Knowledgable and Friendly. Great Service. Ive been taking all the family vehicles here, for simple maintenance to complex repairs.

I recently took my car in to them for a starter/ignition problem and to get my oil changed based on a recommendation from my dad. They were very friendly through the whole experience and I felt like I could trust them right from the start. On the first visit they went over what they would do to diagnose the problem, what was possibly going on, and some possible fixes for the potential problems. During their work they also identified a couple other issues that they notified me of and, after replacing the ignition for the original problem and doing the oil change (which they gave me a discount on), they also changed a damaged belt for free. Overall I had a great experience, and would recommend them to others. I would keep in mind that it might take them longer than you’d think to work on your car because they are very busy and that you may have to contact them regularly to get updates on when they’ll be done.

Ford 1969 Mach 1 Mustang bought 10/1/1999 they put in an After Market exhaust so badly that my car made noise when it turned, the new exhaust burned the speedometer and odometer cables, cost $1,200 and a month of time when they said they already had ordered the parts before I brought it in. I waited for them to call me before bringing it in because this is my daily driver. They said they used OEM Original Equipment Manufacturer, they used After Market parts that didnt fit. Found a place in Mc Minville that only does exhaust the new and actual OEM installation from the Exhaust only shop cost $900.00 and took 3 days. Had to buy cable from Rose city Mustangs ($100) and the shop installed them before putting the exhaust in for another $100, that was really nice of them. Don let the new Masters Touch anywhere near your car. TOTAL RIP OFF!

Doug, one of the main mechanics was super helpful in determining if a truck needed any major repairs before I purchased it. I was able to use this information to drop the asking price down significantly. And he did this for no charge! Thank you!

They scheduled us the next day before a long drive despite being busy. The technician Lucio did a fantastic job - replaced our A.C. condenser and did a bunch of other work we needed on our Honda. The A.C. works so well, I dont remember it ever working this well! Really clear communicators, called us to check in about everything and called around to find the best prices on all the parts. Great service, great staff, great car repair shop!

Masters Touch is under new Management, miss Doug so much. He was so honest, unlike the current owners. Overcharged on a front end brake job, UP SELL. is their main objective, they TRIED for 2500.00 after their long list of what was wrong, among them was an oil change, ha, all they need to do is look at the windshield sticker and see it was not needed. So do your homework. know your prices, put it in writing what you want done. Better yet. DONT GO THERE !!!!

Predatory Practices and poor customer service! They replaced my transmission last year in August. One year later it failed due to their incompetence. They assured me that buying a brand new transmission was the best thing to do, stating a one hundred mile warranty or 3 years what ever comes first , but your covered at 100% for parts and labor i felt secure I trusted them! We paid almost $4,200.00 to the shop because they were doing work on my BMW X3 also! The check engine light came as soon as I began traveling! They new I was moving out of state that week and they took advantage of us. Misrepresenting the quality of their work! There is no reason my transmission should have slipped! They installed it wrong got stuck in neutral the gears never aligned! I had to have it replaced this month but the warranty is not covering the shops failed install at 100% Parts and labor! They misrepresented the warranty so I would buy the transmission then they damaged the brand new transmission with their incompetence by installing it wrong! I spoke with Masters touch front desk this morning and she refuses to put me in touch with the owners. Stated you can talk to me and we are under new management I dont need an explanation about incompetence I need reimbursement! We have wasted another $1000.00 on rental cars and transportation and we had to cover the difference in LABOR FEES AFTER ONE YEAR! DO NOT TRUST THEM THEIR WORD MEANS NOTHING! REFUSE TO LET ME SPEAK TO THE OWNER. SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND TALKED OVER ME ONCE I SAID I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED SHE HAS NOT RIGHT! THAT IS NOT HER CALL. THIS IS NOT OVER JUST THE BEGINNING. I AM NOT AFRAID TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT OVER THE PRINCIPAL. i THOUGHT YOU ALL SHOULD BE AWARE!

This is the only auto shop I trust. I used to do all my own auto work but my job requires most of my time now. I’ve had my truck (02’ Ford Sport Trac) for 14 years and I’ve very particular about who I trust to work on it. Masters touch has never disappointed me and I’ve recommended them to every one of my family, friends and coworkers in the area (all that took my advice thanked me for the recommendation). These guys are really great. Moving here from a small town I didnt think Id be able to find a top-notch, small town feel mechanic who is honest and has the expertise to get the job done right. These are those guys. Theyve done work on my wifes car and weve had no issues with it since. Just picked up my own car there this morning. Their turnaround was crazy fast, the guys are cool, work is done right, and they came in a little bit below what they quoted me. They check all my boxes when it comes to a great auto shop. Will be here for all of my repair needs.

