Poor customer service, Elder lady in the back was extremely rude with an attitude and she quickly snagged my boots up when I told her I was going to keep looking. I asked her a question and she said if I looked then I would have known

Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous. There are not enough good things I can say as to my experience here, these people know customer service and do it right. Both locations are filled with knowledgeable and friendly staff who can help you with all your work clothes, PPE, and safety needs. Youd be crazy NOT to go there.This place ranks high on my definitely recommended places.

I went there mainly for my scrubs but left with that and some outer wear. The ladies there are extremely helpful and have great attitudes. They dont just wait for you to ask questions they come out and ask if you need help and give you more details on things. Bottom line , extremely helpful , extremely pleasant. Its great to know that I dont have to drive outside of Holland for my scrubs and have such amazing customer service.

Dont buy a pair of boots there. They do not stand behind the product they sell. To be a return they said, boots have to be sent beck to the manufacturer and checked for defects. And if no defects are seen they are sent back and you have to pick them back up. All I wanted to do was return a pair of boots the insoles kept slipping down and extremely uncomfortable. A 200 dollar pair of boots. Just wanted to return and purchase a different pair from them of course. Now I will be throwing those boots in the trash and taking my business elsewhere.

Love this place for scrubs!!

My husband and I found this little gem of a store by accident today. They have a great selection of reasonably priced Carhartt coveralls, jackets, safety glasses, hard hats, work boots! (Composite toe boots, too!). They even had some cute womens Carhartt jackets! Also they had nursing scrubs that were cute. We are definitely going back!! Friendly service, good selection, reasonably priced.

Staff was more than helpful and plenty of quality products! It wasnt the first time that I was there and definitely wont be the last .

Great place, when I was talking about how fast I through steel toes, they went out of their way to get me cheaper shoes and any discounts on them.

Great place to pickup your outerwear, footwear and safety supplies. The customer service personnel was a great help in helping me find what I needed.

Help was fair to below average..Malia Ive worked with in the past was there 20+ years the new helpers didnt have a clue for items...I needed insoles for my boots and side shields for my glasses..Not friendly and they werent sure about my product!Wont go back!

Very good customer service. Newer lady was checking me out. Messed up. They where quick to fix their mistake. Even got a pair of gloves on them and an extra discount on my jacket.

Staff was very helpful in locating an item they did not have in stock at another store and having it shipped over for me.
