Very nice people. I think their a great company

Not a good place to work they will screw u over on hours you work .hard work for little pay not worth it ..they cant keep people working there cause they screw them over every chance they get

Called to inquire about their kegs and the man hung up on me on purpose within a few seconds of me saying “Hello I was calling to ask about your kegs”. Called back and he answered the phone again with an attitude but this time didn’t hang up but answered my few questions very rudely. I will NEVER purchase from this company with the way this man talked to a potential buyer. I read another review saying something similar.

Always a great day when I get a run going here. The people working here are real down to earth and get me in and out every time in under an hour. Keep up the great work!

Was here for an event in their tasting room. The beer was of course excellent with a great selection, the room was nice and the event was well done.

Inquired about a product and was rudely told , no we dont have that brand and then rudely hung up on me. Worst customer service. Look elsewhere for your beverages.

Terrible service by the young woman in the ordering room (halfway down the hallway on the right)! She wouldn’t get up from her computer or look away from it. I asked several questions about various keg options and she didn’t seem to want to help in the least bit. After this encounter I spoke with a couple of friends who said that they have had the exact same experience and would not return to Premium ever again. I feel the same now.There are plenty of other options around town, don’t have to settle for this again!

As a private consumer, this company is rough to work with. Hours are restrictive, cash only, staff doesnt know whats in stock. The great selection of the website is countered by the fact that the majority of options are unavailable. Deposits are reasonable, 2 star.

They need a bigger sign directing trucks to the shipping docks.

Went here looking for some craft beer for a wedding rehearsal dinner ... big mistake the staff is not up to date on the inventory the business hours are horrible and the owner that I talked to Ron was one of the rudest obnoxious unhelpful people I have ever meet ... I feel bad for his employees who have to deal with him as a Boss .. bottom line save yourself the headache from this poorly run business !
