A very pleasant visit today at the Beltone Hearing Care Center. A polite greeting from Brianna at the reception desk. After filling out some info forms, Brandy escorted me to the exam room and asked me a few more questions. Then I was given a hearing test in a sound controlled cubicle which was lengthy and thorough.After the hearing test Brandy explained why I needed help with hearing. Her explanation included drawings, a model and why my hearing would only decline if left untreated. My issue was the inner ear and the auditory nerve that sends signals to the brain to recognize words. ( I did mention she was very thorough). She seemed genuinely concerned about my hearing loss declining.There was no high - pressure sales approach. Just facts were presented I appreciate that.Soon I will have them fitted and hear better for now and the future. Very pleased I that went there today.

Brandy was wonderful! She advised me regarding my insurance and coverage not supported by Beltone, Brandy went ahead and fully tested my hearing, and said that I did have a medium hearing loss. She directed me to my current provider but said she would help me if whoever covers my hearing issues does not give me the assistance I need. She is knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Personalized service with options for most budgets. I no longer have to shout for mom to hear me! Yay! Caring personnel and individualized attention as well as follow up service.

Brandy was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the testing procedure before and after the test. I will definitely return to her when I decide which Beltone product fits my needs.

Bell Tone has always been outstanding with service. Rather disappointing with my brand new hearing aids going out in four months I had to send them out to the shop to get repaired.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff in the Hinsdale Office. The receptionist Linda goes out if her way to accommodate appointments that enable me to arrange transportation since I no longer drive. The audiologist knows of my health condition and even did curbside services when the buildings elevator was being repaired! You have a fantastic team! Bless them all. Fran Keller-Jiracek. Return Visit 1/18/2021: I returned for appt to fix one of my hearing aids that needed attending to. As usual, Brandy efficiently fixed it and suggested additional help with feedback concerns. I cannot tell you how fantastic her adjustments improved my problem. She took time to explain how to safely adjust my earpiece especially now that we have to wear masks. Bless Brandy!!!
