Let me say the quality of the products great. Staff was awesome. The reason for the three stars is that the product selection is slim. We are used to the old HHI location and the location in Disney. Both had a large amount of products. We went in yesterday and the store is still split into del sol and the bamboo store. The Del sol selection was just lame. I am hoping that it is because of Covid. We will be back because we love the nail polish.

Very rude associate. The store has a promotion for a free bag with minimum purchase. I placed the ad on the counter during check out and Adam ignored it. I handed it to him at the end of the transaction and he turned it upside down. I flipped it over and asked for the bag, and he told me it was too late, the transaction was complete. He then blamed me for not telling him sooner. Asked for the bag again and he told me that there was nothing he could do. It was “his bad” but proceeded to blame me again. Funny, had a completely different experience with the manager earlier in the week. Never go back...

Del Sol is now partnered with Cariloha (their sister company) and carry the most amazingly soft BAMBOO fabric clothing, sheets, mattresses and pillows! Del Sol’s color changing shirts are always a cool gift for my family, but these bamboo shirts and sheets are a treat just for me! Love this store!

My daughter wanted fingernail polish that changed color in the sun. They have that and a bunch of other cool stuff that does the same thing. That being said, the entire time we were there, the person working was talking on her phone and fixing her hair in the mirror. She was also barefoot in the store. It seemed a bit unprofessional to me.

Staff was very helpful finding sunglasses and clothing. The glasses have a theft, loss, damage warranty with them.

The selection was lacking. There are two mens HHI (Hilton Head Island) shirts, and two womens. Half the store is kids- (which is mostly girls). Nearby is Savannah, and they might have more of a selection. It is only a drive away
