I have been using the Cartridge World for many years. They have always been professional, courteous and attentive to what I needed at the time I was there. Theyve been patient with me on the phone when I didnt know what I needed as well. Most importantly, they have what I need when I need it unlike many office supply stores in this town (even when I call and ask).I can not say enough good things about this business.

I own a small business in Hilliard and my workhorse-copier, scanner and printer stopped working several months ago...Paper Jam..eventhough several techs and IT person all were unable to find the problem and repair. I decided to ask Alan the owner of the Hilliard Cartridge World. Without seeing my equipement he said, bring it in, I know I can fix it. The next day that he was in the office-he contacted me and it was all fixed. A small post it note lodged deep inside. He actually delivered to me at no charge. I can not tell you how grateful I am to not have to invest in another one of these machines. I truly appreciate his professionalism, kindness and definite knowledge. I will be taking all my future business here as long as Alan remains the owner. Thank you again.

I used to like doing business here but the man that manages(or owns) this location has made it so I wont be back. He is rude and nasty. Hes always having some sort of personal crisis. One time I went in he was arguing with his international mail order bride because he didnt want to send her more money and deemed it necessary to inform his customers of this. Today, he decided it a good idea to promote his political views. I personally dont care about anyones political interests however when a store employee is screaming and yelling about the political climate of the day its just too much! Ill gladly pay higher to not have to listen to the employees disgusting language!

Geez, Cartridge World, train your employees on how to answer the phone and how to speak to customers. He was so unprofessional, and I was clearly bothering him by my phone call, that I almost hung up to go elsewhere but really needed the stupid cartridge. The people that answer your phones and take care of customers leave an impression, and the impression I was left with was terrible.

I was looking to save money on LaserJet printer -- and inkjet -- they found my cartrige numbers on both - mark was very helpful Alan the owner was very concerned with customer service -- curt will deliver to businesses for free -- all are very knowlegable and very customer service focused -- thanks so much -- price was half of what I normally pay all gauranteed.
