I visited the Hillsboro, OR location last weekend and had the pleasure of working with Gene. He was very friendly and helpful. What I appreciated most was that he showed me mattresses that weren’t the most expensive in the store (unlike other places I have gone). I was able to find a quality mattress that I loved that wasn’t ridiculously expensive. Gene made sure we got my order delivered within 2 days so I didn’t have to wait several weeks unlike other furniture stores right now. Our delivery men, Juan and Omar, were great as well. They were quick and didn’t damage anything while moving the mattress and base around. Overall, great experience and I would definitely shop their again.

Great friendly service and I got the best deal in town! I waited 5 weeks for a bed base from another mattress store with no sure delivery date. Mattress Firm had several in stock and I got a much better base within a week. Very happy!

Mathew was great. He walked us through their procedures of the different brands and firmness of beds and gave us his card when we decided not to buy. We went to a few different companies and although they had comperable and even cheaper beds the level of customer service was not on par with the this location. We purchase a bed from Mathew that day. We will go back for our other bedding needs as long as we are in this area.

We went in last week looking for an adjustable bed for my mom. We spoke to Joseph B. He was very friendly and helpful and was thorough in showing us all of the options that would work well. The prices were fair and reasonable. We ended up buying a twin adjustable and so far my mom absolutely loves her new bed. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new bed.

I have been looking at mattresses and had a bad experience 10 years ago when we bought our bed, so the thought of having the same thing happen was not something I was looking forward to. I went one place and the person helping was very pushy, trying to get me to buy something I did not want. Another place, the guy followed us around and didnt offer much assistance, so that was annoying. I stopped at Mattress Firm and was not expecting much. The guy that helped me, Gene, was very helpful. When I told him what we were looking for, he showed me exactly that and explained the differences between the ones we were looking at. We left and did research and went back a day later to make the purchase. Gene was great to deal with, very friendly, never felt pressured into anything. I have not been going out of my house because I have an auto immune disorder, and my bed broke. I called up Mattress Firm and they talked me through all my options and got me into a king size bed for $300. I slept on that bees for 2 month and the memory foam didn’t feel right. No questions asked they took it back, gave me full replacement cost and free delivery and helped me find an even better bed. This time I went in, I suggest going in and laying in beds to find the one that suits you! But if you can’t they can still help you.

Rosalind Pittman is the best. She spent valuable time with my wife and me explaining all we needed to know about Tempurpedic mattresses. We both came in six different times checking, rechecking and finally to buy the mattress we have always wanted. No pressure sales, customer care and pricing sealed the deal for us.

The serive was excellent! The seller was very sweet and helpfull.

Bought a mattress from here. Rep gave us a good price for a Cal King. because he said that the mattress was returned. Failed to mention that the mattress was heavily used and was FULL of dog hair. We called and asked for a refund and for them to take it back. Took them 2 days and multiple bugging from us to finally give us a refund and come for the mattress. Do not recommend buying a mattress here.

Im in real estate (sales obviously) and so I dreaded having to shop for a bed because of my imagined frustrations with a bed salesperson. And boy was I pleasantly surprised. Rosalind was amazing. I slept an entire 8 hours on her beds looking for the perfect one (think Goldilocks and the Three Bears) and she was SO HELPFUL , honest, and educational. Well, maybe not 8 hours but certainly long enough for lines to form on the side of my face from the pillow! The first bed I purchased wasnt for me and the process to return it and get a different model was just as simple as she said it would be. I highly recommend Rosalind. (And I love my new bed!!) Dan Guerrero was great asked all the right questions and was in no way trying to rush us into buying anything. Had us take our time and lay in each bed and even offered to let us take a 1/2 hour nap to make sure the bed we liked was the one we really wanted to take home with us. After looking at several different mattress stores, we seated on Mattress Firm. Bought an adjustable bed on Christmas eve had it delivered yesterday. Had a great buying experience all the way around. The sales staff was outstanding to work with, very professional and extremely helpful, pointing out differences within each mattress that we laid on. Never once did we feel like we where being pushed into a sale. My wife and I were both really happy with the purchases and the price. The delivery team we very fast, in and out in 20 minutes. They where very careful moving the new mattress and adjustable base up the stairs and into the room. as well as setting up the new bed. They did an equally good job removing the old mattress and box springs again paying attention to not hit the walks or any pictures. From top to bottom I would say this place provides A+ service on all levels. I have already refereed a co-worker who is getting ready to start looking for a new mattress to go in and talk to the sales staff.

I stopped in the store back towards the end of October and was immediately greeted by the friendly and attentive, Rosalind. She spent an hour or so assisting me with trying to find a bed to match based on thorough sleep inventory form. We discussed some of the issues that were the cause of my poor sleep at great length and she is highly knowledgeable in providing a solution.Ultimately, she recommended the Purple 2 bed which unfortunately, she didnt have at her location but she quickly recommended the staff at the Orenco Station location. She made the shopping experience a breeze and tailored to my needs, which saved me a great deal of time. Every place of business needs a Rosalind on their team!