We have been taking our vehicles to Masters Touch since around 2010. Doug and his dad and the crew have always been mechanics with integrity. Through the years, they have been able to diagnose and fix any issue with our cars truck. From a simple oil change to fixing exhaust leak and even taking on the project of fixing the dodge after an accident. Their work has been awesome. Always a fair price and people of integrity.

This place is awesome. They have your car back when they say they will. Personable staff. We had our transmission replaced and they had it done in two days. A week later our starter went out and they replaced it and just charged us for the part since they had to take the starter out when they changed our transmission. Im never taking our car anywhere but here.

These guys are professional, honest and just downright nice!I’m driving to Texas tomorrow and my car threw a cylinder misfire code this morning.They got me in as soon as I called, looked at it right when I got there, and were knowledgeable enough to know that Mitsubishi had already issued a service bulletin and it was nothing to worry about.They had me in and out within 20 minutes and didn’t even charge for looking at it.That’s not to say you should walk in and expect not to pay for service, but as an out of town girl, I was in a tough spot and they were nothing but generous and honest!

We have been going to Master’s Touch Automotive for over a year. The final price is always 2-4 times what quoted! They are inexperienced and kept our car for 2 weeks! They had to replace many things before they found the problem, we ended up paying for it all, even the things that didn’t need replaced because they are incompetent! Stay clear!

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. They are the only ones I trust to work on my 69 Mach 1. Their work is always top notch, the staff are friendly and treat everyone more like family than customers, and they always make sure that everything is working perfectly before turning my car back over to me. Theyve done several jobs for me now, ranging from tracking down and fixing minor squeaks in my front end to a complete engine rebuild. Saying that these guys are fantastic is an understatement.

Everything they have touched in my car s suspension was not properly installed. They told me they will charge an extra $100 to replace stripped bolts, but they didnt even replace them. Jeff made me buy used parts and then blamed the parts for issues persisting, not to mention they way they installed those parts was unprofessional, amateur as described by other mechanics. Bad place, do not go there unless you want bad quality for cheap labor. Very surprised they get good reviews, all customers should get an inspection done by another shop after visiting them. I have receipt from your store, will send it to Google in case they delete this.

Top notch service, this is how a service shop should operate.I was in town on a road trip, and had some drivability issues along with a couple engine codes.I stopped here and left my car with Doug for a couple days to diagnose. He kept me informed of every detail as they arose, and really put me at ease with an issue that could have ruined the trip.Thanks again Doug, we made it back to MN just fine!

Masters Touch is the only shop I will let touch my old Subaru Forester. It has been in for several issues and they have always been awesome. They try hard to find the best price they can get on the parts you need. Doug and crew totally stand behind their work. I had an issue come up after a repair once and they fixed it without question or charge. I stand behind these guys 100%!!

In fact Im sure it wasnt ran in 7 months or more.I told them to go through the truck and give it what it needed. I said more than likely it will need a tuneup, oil change, and transmission serviced.All it needed was the oil changed. They could have ran up the bill but they didnt.

We had a car failure during icy weather. We contacted Master’s Touch. What did the company do? Towed the car and repaired it out of the kindnesses of their heart(s)! Love these guys!!

Amazing customer service! My high mileage Sentra stopped working in the intersection of NW Cornelius Pass Rd and US 26 Exit 62A ramp. I have a 15 year old accord I was preparing to sell when the oil pan threads stripped. This shop fixed it fast without needing expensive oil pan replacement. They were honest and friendly. Very happy with the service.

This spring, Masters Touch helped me through a very difficult-to-diagnose problem of my 96 Ford Explorer. The vehicle, bought at about 17,000 miles and now at 243,427 miles, has great sentimental value to me -- I raised my kids with that truck, and now they are driving it! The diagnosis of a cracked cylinder head led me to the decision of allowing Masters Touch to start restoration work on my vehicle.Masters Touch tore down and rebuilt the engine and coolant system. Cylinder heads, head gasket, radiator, heater core, spark plugs, and water pump were replaced. Along the way, they polished valves and repaired minor things which needed done; minor repairs were not charged for.My truck now runs as smooth as when new and I am blessed with hope I can keep it and continue on with restoration work. Next rebuild is the air conditioning system, and Masters Touch of course will do it! This is a wonderful shop, filled with kind-hearted workers having a heart of service.

