Good selection staff seemed to know it all before asking questions. Im a new grower plants are looking a bit rubbish so I went there looking for a few answers and just left with a bad taste in my mouth.After the response of the owner Id elaborate a bit. I went in asking to help my roots develope better and he brought be from cal mag to the Cyco line up and said Dr Green earth and the way your growing isnt correct hence the know it all. Photosynthesis plus and mammoth pee are products I was mislead away from for a whole lineup of nute. Thank you owner for your backlash as well.

This is a COVID Catastrophe Zone. People walking in and out not wearing masks. Staff not wearing masks. A very jive plastic shield between cashier and customer except for the area where the exchange of money takes place! Really we’re in a pandemic and the management just doesn’t care about your health or his staff.

If using debit/credit they charge YOU the convenience fee. Their pricing isnt competitive with other stores in the area. Highly recommended visiting Horizen Hydroponics in Grand Rapids. You wont be dissapointed.

Amazing customer service and product knowledge. They drew me a diagram to help me set my DWC system up and I did it just fine and all on my own. The only thing I would say about this place is that so far from what Ive experience personally their pumps arent the greatest quality. I bought one that could easily support a 12 bucket system and it started leaking the first day. I put a tiny bit of silicon on the spot it had been leaking (location clearly made this a manufacturing error). I could peel it off and bring it back in to them to return but the person on the phone said if there was already silicone on it-it was automatically not returnable. Understandable-however not only did I have the leak in the pump but once I got the leak fixed it started running just fine for about 5 min then the stream of water going back to the control slows down to about a drip for a good 10 seconds and then kicks back up again. Its a pain. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 because these guys and their knowledge and amazing customer service make up for the pump just about 10 fold. All of their other products are great quality too.

Verry helpful they helped me diagnose a miss diagnosed deficiency.....3 weeks later all I am seeing his green!!!!! Awesome job and thanks! Really friendly and they have a smoothie bar for everyone!Now for the down side and the only reason they didnt get a 5. Although there was some decent deals like on the coco brick, some of there stuff (especially the big stuff) was priced a little high.I will definitely be back again! And check it out.And p.s. if u r reading this still and was wondering why I didnt mention (Torched). Well did u see why my favorite grow store only gets a 4 star! Ridiculously Expensive!
