Shawn is awesome - super patient, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I had no idea what my foot measurements were or what kind of walking/running shoe I should get, but he put me on something that generated a 3d model of my feet (seriously) and found me a pair of shoes that was unlike anything I have tried before, and felt amazing. He was even able to identify my walking style by the wear pattern on my old sneakers. I dont think customer service could possibly get better than this.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, and had an amazing experience. Immediately I was greeted by the very knowledgable owner Shawn. Since I wasnt aware of my own foot measurements, he had me step up onto a foot MRI of sorts. It took 3D images of my feet, so that we could get a perfect measurement. Shawn then had me take a seat while he brought out four different pairs of shoes. He had me try on each shoe, and analyzed my gait, to determine if the pair was a good fit. I have never felt more confident purchasing a pair of running shoes. ALSO- They have a 30day refund policy, in case the shoes dont fit as you expected. This was an overwhelmingly great experience, I will definitely be getting all my sneakers from Fleet Feet from here on out!

This has been my go-to place for years. I bring my whole family every time we need new sneakers. The customer experience is the best I have ever seen. Sean and the rest of the team are kind, knowledgeable, patient and attentive. My kids actually look forward to going and because they take so much time with the fitting, we have had 100% success with every single thing we have ever bought there.The most recent shopping experience really takes the cake. My parents live in MD, and they have not yet opened any retail stores. My mother has Alzheimers and she also wears a full leg brace (due to cancer when she was a teenager), so her feet require two different sized shoes to accommodate the brace. I made arrangements to have them come up to Hoboken for the weekend and took them sneaker shopping at Fleet Feet. Sean was simply magnificent. I called him in advance to let him know about the situation with my mother, and the level of sensitivity and kindness he showed was positively touching.Sean- thank you so much for going above and beyond, for being so considerate to my moms situation and for being consistently amazing.Please support this local gem- you will not have any regrets, I promise!

I started using the Fleet Feet near Chapel Hill, North Carolina after several failed attempts with buying shoes other places. When I moved to New York I kept my business with Fleet Feet, Hoboken because I like the personalized service.

I have to say that I was absolutely floored by the service Shawn offered me when I came in. I just moved to Hoboken and Ive been long overdue for shoes. Shawn was incredibly knowledgeable and figured out several important features for my shoes just by watching me walk barefoot. He understood the differences between brands and was able to bring out pairs of shoes what would fit my needs.It look about 10 pairs to find a match, but during this process Shawn even taught me a special technique for tying my shows to help with my heals not being secure. He was incredibly patient and super receptive to all my feedback. In addition to this Shawn told me to wear my new shoes for several days and carry out my normal activities and if they didnt work just come back and we could look at adjusting either inserts or swapping the shoes themselves.This was the absolute best shoe purchasing experience Ive ever had and I would highly recommend anyone who needs a new pair of shoes to go here.

If you’re new to running/ have run forever THIS is the place to go to for your running shoes. Nick is AWESOME, basically gave me a tutorial on running shoes 101 haha. I had always bought sneakers from your typical large chain stores, and never even probably spoke to any of the people working there. The shopping experience itself is a reason to shop at Fleet Feet. They have a wide array of shoe selections and are truly so kind and engaging with their customers. I’m new to running and am excited to use my new shoes and even maybe join Fleet Feet on their Wednesday evening runs! So awesome, GO HERE!

I never usually write reviews, but I feel like this place deserved one. Was in dire need of a new pair of sneakers, and the owner, Shawn, couldnt have been more helpful or accommodating. He properly measured my feet and observed my walking patterns in order to bring me shoes he knew would be a good fit for my feet and lifestyle. Im usually the type to quickly order things online, but in this case Im so glad I didnt. What a great, local business that shows the difference customer service can make. Also, great selection and priced exactly as they would be online!

Only problem is that shoe selection could be a bit better but customer service is out of the park! DoA great job explaining different elements of a shoe and being patient and encouraging with trying different kinds to find whats rightTheir dog Vegas is a chill dude too

Fleet Feet is the only running store I go to, and I moved out of Hoboken 5 years ago. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, there are generous loyalty discount programs, and their group training programs are worth every penny.

This shop is a generous supporter of the Hoboken Shelter. For me, supporting local businesses is important, and when they in turn support the community, Im twice as happy! They not only donate generously, they also support the Hobooken 5k which is one of the shelters biggest fundraisers. And customer service has alway exceeded expectations and they will make sure you get the right shoe for your needs.

This place has one of the best customer service ever! I was just in there with my daughter to buy her a pair a sneakers for her upcoming XC season and I wish I could ask for the ladys name of who attended us. However, she made sure that my daughter could wear the perfect sneakers for running, the ones that fit her right and leave a big smile on her face. You guys will see us very often.
