Super happy with this AutoZone location. It can get busy but waiting a minute to check out isnt that big of a deal. They allow you to use a tester to see the Check Engine codes and will print out the results. Same with products. I was looking for a replacement overflow tank for my vehicle and they looked it up and printed it out with price. Though I found it online for less I ended up just buying it from them as I needed it sooner rather than later so I just considered it a convenience fee. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone location and Im confident I will return.

Bought tons of parts here for awhile because my friends told me it was a good spot. The parts were generally fine. The customer service used to be decent but has gotten horrible as time has gone on. Every time I go in, employees will be goofing around in the back; five or six customers will line up, waiting five or ten minutes; the employees all flood out and quickly clear the line, emptying the store so they can return to their teenage foolery. This is one meager example of the trashy customer service this store provides. I recently found a nearby NAPA which has better prices as well as better quality and certainly better customer service. Id still stop at AutoZone to buy oil on the way home from my shop. Then one time, some employee put used oil (for recycling) on the new oil shelf. I bought it without checking to see if the oil for sale was actually fresh oil (because who bothers when every single time anyone ever buys oil its not bloody used?) then tossed it onto my back seat, next morning the nasty oil had leaked all over my pristine 35-year-old leather seats. I went back the next day and the storewide manager apologized and gave me new oil and upholstery cleaner, which makes me want to give two stars instead of one, however I cannot possibly recommend anyone to buy even a can of oil from this location. I personally will not be coming back to this store, ever.

Asking the auto parts store about a high output alternator and the kid has no clue what Im talking about.Hes also afraid to speak to his co-workers because hed have to interrupt a conversation they were having about something other than work.Needless to say, he finally gets up and asked the question. Only to return to tell me to get on-line and find it elsewhere.Thats the last time Im going to this particular location.

These folks at Auto Zone know their car stuff from parts to cleansers . Trainees are with knowledgable crew member throughout the sale with pleasant ( kind) instruction , which is rare these days . Fast in and out correct service , helps save time n money ! Bravo Auto Zone crew , I was impressed with efficiency n respect for all in store and fellow employees !!

Cant go wrong with auto zone rewards and warranty can return most every defective part with phone number making it even easier for warranty

Literally standing in the store as cashiers agree over who is going to help us change our battery. They keep trying to pass us off to each other. None seem to want to help us.

When I walked in today to pick up brand new parts, critical for safe driving the manager Christopher said a woman called claiming she had a receipt so the parts belonged to her but the parts were ordered in MY NAME. Christopher refused to give me the parts for my car. sorry kids no motor mount! well just chain the engine on. Thanks for nothing Christropher

I went in for the first time to this location as I just moved to this area. The gentleman who helped me on a Tuesday morning (03/12/19) was very knowledgeable and kind. I purchased new lights for a headlight that went out in my car. I asked if it was an easy fix to do myself. And Chris without hesitation said I can do it for you no problem. Not only did he save me money and time. He was also kind and pleasant to talk to. He did both of my headlights in 10 minutes or less. I will definitely do all my shopping needs there and would definitely recommend this location to any and everyone. Thank you so much Chris!

First, let me say that I was really happy with the service and the product. But, I was not happy with the lack of safety precautions due to the Pandemic. They had a sign at the door limiting the store to 10 customers. Nobody was monitoring the door and there was more than 10 in the store.There had to be 10 employees working and only 1 had a mask on. They were not practicing social distancing or telling customers to due so. Everyone was bunched up at the registers.I actually went out of my way to go to Autozone because I like the store, but in the future I will not because of there disregard for safety.

If you need something quick then this is the place... BUT! if you want to save money and arent in a hurry to fix your car then go thru rock auto

Nice employees but I had to find another auto store because no employee had a mask on which made me believe no safety precautions happening here. I work in healthcare with patients who can have compromised immune systems and I can’t afford to take risks. Went to O’Reillys instead where their employees are wearing masks.

Helpful, stays open until 8-9pm most nights.

Krystal was very unprofessional. She was flirting with customers and another coworker while I was standing in line. Then when I get to the counter she had a terrible attitude when asking about the parts I needed. I left empty handed. I’m not paying to be treated terribly. You really need to get it together autozone.

Fast, friendly service. Needed a new battery and they installed it and got me going in less than fifteen minutes. They have a large inventory and will most likely have what you need.

My low rating is really just based on their alternator testing. I kept having a dying battery so I brought my vehicle to have the alternator tested. Customer service was great and they told me my alternator was great. Well I took it to a mechanic and discovered my alternator is indeed.. not great.. Its not keeping my battery charged.. Maybe a head up to check the testing device?

Good place to get parts! Not to expensive and it seems like you always get someone that is knowledgeable. All of the employees are friendly and fast.

I’d recommend purchasing parts online or somewhere else. Their costumer service is very poor. Sure most “mechanics” and auto part sales people aren’t the most social because they work with they so handy work but it wouldn’t help to be a bit more friendly and helpful. Also you can buy the same parts cheaper elsewhere. Have your local trusted mechanic do the fixing and shopping for you, if you don’t know what you’re looking for. You can also do your own research online for things you need, don’t rely on big chain companies.

I came and asked a gentlemen Kyle what coolant my car took. I told him i wanted pre mixed and ready to go. I drove 20 min home and my husband said that was full strength. So i drove all the way back and he insisted it was already mixed . So i read the label and it said must mix 70/30 or 50/50 and then i got the right bottle and confirmed it with the young boy. Kyle had horrible overall customer service let me down both trips

I needed two head lights replaced, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Jose, such a gentleman, replaced a bulb for me (and in rainy weather, too).

Not enforcing statewide mask requirement as required by new mandate. Customer had no mask so puts employees & customers at risk. Nothing was said. Disappointed. Will avoid coming here in the future.

Ever since Juan walked out the door a few months ago the customer service at this location has gone down hill. We were in the store tonight buying wiper blades and we couldnt get anyone to come over and assist us. One girl yelled from behind the counter what do you need?.Update: That girl had gone on to another job. We did go back the next day and we were able to get what we needed.

I took a shot in the dark on a part and they had it in stock which is really surprising.

Staff was friendly enough but the gentleman helping me seemed unsure how to locate the part to see if it was in stock, despite providing him a photo, part number, make/model, etc. Maybe hes great at his job usually, but I walked out thinking I wasted my time.

Good place to buy your parts, usually have the lower price, OReillys will usually match the lowest prices that you find elsewhere though

People are nice, but dont expect them to find odd parts if you dont have an oem part number. Allot of my cars being up errors in their system, cause they are not anywhere near oem. Like a v8 s10. Some parts are not listed cause the truck never came with them. Hence need oem part numbers

They almost always have what I need on hand. Sometimes they seem to be confused as to who is going to help you pay. Like theres 4 or 5 people in the store and one dude at a register helping someone, while you stand there for a while... but its never a long wait, just kind of odd.

Everytime ive been here they have been more than helpful but everytime I call them its impossible for them to answer their phones.

This place a joke. I show up Sunday at 8:00 AM and the place is closed. Door says open at 7:30. So I call and get told the guy who was supposed to open isnt there. Theres about 5 cars sitting in the parking lot now waiting. Hes 45 minutes late when he does show up. How can a place operate like this?
