I must say, Jorge. Omar, and Anthony worked very hard with my husband and I. We kept running into walls but they was determined for me to drive out that showroom in a brand new car. I am so grateful for Route 22 toyota. In the height of the pandemic they worked with us. They kept all customers and staff safe and comfortable. These guys were amazing. Would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible purchase experience and service experience. After hurricane Ida flooded my Rav 4 went in to purchase a new car. Cars were marked up 10k over MSRP. Ended up buying at another Toyota dealer at MSRP. Took my flooded Rav 4 for repairs to service department ( since its close to where I live) and after 47 days to do a 5 day repair and cleaning gave me the car even more dirty than when it when in. Have pictures to prove it. Some of the parts and services that were paid promptly by the insurance were never replaced or performed. They ripped off the insurance almost $11000. Service manager was never available. Talked to the corporate public relations manager but was no help either, just referred me back to Service Manager. No respect at all for customers.

Good vibes. Salesman was young but smooth and funny.helped get good deal. At first they tried to get us to pay high but I negotiated and had a firm stance. They agreed to lower overall it was good. Free coffee and hot chocolate mmmm.we left with a new car Hyundai Tucson.

We are very pleased with the purchase of our new car. We did a lot research leading up to our purchase and received a good deal. Our salesman was Bernard and Nelson Madera assisted us with all the paperwork. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with during our time at Route 22 Toyota. As a matter of fact, everyone at the dealership from the receptionist to the sales manager were awesome.

This dealership is a real fraud. I was coerced to buy a fairly used Toyota rav 4 xle (2019), that comes with a mileage of 25k . I was told the price was 36k when I was about to seal the deal and i have a good credit of 750 score.I wAs forced to make a down payment of 6k. My monthly payment is so outrageous considering my good credit.fast forward to when I received the paperwork after 2weeks I realized there were add one of 6k which jacked up the amount of the used car ti 42k and the interest of 5.1%. I made my research from other dealers and I was made to realize that that was a very poor deal and standard from route 22. I can actually get a brand new 2019 rav 4 xle with zero mileage for a much lower price for 32k with a lesser interest rate considering my credit score.My worry and disgust is that why do they have to rip off and take advantage of people all because of making money?i am not satisfied at all with the deal and I am always bitter with them in my heart. They are real manipulators over there. I wish I can return the car to them.

Just finished a purchase of a RAV4 from Route 22 Toyota. I had been looking for quite a while for the right car, right mileage and right price and finally found a really good deal here.Everyone was pleasurable to work with, and after having multiple BAD experiences at other dealerships it was really refreshing to deal with some upstanding and honest individuals. The price was the price! Of course tax and registration fees had to be added, but these guys didn’t pull any of that BS that I ran into at EVERY OTHER DEALER I visited. I’m really happy with the experience and the car I purchased.

I was sent an unsolicited email to sell my car and called in to confirm the details and set up an appointment. I thought this would be a great opportunity to get rid of a car I wasnt really using and buy my parents a new car all at once. When I arrived, the salesperson had no knowledge of the details to buy/trade in my car. When I let them know that I was also going to be buying a car, he obviously switched directions and focused on that. I had to keep reminding him that I needed him to go get a value for my car. He reluctantly took it in. After 40 minutes of being there, no price was given for my car. We negotiated the price for a new car and couldnt agree on a deal. I again asked, how much are you willing to buy my car for. They blew me off and said they didnt have enough time to look it up because they were working on the deal. I went to Paul Miller Toyota and bought a new car. It was a completely different experience - hassle free.

I didn’t have a great experience checking in my vehicle and getting an estimate of how long the service was going to take, but after waiting around for an hour I approached Michael Ventura, he was very helpful and I was able to get my car serviced. I tried speaking with another lady before him and she was just so ice cold, as if she was doing me a huge favor for giving me a minute of her day, she said “just wait to be called...” luckily I spoke with Michael, he figured it all out and helped me out.

Horrible horrible place. I bought my 2013 Toyota Sienna from these people. Now I wanted to get service on it for oil coolant line set thats leaking. The service department would not give me a price and started yelling at me...

They are marking up cars $7500.00 because of the chip shortage. Toyota must be a pretty stupid company if they source data chips from once supplier. Dont buy a car until the aka chip shortage is resolved. You will never recover the 7500,00 + tax.Other Toyota dealers are not marking up cars like this. Go to a different state or ask over the phone.

I would like to thank Route 22 Toyota for giving me a rare opportunity to pen down my review, which I dont often. There is absolutely no respect, no smile, nothing when you walk in despite the scheduled appointment. The appointment was made based on the Sienna lease offer found on the dealers website. After a long wait, a random salesperson (presumably) came in and said there are no cars available of that particular trim. We had to discuss briefly on a stand in meeting. Even his so called Manager had no clue when I questioned on why I was even scheduled an appointment on the first hand if the chosen trim is not available. And he was playing the blame game by finger pointing to the agent with whom I had booked the appointment. Nonetheless without wasting time, I drove back and had peeped into Sansone Toyota. Voila! Its a different world entirely. And my deal is done!! Save your trip folks..

$75 fee to pick up an order??? This pretty much is a middle finger to anyone who bought a Toyota and wants to buy a part online and save on the outrageous mark ups. Its not even as though the dealer is losing out. Toyota still pays them the difference of the online part and the list price.

A week before I went to this dealership to service my car, I had my car detailed. When I got it back from Route 22 Toyota, this is what they did to it- see pictures. Dirty hand prints and stains everywhere. I messaged them about it and they have not responded. I contacted corporate and am awaiting a response.

