Spotty customer service. It’s either amazing or like they’re doing you a huge favor by gracing you with their presence.

My daughter and I had a really bad experience at the Hinsdale location. After patiently waiting with only two other customers who were being helped We were told they would be right with us. Another lady came in and was immediately taken care of while we just stood there. I have been in that store many times and never been treated so poorlyI had told my daughter how great the people were there and they made a lier out of meThey have lost our business

They have really great high end makeup and skincare, stuff you cant find in ULTA or Sephora. The lady Kayla was really helpful and kind.
