Kilwins has the best ice cream. And the waffle bowls and cones taste as good as they smell! A family friendly place, I’m so glad that we stopped at this shop on our trip. I hope to stop here again next year!

Coffee ice cream is my favorite, but it’s hard to find a good one from the grocery store. Kilwin’s cappuccino chip ice cream is possibly the best coffee ice cream I’ve ever had. And the all American two berry pie that they have time to time is a rival!! So so delicious.

Nice selection of truffles, large variety of ice cream, owner and staff are very friendly.

Amazing service. Best waffle cones on the planet. Chocolate cappuccino brings it home. The only thing that could improve the experience would be free refills.

Deliciously huge douple scoop waffle cone, all original flavours by the company. It definitely hit the spot and then some. It also had such great customer service, everyone was so sweet and kind. Definitely recommend!

Just came from Kilwins, about half of the patrons were not wearing masks. There was no signage requiring masks. When I inquired about their policy an employees said they “recommend” not require masks.It was crowded and there was no established flow for a line either. While we were there one of the patrons sneezed while inside. They were also out of several popular flavors. All of this was disappointing to me. The only deduction I can make is that Kilwins is more interested in making money then the safety of their customers. Sad...

Quality fudge, dipped fruit, pralines, and ice cream. You get what you pay for.

Kilwins is a cornerstone in many vacation spots throughout Michigan, and Hollands location upholds what you expect in quality and service. I really enjoy their caramels! If theres a line, theres a reason... Worth the wait!

The smell just walking in is sooooo good. We had ice cream and it did not disappoint. The toasted marshmallow smore was impressive.

Awesome ice creams!

We live in Arkansas and when we get back to Michigan we try and stop here for our chocolate!!!!! We love the apples and really would love a Kilwins close to us. The owner and staff are wonderful and very helpful. Had an issue about a year ago with some apples that we had bought and was trying to bring them back to Arkansas and they didnt quite make the trip. We just made a trip back to Michigan for a visit and the owner MORE than made it up to us for our previous visit. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The sweet scent that comes out of Kilwins encourages a Pavlovian drool response but my god, the price for an ice cream.

Kilwins Holland is a wonderful place to visit if youre looking for delicious treats! I was able to get several Christmas presents & a little test for myself for a fair price. Their chocolates are absolutely delicious! Will definitely be visiting again!

Went with my small group and it smelled good. The marshmallow and Smores, cookies and Cream, Holland Mud, and Sea Salt Caramel are really good. Decent prices and great quality.

Cute little shop. I liked that you could see candymakers working. A bit pricey, but our fudge was delicious. Great experience. We took advantage of a buy 2 get 1 free deal with the fudge.

The ice cream here is phenomenal! We stopped by for a late night snack on a Friday. Service was super fast. I had cake batter ice cream in a waffle cone. Definitely a little expensive, but worth it.

Got there at peak time of Saturday and the entire staff was doing amazing! It was all hands on deck to get everyone’s order filled as quickly as possible. The service was as friendly as ever. The ice cream is always amazing (especially the quality waffle cones) but the smores ice cream is the best I’ve ever had!

The chocolate I choose was really good.

Often busy and screaming children but theres no avoiding that when ice cream is involved. There were 2 vegan sorbet options, I had the lemon and it was delicious. My bf had turtle cheesecake ice cream and he loved it. Theyre not cheap but they are worth it.

If you enjoy days old, stale fudge then this place is for you! Also their special was buy 2 slices and get one free. Nope. Charged us for all three slices.

Hilariously overpriced ice cream thats... fine? I mean, its not bad, but seriously not worth $7 or whatever. They do have a deal on Wednesdays for buy-one-get-one-free cones. That would make it reasonably priced. Otherwise... Go to Captain Sundae instead.

We visited on a very busy day, it was Parade day for the Holland Tulip Festival. But they had lots of staff on hand to handle the overload. I didnt get any fudge but we all got ice cream cones of different flavors and everyone liked their cone.

Dont go here hungry! You will buy too much! Oh so good!

Its a special place, not an everyday place that can get very crowded inside and out. The price for a cone is ridiculous but youll pay it anyway, same for the fudge (but fudge is not cheap anywhere). Its all part of the downtown experience. This is a strategically placed franchise store
