Being new in town I was not at all sure where to take my Lexus to be serviced & worked on. So like most I googled it. I liked what they had to say about their business & if it was true, I wanted it to be the place to keep my car in good running condition. So I gave them a try with an oil change to see how it went. I was pleased at the friendly welcoming I received & the timely manner it was done. I will continue to take my car in for whatever it may need in the future. I found Accurate auto through a Google search. And I must admit I will continue going here for as long as I can. A big thing for me is sincere customer service and they made me feel really welcomed. Plus I had gotten a Prius to drive while my car was in the shop which was really convenient for getting around. Definitely recommend.

I recently bought a car with my savings. The seller told me the car was great and had no issues. Initial inspection the car looked great. The very next day I was stranded due to the car not starting. We found out the seller had taken the car in many times about the starting issue to various local shops and no one ever figured out the issue. Accurate Auto figured out the problem right away. They also discovered a major transmission leak due to the car having been previously JB welded that most likely got knocked loose during the tow. They also found cardboard cut outs underneath the transmission case. Needless to say someone put a quick bandaid on the leak to hold up long enough to sell the car. The seller wouldn’t respond to my calls so I felt very scammed. The fix was thousands of dollars! Accurate Auto not only fixed my car for a reasonable price but they also loaned me a vehicle to get my kids to school and work. I can’t say enough positive things about this business. They are professional, reasonable with prices, extremely knowledgeable and everyone is beyond amazing! This will be my go to shop from now on. Accurate Auto of Hillsboro gave me one of the best auto repair services I have ever experienced. About a year ago, during an oil change with a well known auto shop that starts with a J and ends with lube, they informed me that my break pads needed to be changed soon, because they were almost worn through. When I brought it in to Accurate Auto, fully prepared to pay for a new set of breaks, David told me I still had about 10,000 miles left on them! I was completely shocked with his honesty and very appreciative. I really enjoyed the diagnostic web link he sent me that had pictures of my breaks to show me they were still safe. He also showed me that the power steering fluid was cloudy and the battery cables had build up all from the link he sent! It was amazing to be able to see what he was talking about and then decide if I wanted him to take care of the problems he found(which I said yes to.) When I went to pick up my car, David went over the paperwork with me, explained what was done and how much the cost was. He was very professional(and wore a mask) and their lobby area was immaculate. When I got into my car there was even a little gift in there with some gummy bears and Swedish fish! Plus, the manager Keven, sent me a message to see if everything was running well with my car a few days later! Im extremely satisfied with the service I received and will be returning, as well as recommending Accurate Auto to friends!

I rarely do reviews but in this case Im hoping it will help somebody for making a costly mistake. So we took our sons Volkswagen CC there to have it diagnosed because when you put it in drive or reverse the car wouldnt move under acceleration. So after they had two technicians look at it including their master technician they came to the conclusion that it was the transmission that needed to be replaced and it would cost about $5,000 to have it shipped from germany. So I was a little alarmed because the car only has 91,000 Miles so I decided to get a second opinion. So we took it down the road to a different shop and they looked at it thoroughly and they said that the transmission was completely fine and that the drive axle was busted and needed to be replaced. if you take your car to accurate Auto be careful because they definitely are not accurate. I came to find out that they didnt even put the car on a lift and look at it. They just listened to it in the parking lot. For a 18 year old boy $5,000 would have been devastating. And he would have probably have to scrap out the car. We have took a couple different vehicles to this accurate Auto before and now Im questioning all the money we spent there. I will say they do have good customer service up front. But dont trust the technicians. They did end up refunding the diagnostic charge. But they definitely wont be getting any business from us in the future...

Their work was professional, fair and John communicated updates at each step of the work. I generally have difficulty trusting a repair mechanic to do only the work that is necessary but I can say with 100% confidence that Accurate Auto can be trusted to do the work quoted for the agreed to price. Accurate Auto was amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Cher and Keven. They were very friendly, professional, and made me feel confident in the work they did. All of my questions were answered and I was given fair prices and honest answers. I never felt pressured into fixes I didn’t need. I used one of the loner cars for a day and it was cleaned and sanitized for me due to COVID. My car was also sanitized before being returned to me which is appreciated. During my time in the office all staff followed state safety guidelines. I was also given a little goodie bag thanking me for my business which is a super nice touch! I love my car... Its paid for and I wanted to find a good shop that would treat her right. I saw their info on the Web and decided to give them a try. Im glad I did; they did a great job for a fair price. They diagnosed my 2013 Fusions cooling system issue, got the parts, and had me back on the road when they said they would. They even followed up a week later to make sure that all was well. Cant ask more than that; great job!