Be prepared to waste your time in this car dealership. Takes forever to get your paperwork completed. And the price of the automobile is outrageous considering you cant live in an automobile. Starting price for a truck is $70k. I will never waste my time shopping in this place

My family and I went there on a Friday 09/03/21. All cars had inflated prices +10,000 over MSRP for “market adjustment”. When we questioned the sales rep, he stated this was due to the flood and low inventory. Sales rep was nice enough I guess but were told the cars will sell over the weekend. Hurricane Ida sadly devastated so many people and in areas where people cant afford an extra $10,000. They are taking advantage of the situation. I will take my business elsewhere.

I leased a car here in 2019...now that my lease is almost up, I found out the car salesman totally took advantage of the fact I was there alone. He got me to put down over 9,000 and still had a monthly payment of 365. And i had a trade in! Apparently with a lease, I should have never had to put down that much and all I did was contribute to a high commission for him. I had never leased before so didnt know any better and this dealership took total advantage of that.

Their services keep deteriorating everyday and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. If you want to buy parts for your car, this place is never an option. I will advice TOYOTA to shut down this place because it’s existence will continue to erode Toyota as a brand.

Had a very bad experience recently. I have been taking my car to this dealership for all servicings from 2006, so 15 years. Used to like their services before. But then, recently the windshield had a crack, and took the car there to get it replaced. They did that fine, but lost the key. We had to get the car with our other key. We wanted them to check if they can find our original key, or replace it with a new one. But they behaved very unprofessionally after that, not returning our calls. It was very difficult to talk to the service agent, he was not just taking the calls, and then when we got through to him after trying for more than one week, he will just say they are checking and will call back the next day. Then again never called back, and we after many many calls and many days, we finally got through again. After several back and forth for over a month, finally they made a duplicate key for us. So finally all is well, but it was very unprofessional and frustrating for the whole time.

I give khaled a five-star, he was very friendly and respectful with my situation. He made sure i was comfortable with the deal i was making and giving me the best options, you could ever imagine. Literally from what i can tell one of the best salesman there. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Check in was smooth and easy but I was not notified when my car was ready. As I result I sat for an extra hour and a half. Was quite disappointed. The lady who checked me out did not even apologize. All she said was have a nice day.

Be careful when you visit this place, they have misleading advertising and also very bad customer service and very bad salespeople who do not really know the characteristics of the cars they are selling. they think that the people who go to seek their services are stupid. Most unprofessional and deceitful set of people I ever met. Go there at your own risk.I called the dealership to find out if they had a specific car in a specific color and was told they had it. I got and appointment, went in, they told me they still had the car. I believed them and I started negotiating right away.After coming to a conclusion, I asked to see the car before I start making any payments. Suddenly the car could not be found. They told me it was in the inventory and located within a 10 to 20 mile radius and that they will get it right away. After waiting for almost 1 hour, the car was still not found. So they told me I could go back home and they will let me know when they find the car or I put in a deposit to secure the car. (I can’t put in a deposit for a car I haven’t even seen.)Anyway, I went back home to New York, received a call about 4 hours later that they found the car and I could come for it the next day.I called the next day at about 12 noon they told me the car was still available and I took an appointment to be there at 4pm.I took an Uber from New York ($100 approx) arrived at 3:30 pm, they wanted to start the financial transactions immediately. I asked if I could see the car. The salesman man went and came back and told me it was not available, that it had been sold that morning. My question to them is why did they tell me it was available and make me come all the way when it wasn’t available any longer? I even find it hard to believe they sold the car between 12 noon and 3:30 as they claim. Even if they sold it, they should have called me and canceled my appointment so that I don’t waste my time, energy and money.In their defense, they offered to sell me a white car (hell no!!! I don’t want no white car!!!)This is deceitful and unprofessional. Looks like they were just trying to get me there so that I’ll be forced to buy whatever car they have.Advise anyone against going to this dubious people.

Service Advisor was rude and disrespectful. I was just trying to understand the situation prior the cost/warranty/authorize the service. I know that electrical issues are unpredictable and we can’t guarantee how much is gonna cost, but a little bit more of education and patience is good to keep the business. I when there to purchase a sienna and they only have 2 xl for 48 when others have it for 38 becarfull with these ppl.

I traded in a leased vehicle and got into a financed vehicle which I thought was great. The sales person and finance guy seemed to do everything in terms of delivering excellent customer service - until I received a credit card bill opened in my name for the amount that was supposed to be a rebate. Now I have to go through the motions to get this all sorted out. Sometime things are not what they appear to be.

I went there about 2 weeks ago to find a new car. Upon arrival, I was quickly greeted by the staff members where I was introduced to Khaled.My interaction with your employee was exceptional to say the least. I was not pressured to do anything and in return I gained knowledge to better analyze my budget and needs.If every car dealership taught this kind of behavior, I’m sure people would not drag looking for a car.

I wasnt sure if I could get what I wanted but ALI made it happen.....Im so happy with my service and will continue to fo business here....

Weve been coming for service since 2010 and the staff have been generally great. However it appears not every customer deserves to be treated with respect from John Veli, the supervisor. What came across as biased, less than exemplary customer service is what was displayed to my elderly mother on her previous prior two visits as well as when I accompanied her on the third. Very disgusted with the mannerism in which John spoke to and dealt with loyal customers who have been doing business with them for nearly a decade now. Some respect would go a long way, especially coming from the supervisor!
