I was not aware that there were no refunds on returns (credit or cash).I had not received a receipt until I called. I was never told about their practice. The sign that explained the policy had a person in front of it.Very disappointed...Also the gift card that you receive can only be used in their Newport RI store. So, if you are purchasing a gift from another state, you must return there otherwise Anchored in Pink essentially keeps your money.Somehow seems unethical to me.BUYER BEWARE OF THIS STORE...

I was so pleased with the selection and sizes available. The staff was very nice and helpful. Ladies - there is even a sale section in the back! This will be my go to store for sure.

I was very excited when I found this store as I did research being a Lilly fan/addict!! I walked into the store and the one salesperson was on the phone. I interrupted her and asked if I can try something on. I did find something but needed her opinion as to which size is best on me. She continued on the phone and I got so made I walked out. I have Lilly stores very close to me. You walk into the Palm Beach store or Palm Beach Gardens, Fla store and you get first class service. This was not ok. Lilly should not have her clothes in this store. Such a disappoint!

Love popping in here any time I am in Newport. Awesome selection of Lilly. Such helpful, friendly staff. Found a rehearsal dinner dress here for my sisters wedding and so excited to be able to shop them online!

Very pretty Lilly store with a massive selection! The store employee was extremely helpful and sweet! She went above and beyond trying to assist me. They have such a grey selection, better than any Cape Cod store, the Nantucket store, or even Newbury Street in Boston! I could’ve spent 10 hrs in there, but unfortunately had somewhere I needed to be. Keep up the good work!

Walked in, Staff not friendly. Very small and too hot to shop..need AC updated.After made purchase, was told a FRANCHISE, PRIVATELY owned store. Ask them about return policy! All returns only back to this store. My friend bought a sale top, five minutes later decided to return it..never left register area...Manager said had to issue a CREDIT!Noticed none of the staff wore Lily clothes! In Corporate stores, all employees decked out in Lily clothing.

We had a very nice experience! The staff was very helpful, and they have a large selection of sizes and styles and we found everything that we were looking for.

The store is cute inside (no a/c though), but the workers... need to not work in customer service. You ask a simple question and after answering it they look at each other and roll their eyes. Just judging everyone walking in, thinking their better than everyone else. My first time going in, and definitely never going back. Why give business when the ones selling the brand is rude. Hiring new people would help bring business in. Glad I wasn’t the only one thinking that about the staff, with reading other reviews as well. It just blew my mind.

Not stepping another foot into this store until they get rid of their current, arrogant staff and replace them all with people who are actually nice. I honestly have no words.