They took care of my truck and got me back on the road the next day. I had a major problem could of died. Only 4 stars cause nobody is perfect. But I was happy with my service. Ill return. Oh yeah and they left me a thank you note and candy in my truck. That was a nice touch. 😁

I took my 2007 Chevy Express in for 2 check engine codes, one for an evap. canister issue and one for and engine misfire. They told me the ignition coils for cyls 1 & 2 needed replacing, for $1100. But because of mileage and age I should do all 8 coils, new plug wires and new plugs for $1900. No. I explained this didnt sound correct because I had already replaced one coil myself which did not fix the issue. Kevin gave me some sales talk that he was not the mechanic. I had them repair the evap. canister issue ($460) but not the engine miss. I brought the van home and was able to pull #3 plug and discovered it had failed due to broken porcelain around the electrode. So I replaced just the plugs and now it runs fine, smooth. So, I repaired the miss for about $50, the price of new plugs. Not $1900.I was not satisfied with the initial diagnosis they performed which also cost $120 because they did not properly determine the true problem with the miss. But for $1900 they would have taken care of the issue.

I own a 2001 jaguar s-type. This is not the easiest car to get work done to it. Some places I called wont even touch it. But accurate auto did. And did a fantastic job. Though it took several instances of back and forth with the problems I was having, the outcome was more than I expected. The car drives better than when I got it! I worked with Patrick over the course of my cars treatment and was impressed with his staffs knowledge and workmanship. I would recommend this outfit to anyone! Great job and thanks! I have taken my cars to accurate auto for years. They are very kind, fair, and honorable. Very reasonable prices and I have never felt taken advantage of. They always do a great job and I’ve never had ANY problems.

Pretty simple. I brought it in for a check-up because there was a shaking in the steering wheel. They diagnosed it, ordered parts and installed them. It took 2 days but they provided a loaner. Now no shaking and Im very pleased!

Have been going to Accurate Auto for more than 10 years. They always do a good job! I’ve never been taken advantage of for extra or unneeded repairs. My car is almost 11 years old and, with the care they have given, is running great!!!

I called and spoke with Patrick who when I suggested I knew what the issue was said he didn’t want to just throw out a price for throwing parts at it and wanted to actually see and feel the issue. Found the problem, fixed it quickly. The experience was pleasant.

They charged me $120 to put my truck up on a lift and tell me what was wrong with it. They told me that it was dangerous to drive and that it would cost me $3, 000- $4,000 to get it fixed. I told them I couldnt afford that right now so they still charged me $120 for a list. I took this list to a different mechanic and showed him they fixed everything on it for $1,500. and they also didnt charge me anything to tell me what was wrong with it.I feel like because I was a female that appeared to know nothing about cars they tried to take advantage of me and jack up the price. $120 for a list is ridiculous.

When we are looking for a mechanic, the number one issue is trust. Trust that a business will do right by you. Yet at the end of the day we still need to accept that some type of risk is imminent.With that said my fiancé got in contact with Patrick from the Hillsboro shop about a rack and pinion replacement. We received multiple quotes and even had someone from another shop come and look at it. Both said it was the rack and the pinion needed to be replaced. Straight forward pricing, everything included, labor etc. I needed it done asap but they are a few weeks out. So I looked else where and found this shop.I have already ordered the part and received it and just needed someone to do the labor. In the emails he mentioned he would do it. He would tow the car to his shop at no cost. Pretty straight forward in the emails so we set up a day to have it towed. A few hours before the pick up time I call Patrick. It went well but he mentioned it was gonna cost a $120 to run a test and his exact words were “like we discussed”. My fiancé was the one emailing him so I thought she just didn’t mention it. I call her and she is surprised and said no he didn’t mention it at all and sent me the emails to read myself. RED FLAG #1.I call him back and mention this to him and he said it’s to run a test and see what’s wrong. I told him I’m sure it’s the repair I needed and I ask him if I could get a ball park figure on repair. This guy would NOT say any number at all!! I asked him what the maximum would be just any number and he kept running around. I’ve gotten quotes from multiple shops right off the back yet he kept avoiding it. This is RED FLAG #2.He asks me what the other quotes were and I’m like that’s not how this works. It’s like a blind bid. I get bids for the work and I pick the best price for me. Anyway I give a number in hopes I could get a number back at least. Nope. Not even an alignment price! I Still he kept trying to sale me on bringing my car in and have it locked in with them and most likely since it’s at the shop I’ll just pay whatever it is to get it fixed. That’s a really shady way to do business. Very shady. I get this feeling in my gut and I stepped away and told him no.We find another great mechanic who I highly recommend on Cornellius pass rd and All Day Towing picked it up for his shop today. A few hours later I get a call from all day towing asking for my address so they can pick up the car. I’m confused because my fiancé said they were on their way a few hours earlier. I ask who it was for and it was for PATRICK! This guy still called the tow company after I straight up told him as clear as I could be “NO I’ll find someone else”. Patrick is a con man. A type of mechanic who we all dread doing business with. Stay far away. People are losing jobs during this pandemic!!! Hard times for ALOT of people yet you still pull this nonsense. Please stay away from this shop. I’m sure others their are great yet this guy is ruining your business. Pulling this type of stuff during a time like this is beyond “it’s just business” and just down right terrible.Stay far far away until this guy gets fired

Accurate Auto had to take a deep dive in the electrical system in my G-37. This was not an easy hookup the testing equipment and fix. No electricity!I was kept informed about my vehicle including time and costs with a timetable for repairs. If you want it done right, major repairs and maintenance. Accurate Auto is the shop I use and recommend.

