from my youth, and that is what great diners, food, and people do, bring you back to a simpler time. Great time.
Food is fantastic. They make all to order so either call it in or be ready to wait a couple of minutes, but well worth the wait.

This place is very nice and has a small town charm to it. It doesnt feel fake or like its trying too hard. Food is good for the most part, but things tend to be a bit overcooked. On multiple occasions I receive eggs a bit too cooked for my liking. It doesnt stop me coming back though.

Always clean, food great, prices good. Staff is polite, attentive. and leaves you alone (good thing). Eaten here often, mostly breakfast but lunch is good too. Fried clams are great, good price for the money.

Personable staff. Good service. Good portions. I never leave hungry. No wonder my 78 year old Dad makes A 50 minute trek every week for breakfast.( Granted he he drives 20 under the speed limit but thats another story) Ive tried several specials and all were delicious. Try the homemade hash and anything on the daily specials board.
Me and Sanford Crittenden stopped by here on the way to the Pride Parade in Boston. We had some yummy sausages and then came the chowder! Good stuff. True to NE.
