Jamie at store 0574, provided me with, hands down, the most above-and-beyond customer service today. She spent an hour printing, preparing, and facilitating the signing of some very time sensitive documents and did it in the most professional way. I cant say enough of how impressed i am with her.

Chris Muir is the manager and is amazingly good! He took care of a booklet printing job we had and treated us like we were a $100,000 customer. Chris gave us guidance for producing the booklet on Publisher and then he took over when we brought in our thumb drive. He helped set it up, got it perfectly printed WHILE WE WAITED!! Not only that, but Chris got us a huge discount. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience this was and how pleased we are with the outcome. Thank you Chris!

I just dropped off 3 pre-labelled FedEx Home Delivery packages (valued at $100 each) bound for out-of-state. Later that same day I checked on the packages statuses and each one was (erroneously) marked as Delivered. While I understand that this Highlands Ranch FedEx Office employee is only human, theyve inadvertently created anxiety and pain for me as I work with FedEx to investigate the true status of these packages and hope theyll be delivered.I hope in the future the employees at this FedEx Office location are more competent.

Great staff at this FedEx, who are helpful and thoughtful. However, international shipping problems led to dealings with FedEx international headquarters office, and I received some of the worst customer service I have ever received.I sent a $50 birthday gift to my friend in Brazil. I spend $167 in shipping to ensure it got to her. The package got held up in customs (I didn’t even know this could happen), where the government there claims taxes need to be paid. $250 in taxes for a $50 item is what my friend was told for her package to be delivered, sound corrupt?? So I called FedEx to see what they could do to assist. They will do nothing. Not even a phone call to Brazil shipping/customs office to assist with understanding the situation. When I requested the package be returned, FedEx then informed me that I must pay them $67 to get the package back.Worst costumer service I have ever received. To top it off the phone agents didn’t elevate my problem, offer to waive the return fee, nor plan to track this issue to come up with future solutions for future customers, or to look into illegal practices of the receiving countries shipping departments. These are basic process improvement approaches that I came up with in a few seconds of reflection on this systemic problem FeEx has. The staff said nothing of the sort. The customer service agents were not empathetic and could care less about helping me. Hollow apologies with no desire to help set things right (for either me or future customers), is really unacceptable business practices.Package tracking #784671262108

The manager Chris is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Its obvious that their priorities are not their customers and they do not care about doing the right thing. They are not equipped with the right training and knowledge to successfully carry out the duties needed for this job and therefore the customers pay the consequence for this. I do not recommend this FedEx branch at all in fact it should be re-staffed or closed.

Manager at this location is unhelpful and rude. Went to pick up a FedEx package that was held at this location. When I noticed that package was damaged and requested documentation of that fact, was told they could not provide it and the only option was to refuse the package. Clerk did try to assist, but manager was very rude.

I wish I knew the name of the woman who always helps me! She has long blond hair with glasses. Shes fantastic! I truly enjoy talking with her. And even if there was a long wait, which happens sometimes (that is life), she was always a pleasure to speak too. I did a lot of print work with this FedEx and never had a bad experience. Best customer service around!!!!To be specific, I work for a funeral home and we often print prayer cards, memorial folders, etc. for families. Today, our printer was having issues, and I was panicking, thinking we wouldnt get our prayer cards done! I called to ask if this was something FedEx could do (meaning printing on to the back of perforated sheets I brought in myself). I spoke with Jonathan over the phone, and he reassured me that they could absolutely take care of that for me.When I got to the store, I spoke with Jonathan in person, and again he was extremely helpful, and took the stress right off my shoulders! He guaranteed they would have them done in the timeframe I needed them.Then, to my delight, I got a call within the HOUR saying our prints were finished! I was so excited, rushed over to get them, and they turned out wonderful.So...to sum my experience up: I was having a really bad day, then FedEx and Jonathan made it allllll better! :) Thank you, from the Heflebower Funeral Home family! We will continue to spread the word!

I love this FedEx office! They are so quick with printing your online order! Ive only had to wait once, and thats because they were training someone (have some mercy you complainers!). They have always be kind and speedy! Will continue to do business here!

This team is always on point. They are quick and do everything exactly as you tell them. Even one time where I told them to do something that didnt make sense, they called to verify. So much better than Office Depot!

I waited at the front of the line for 20 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me. They then told me printers were all down. Luckily another customer and I were able to fix one of the kiosk printers for use. I then tried to ship a package. The lady copied all of the info incorrectly. I left unhappy and will never come to this fedex again.

I was in this Fed Ex location using their scanner and witnessed Hunter interacting with multiple customers. He went above and beyond with each and every one, carrying packages in from their car, solving problems and just generally providing amazing customer service. I was so impressed I had to tell him and his manager agreed he is a rock star. Keep up the awesome job Hunter, we need so many more of you in this world.

I am a very busy person so instead of spending time at Verizon I decided to order my new phones over the phone. I was excited because they were set up to be delivered today. I was out doing errands and looked at my emails and seen they were delivered... Well when I got home there werent any packages on my front porch. I called Verizon and they said well since you werent home I am sure Fed Ex will be back by 8pm. No they didnt. I called Fed Ex and they said the driver left them on the porch. Mind you Verizon said they wouldnt deliver because a signature was required. Fed Ex is insisting that the driver left them. I called FedEx back they said since the driver is off this weekend I need to wait till Monday to see where he left them. They said I had signature authorization on file. I have never put my signature on file. Never been so disappointed in the service I am receiving from FedEx. This is a very expensive package I am missing.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Waited five minutes before anyone said hello. Teenage employee in back just kept copying. When I finally got help the computer I used kept stalling out. None of the programs worked. Spent $18 on computer and didnt get anything accomplished. Left without a goodbye or anyone asking if I got everything completed.Customer service is simple. Greet, help, solve problem, say goodbye and thanks for coming in.With all the other options out there I will never use kinkos or FedEx again.

After a long and terrible day, I found that I needed to print a 300 pg book asap. I ran over to FedEx, and tried to print, but as was my luck, it didnt work on the machine they had out front. After talking to the girl behind the counter, she offered to print it in back. I hadnt realized it was more costly to have them do it, but after some explanation, she gave to me for the price up front, which made all the difference in my horrible day. She was great in giving me exactly what I needed, and even bound the book for me! I will definitely come back here, even though its a bit pricier, for the customer service. - One Impressed Customer

Horrendous customer service. I sent a package to their store for a customer to pick up. This FedEx store refused to accept delivery because it was shipped vis UPS. Get over yourself. Take care of your customers.

I asked for a picture to be printed and told her specifically what size I needed and the size printer it needed to be printed on in order to fit on the page; I emphasized that it needed to be printed on this printer. After all that, she still printed it the wrong size.
