Great service on return visits. If there is an issue with hearing aid they try to correct it at the office if not able to fix it there it is sent back and problem is fixed. Great turn around time. I was referred to American Ear by my doctor after I did not hear from my left ear after a physical. I got to see Nate Colace just before Christmas. He explained in detail each step during the exam. After the exam, he explained the areas where I was having issues. Higher frequencies and consonants were the areas I was having problems. Also, I had tinnitus. I have been wearing the hearing aids for a month and it has been wonderful. The white noise has reduced the tinnitus to almost nothing.Nate listens and answers all questions you may have.

Couldnt be happier with the service. Our mother is a healthy 97 years young, but has consistently fiddled with her hearing aids. Nate has been quite patient and very helpful! When its my turn to acquire hearing aids, NATE IS THE GUY!!
