Between 8:30 and 9 pm the person behind the counter will not even acknowledge you until you keep saying something and then they announce that it’s a shift change. There’s no way to check our or buy gas at this time at the counter. A guy who goes in there often told me that this is every night! How much business are they losing? Rude and inefficient!

This Place is A wonderful Gas station. The employees are very Nice and the store is always so clean. I love this has station. I drive 25 Minutes to get here and its worth it. I just like how Im Always treated Great. The Workers are working hard and they need to be recognized.

Theyre always friendly and will make small talk if not busy. What a great staff!

It wouldnt pump gas and now Im late for work and have no gas. It only gave me 5 cents in ten minutes.

Love getting food from the restaurant, Maggie is polite and fast at serving.

Machines holds your card while you enter zip or pin. Then releases it and asked you for a PRIDE rewards card. If you dont have one and you push the done button it will ask you to go see cashier. I just left and went across the street to Shell and bought gas at the pump without hassle.

Just went here but wont be back even when the epidemic is over :-(. At least three people working inside at this time mask hanging down on their chest or holding it up with their hand with their germy hands. And customers walking in and out some with some without nobody gives a damn. No thank you!

Hi. I went to this gas station more than once, and I didnt like the fact that your employees, after I hand out to them my ID, they insisted on scan it instead just verify my age. I dont want to my ID by scanned, so I blocked the back of  ID. Both times I couldnt buy cigarettes. I am over 45 years old, and I dont look like a minor. I understand that you guys need to verify people age, but you could also train your employees to use their eyes, and how to type it computer someone birth date.

I dont exactly know why they have a different price for gas here on Google than what they actually present. So annoying.

White old lady not nice. I asked her how much for 2 cigarettes. And then I told her I don’t need that. She acting like a B. And acting not nice to me it too mean. Never come back again

Just went here for gas and clearly pressed silver (middle selection) gas still pumped ultimate. I went inside and told attendant and all he could say was maybe I pressed ultimate by mistake. Why would I do such a thing when ultimate is well over my budget. No sense of customer service what so ever! I wont be back!

Very rude employee at counter. Jasmine I believe her name( piercings under lip) Gave me and elderly lady in front of me very hard time playing our numbers for lotto. Didn’t even greet me or a thank you. Rolled her eyes instead. Very disappointed as this place is supposed to be the “PRIDE” of hinsdale. Joke

Staff is friendly, building is clean, well keep, & well stocked. Prices are kind of silly- high, but pretty similar to other Hinsdale businesses.