A very well-run shop that has its priorities in the right place. The management is very engaging and proactive and customer-centric. They offer clean, well maintained loaner cars when you car needs to stay overnight and their work is top shelf. I would recommend them to anyone I care about.

I want to give a shout out to Patrick for quickly taking care of my check engine light today. After pulling the code, it turned out I just needed a new gas cap. Problem solved. I recently got all my fluid flushes done at Accurate Auto for my 2001 Accord and it runs like a new car! I love that Accurate Auto only recommends the repairs that are really necessary.In the eighties there was a documentary series Pursuit Of Excellence. It mentioned that there are three concentric circles that represent three levels of customer service. The center is the expected service. The next circle represents above expected service. And the third outlying circle. Represents service that is completely unexpected.This third circle is where Accurate Auto operates.I had my car in for repair. My friend wanted to play tennis and so we agreed to meet. I forgot I didnt have my car and then also remembered my tennis racket was in the trunk. My friend did not have an extra racket. However he offered to drive me to the shop to get mine. It was after 5 p.m. and I called the shop to see if I could come pick it up. Patrick answered and said I could. I realized then that the shop would probably be closed by the time I got there. He said come on over I will be here. When I arrived after the shop was closed he was waiting for me in the office and had my tennis racket and balls waiting on the counter.Accurate Auto customer service is in the third outer circle.

Ive brought both my Jeep and my Honda here. Each time I have been very happy with the service. Tom is very helpful and explains everything. They have not pushed anything extra on to me or tried to take advantage of my little amount of knowledge when it comes to cars. I didnt pass DEQ, fuel level sensor low reading. Accurate Auto recommended replacing sensors, fuel pump ($1600) because of thee 145000 miles on them. Left my car on Wed and by Friday lunch heard nothing so I went in and found out they did nothing . I took my car and put Sea foam into the gas tank and it passed DEQ. What an upsell of something I did not need. I WILL NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. Be careful!!!

Tom and his team are transparent, honest and helpful! I can always count on Accurate Auto to care for my car’s needs - from a standard oil change to resolving unexpected roadside incidents. They treat you like family, and I know they have my family’s safety and security in mind.

They wanted 120 to look at my car though we know the issue. Then they said they would require us to do a oil flush that would run us 500. When I know the problem and thats all I want I just want you to do that work and give me a quote. Simple as that. Why would I pay half of what I paid for the van before I even get the tru problem addressed. I will not waste my time trying to get a quote here again.

My service advisor Tom was great. He answered all my questions quickly and had a rough estimate in minutes. He also called to follow up multiple times throughout the process. Very service focused and the work was completed same day I dropped off.Thank you Accurate Auto.

I bring my Cadillac here all the time, because I trust them with my car. There honest and they dont take advantage they try to save you money when they can without compromising quality. I always speak with Tom before that I believe hes name was Jim another nice guy. Ive lately been dealing with Tom, great guy he knows what hes talking about, always upfront with me so that Im prepared never misleading great guy. I never had any issues, with there car technicians, they take good care of my car. Thanks Guys.

I trust Tom and the mechanics at Accurate auto. Ive been a mechanic since I was a little kid and its nice to know my F150 is being taken care of right ! Its very comforting to be able to talk shop, different brands, old school vs. new tech, and be able to trust whats being done to our vehicles ! I recently had my oil changed here, I was really happy and impressed with their service. I then needed my front wheel bearings replaced, since I am kinda new in Hillsboro, I need to build a relationship with a mechanic that I can trust. When I called to make an appointment, Tom knew me immediately by my name, and was able to get me in right away, I cant tell you how much better my car is. I would recommend them to anyone, even though I have seen a few lousy reviews, I think they are great. No one is perfect, but so fare, they are close.

I have been here twice now, and I can give my feedback for both times:1. I was recommended by a friend because they gave a diagnosis for his vehicle and offered to give him a loaner car/shuttle to borrow while maintenance was being done so I had high expectations of the place. When I arrived I did not receive the same treatment, I was given a diagnosis over the phone on a call and I was finally sent details after I agreed to pay for the repairs. I even had to call again to reassure myself that I needed the service they recommended. Overall I was happy that my car was done but the cost was a bit high.2. The second time I got to speak to the manager and he seemed friendly and I got much better service with him. I am willing to keep giving this place a try until I lose trust in their work, lets hope that wont happen.

Patrick was very professional and service was done quick and very very great pricing. Wish they were up un my State. Warrenty on parts and labor that I was totally extactic. Would definitely reccomend them on any vehicle that needs repair.

Ive been taking my cars to Accurate for years and Ive never had a problem with their service. Their communication skills are excellent as well as the quality of their overall work. Their prices are reasonable and they are always looking for discounts for me. Its good to be able to say my mechanic and know that I have some place I can count on. One time I had to take my car to a different place and it took them FOREVER to fix the problem, charged me more than they quoted, and offered me nothing for the hassle. I wont make that mistake again. Do yourselves a favor and dont take your car anywhere else. Accurate Auto is my auto shop for life.

Great customer service with a smile. Accurate auto did a great job on my 2006 Chevrolet Trail Blazer. I will definitely be coming back to Accurate auto for any car related issue.
