Bought a dining set here didn’t last me a year started breaking apart

This was the best customer service I have ever encountered at A1. Abid and his brothe Mohammed did an AWESOME job on the bedroom set I purchased. It was a floor sample and was being sold as is. It had quite a few scratches on it but Abid stated he would paint it for me and it would look brand new. Well at first I was sceptical and didnt believe him but to my surprise he did exactly what he PROMISED he would do and my bedroom set looks brand spanking new. They are Awesome and they give the best prices they are not a furniture store that tries to RIP people off. I will be back to make more purchases. They have a new customer/friend!!!!

This place has furniture to suit any style. I worked with Abraham to find my son the perfect bed for his color and theme bedroom. He helped me find the bed and set it up for delivery on his bday as requested. What I really like is if you don’t see what you like In store, you have options. I was able to tell him what I wanted, and he was able to show me options via book and big screen. The bed I purchased was not in store, but chosen from catalog while he assisted me in store. It arrived, the team set it up, and it looks even better in his room than it did in the picture. Both son and myself are pleased with my purchase.

We first shopped around before going to A1 furniture mattress& hillside Nj and then found they had everything the other stores had, plus more. And the customer service was fantastic. No pressure, but had answers to all our questions. We bought a great sofa bed (without sagging springs!) and they ordered the color special for us. Well go nowhere else for our future furniture shopping. Thanks so much. 👌👌👌

I absolutely would not do business with these people, I placed a order, did not hear from them for a while, popped up with a call weeks later asking to deliver the same day, Iwasnt home, but said yes because my daughter was there, got there & they delivered the wrong furniture, never came back to exchange, just wanted to argue about it, very unprofessional people & liars!!!!

Buying experience:The pricing for the furniture was decent, a good bargain. There is a fairly sizeable furniture selection of different colors and types. The guy is a salesman through and through, but he will definitely talk things out with you if you have concerns or questions. I will say to take your time purchasing and understanding all of the details (warranty, return policy, etc.) before making a decision. The buying experience was fair.Delivery:Unfortunately, here is where we had an issue. The delivery was late. It was a very frustrating experience since we thought we were going to be in an empty home. The moving team was quick to install things into our place once they got our items. We were offered a temporary furniture piece in the mean time while we wait for our purchase which we accepted.Furniture Quality:Now I dont know much about the durability or longevity of certain materials, but it is 2 months in and we are enjoying the furniture. The couch that we got is super comfortable. All of the other pieces seem fairly sturdy. However, we did buy an in store piece that had a few small damaged areas. The owner told that he would fix it up for us, but we got it in the same condition. Beyond that, no other complains.

This place has amazing prices and is an authorized dealer of Ashley Furniture. I purchased a beautiful living room sectional, a bedroom set and 2 mattress sets from them. Its super comfortable along with great quality. A-1 is my go to for my furniture shopping. My next purchase will be my glass kitchen table with white leather chairs. Stop in, you wont regret it.

Furniture is priced just right for those on a budget. Delivery can be a little longer then one may like but thats do to the fact the have a lot of customers. Furniture is very good quality for an awesome price. Now offering even more by adding HD televisions. I am extremely pleased with the 40 inch smart TV we bought from them. Price was much better then expected. Highly recommend them for all your furniture needs.

Well what about this store, I thought it was a good place, with good honest sellers, but thats not what I found.I bought furniture, they came scratched, stained, and they do not want to undo the business, even if they do not have the same merchandise, they force me to take something else in the place, they do not fulfill the deadline they ask for, they do not care to give satisfaction to anything. Im very disappointed because when I arrived at the store it was very pleasant, and they do everything to get your money, then they just curl up and apologize, or please keep the furniture scratched to help me, because I have no other ... Well I did not pay for anything with defect, and I tell you. Do not go to this store, its just a headache. And lose your money .....
