Great bagels! They are my favorite bagels. So soft and chewy, and always fresh.I tried the ham, egg and swiss sandwich, and it was very good. Next time I think Id get 2 eggs so there is more filling. But its very tasty.I also bought a dozen bagels, and they were wonderful. I shared them with my family, and only had 3 leftover to take home. My family loves their bagels also!

Love their coffee and usually order a large! Too bad they stopped offering their flavored creamer

Bagels are good but the staff does not keep a decent inventory. They refuse to make more Bagels after 10am and they close at 2pm. I really dont know why they stay open so late if they have nothing to sell. Customer service is lacking too. Employees are indifferent to customer satisfaction. They do the very bare minimum to complete a sale. Its almost like theyre not getting paid. A total government office type feel in that place.

*Make sure you get a receipt, and triple check your order.* They charged us for everything, but got the orders wrong and didnt give us part of the order that they charged us for. Then when we went in to ask for a receipt reprint and asked for the part of the order, they said they cant reprint a receipt. The order items we did get and were correct were decent.

I had a very wonderful experience! I got a sugar cinnamon bagel and a mocha coffee! It was absolutely delicious! Yum!

We ordered 3 different lunch bagels and all three were very disappointing. Dry, tasteless, small, old bagels. We love Einstein Bagels at Urbana-Champaign but this one in Hinsdale is very very bad compared to them.

This particular Einstein Bagels location is quite bad. The bagels of the sandwiches I bought there were hard, dry and small compared with bagels I have bought at other Einstein Bagels locations.

I love these bagels, I get it may not be authentic and I am sure people from the east coast would pass out at the very sight of these bagels. It is the taste I grew up with though, so I love it. Love getting a dozen bagels sliced and keeping some in the freezer, pop them into the toaster for a quick breakfast on the go

I love Einstein Bagels! They have great bagel sandwiches with a variety of flavors and flavored cream cheese. This location is really nice but parking is tricky. Its mainly street parking around here and a parking spot can be hard to find.

EXCELLENT customer service! Efrain is very professional, friendly and goes above and beyond. Efrain definitely needs to be recognized for a job well done. I often visit this location for the delicious bagels. Everytime I do, he is the only one working.Upper management needs to do better with staffing! Efrain keep up the good work!

This location is not very large, but the interior is ideal and comfortable for short visits. The service at this location is excellent, and all of the employees are friendly.

Ordered for carry out and there was a problem with the doordash app. So I contacted doordash and Einstein to fix the mistake. After fours calls with no answer the woman answering the phone told me that my order had already been picked up. I turned around and drove home. Then I got a call from doordash that they were picking the order up. I called back Einsteins and asked why I had been told it was already picked up. The woman informed me that she had already given my order to a driver who had returned it. She started swearing and screaming at me about doordash. I worled my way through school managing restaurants. This woman should even be washing dishes. She was vile and rude. Now I have no idea where my food is or how many people have touched it. I also dont trust the food prepared by the woman I spoke to.

The worst experience ever. Just moved in the neighborhood and I would rather drive to another location than have to come back to this location. Every time you ask about a sandwich or an item the awnser is I DONT KNOW. Ugh

I wish they are more friendly and professional. They were in a hurry and felt they just want to get rid of you fast so they can get to the next customer. Very pricey for a simple bagel in that region.I live in super expensive Bay area and I get better quality bagels for a slightly cheaper price there.

Had a very bad experience at this place. My wife and i were at this place and i ordered jalapeno bagel and clearly told the lady at the desk that i need it with no bacon. She just forgot about it and gave me the bagel with bacon. When asked about the same, she is not at all apologizing for the mistake and she is very rude. Got to get another one with no bacon. Last but not the least, the bagel is tasting very bad too.

Over priced with filthy bathrooms

Love the asiago bagel—I usually get that with the garden veggie cream cheese.My most recent tastings there have included the smoked salmon cream cheese, the maple cream cheese, and the pizza bagel. All were SO GOOD.

Had a very poor ordering experience. I brought my order back three times before settling for a still incorrect order. Friendly, tasty, fine atmosphere, but inaccurate.

I saw their rating of a 3.6 and thought, thats fair, I love Einsteins and I go to the one in Downtown Naperville all the time. I have only ever been to these two locations so I only have that one to compare it to, which I would have to say was a much more warming and friendly experience. The staff at this location came across as easily annoyed and not super happy, this could have been due to a guest before me or this could be their default mood. It wasnt bad enough service for me not to go back, but I will definitely try them again since I love their bagels and smears so much.

I love almost all the shops in downtown Hinsdale, but this is about my favorite breakfast spot. Get a seat by the window and enjoy your coffee and bagel while people-watching :)

Great coffee. The lighting is a bit too dim here. I great place to grab coffee & bagel & go.

I went in with my friend and asked if there was anything gluten free, and I got a very snippy no. They have fruit cups, potato chips, and rice crispy treats that are gluten free, but I bought nothing because of the attitude.

Sandwich was fine but the bathroom was dirty. Not like someone had made a mess and they hadnt cleaned it up yet, but like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time.

Delicious bagel egg bacon avocado sandwich and chocolate croissant.

Waited in line for half an hour for avocado toast. This is a plain bagel toasted with avocado smere. The line was almost out the door because the staff did not know what they were doing. They were slow with the register and had to call in the manager to work the toaster. I received my bagel freezing cold and untoasted. I will never go to this location again.

This location is a shame for this community the younger girl with yellow nails is extremely rude and unprofessional and hates her job last Saturday morning when I visited u had to hear her complain the whole time I was there about other co workers and she. Will quit my advice quit yiur miserable, this visit the guy with the red shirt was asking around with slippers on like he just rolled out of bed and just so sloppy. These company’s need to be more diligent whatvthey want representing there name just a shame won’t tetirn