Great customer service my clutch went out in my Jetta called around everywhere else was around 1400 and was going to take a couple days. This was my only car to get to work and take my kiddos to school. The clutch totally dropped out a block away from there shop I called them explained my situation they had it in the shop 30 min later and had it done the next day and game me a super good deal charged me 900 and was willing to take 700 down and the rest when I got my check. I was able to to take the car and I went in and payed the remainder when I got paid. A week later I was leaking coolant like crazy took it into a different place to get a quote because masters touch was busy and was quoted 2500 dollars for water pump and timing belt. Couple days later masters touch was able to squeeze me in and got the job down for 600 and got it done in a day mind you the other place accurate auto said 3 days and 2500 dollars. Thank you masters touch for being so understanding and helpful. The only place I will take my car from here on out is masters touch automotive

I was fortunate many years ago to be referred to Masters Touch after a dealers service department gave me an estimate of several thousand dollars to fix my then 8 year-old car. Doug and his dad gave me a breakdown of what really needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. I drove that car for 6 more years before selling it.Since that first visit Ive trusted Masters Touch with the servicing and repair of all my vehicles. There have been numerous times when their honesty and integrity saved me money -- when they could have easily charged me more and I never would have known. As a result, I have confidently referred them to all of my friends, family and co-workers. Without exception, they have also been satisfied customers.These days you could be forgiven for believing that real customer service is a thing of the past. But this is a place with a neighborhood feel that always makes you feel as if your satisfaction is their #1 priority.

Hillsboro Free Towing to the rescue! I was about to have the worst day of my car driving life when I completely broke down on TV highway near Beaverton-Aloha. Luckily I was able to find this towing service on Google because they towed me for free to a local mechanic (Masters Touch Automotive) where my car was repaired the same day! I am so thankful for this because I dont have triple A and my insurance wasnt doing me any favors either. The guys at the auto repair shop were very helpful and honest by clearly explaining what was wrong with my car and what they needed to do to get it back on the road ASAP. THESE GUYS WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF! I would have issues with my cars before and take them to different mechanics and they would always say I had problems with the car. But everytime Ive arrived with masters touch they would tell me there wouldnt be issues. Whenver I had real problems Jeff would get it taken care of with really good prices. Jiffy lube would charge me double than these guys. I highly recommend!!!

I snapped my clutch cable and was stranded 20 miles away from home. They managed to get my car on a flatbed and install a replacement cable on the same day. Totally saved me from a terrible experience. Great service!

The work they did seems fine, but when the brakes they said were fine and didnt need to be changed started to squeak again they said they would charge to look at the brakes again...the worst part was this was literally a week after they had worked on the car. I guess they arent five star quality after all.

These guys are AMAZING! If you need your car fixed or any kind of car repair this is the best auto shop in Hillsboro! I am sick of going to repair shops with a bunch of inexperienced mechanics. These guys really know what they are doing and continue to prove it to me every time i go in. I know a lot about cars but dont have the time or tools to do it myself. So everytime i go to a mechanic and they tell me something i dont need i write them off. These guys have been 100% straight up with me every time which is so refreshing. Keep up the good work guys!

Im just really annoyed with the way I was treated. I made a complaint about some service, and they didnt want to hear what I had to say. They didnt get my car working either.

Took my truck there with fear of a cracked block they clean up the area of where it was leaking coolant and filled the cooling system back up and ran it and pressure tested but since the radiator was cracked they said they couldnt get it to leak I asked if they drove it they said yes .. I then paid the $100 and then drove it home (like less than 2 miles) and got home looked at it and it was leaking so guess they didnt really look to hard into the situation and now I know that its definitely a cracked block and they lost out on me paying them to put a $6000 engine in my vehicle

And lastly, DO NOT follow anyones health and safety rules! There is a pandemic and the staff and the Owner have the great nerve not to wear a mask.DO NOT visit this place for your car needs! They’re unprofessional, irresponsible, RUDE, and take advantage of their own Hispanic community instead of assisting them. They also do not follow the safety regulations and guidelines for the current pandemic, meaning they dont wear masks! AT ALL!
