They have a ton of sale stuff by the door, but the workers are too lazy here to mark even a fraction of the stuff. When I asked an employee by the door she said just to take it to the register and wait in their horrible lines for a price check. I asked her to let the manager know that people are up set with it and she said that management knew and that they didnt care if they had upset customers or not. Also no price checker machines under the huge signs that say check price here. Also their dressing rooms were open which proves the other Walmart a lier when they said all Walmarts had closed their dressing rooms. The rest of the store was a mess as well. Plus their parking lot is so full of carts that cars have to make huge circles around them. Horrible service all around at this store. It seems like the Walmarts in Colorado are talking a walk in the sewer right now and the regional managers need to step in and clear out the management at these stores.

If you like these photos and reviews please leave me a like. We needed to find a laser pointer for a gift, come to find out those are not stocked within the store, they have to be ordered online. They did have a very small one that a young man who works for the store did help me locate the item, but they were sold out! Thanks for the help. Unfortunately Walmart no longer stock laser pointers, they are dangerous things and you have to order them online Thanks anyway.

I want to give a shout out to Frankie in the auto service department. He helped me look at a battery under my hood he looked up very cheap prices for me he bent over backwards to provide excellent service to me and to help me out as much as he could. Even though I know all stores are understaffed right now and Walmart is as well I think that he deserves praise because he did a very good job with me today he was kind thorough and thoughtful. Thank you Frankie you rock!!!

Not the best location I have been to. Alot of product was locked up with what looked like chicken wire and pad locks. The front was very busy, so checkout was slightly slow, but the checkout staff was nice.

Store was clean and organized. We were able to find everything we needed.Pat was especially helpful in going above and beyond! She helped get milk from the back before the stocking associates started their shift.

This is one of the better organized and maintained Walmarts Ive shopped at. The employees are decently friendly in my experience. The stock is pretty good, and Ive rarely encountered things out of stock. Its a pretty decent one-stop shop for home goods and groceries, and usually has the best prices and availability in the area. My most recent visit, in the beginning of September 2021, I saw some of the least masking of similar stores; maybe a fifth of people are masked, largely employees.

DO NOT USE THEIR PICKUP SERVICE!! I have used this store for many years and now their pickup service is ATROCIOUS! Dont waste your money, this store has the worst customer service and even corporate couldnt resolve the issue!

For YEARS I have had my own cloth bags to use at this store. Yesterday, I was told my items could be packed in plastic only by the checker. I could, however, do the packing myself. I considered that option realizing all the items would be scanned, placed on the small space on the top of the bag spinner. I would have to bag fast to keep up. Im an old woman. Not a good idea. So most of my things I put in my cart without a plastic bag. I got out of there with only 2 of the awful plastic bags. The checker would not tell me why there is now this policy. I asked to speak to a manager. No one responded to the page. I am Done. With. Walmart. I can purchase everything I need elsewhere. And by the way, some of the shelves were a mess, with large utility carts I had to move out of the way to shop.

On my way to work and realized I didnt have scrub pants. Stopped at this Walmart, not only was it clean, it had scrub pants, and there was no line. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Really comfy scrub pants. Definitely recommend them

Well, its a Walmart... What can I say? They did have my favorite brand of household disinfectant in stock, in the gallon jugs. This store gets an extra star for that. I couldnt find it though, because it was stocked in an unexpected place. It was not near the Lysol and other cleaners. When I requested a manager, he didnt make me wait for too long to arrive and show me where the product is stocked, so another star for that.That brings this particular Walmart store to a total of 3 stars, which is better than 1 star.

Went in to buy groceries. Only one checkout lane was open. The line for self checkout was insanely long. I was patient since I know everyone is experiencing staffing shortages. However I saw 3 managers standing by the checkout lines not working. This is unacceptable, they should have opened up some checkout lanes and started helping customers themselves.

Everytime we travel to Colorado springs, Co we use boost for oxygen. This Walmart is always fully stocked.

This used to be a decent Walmart. Its not anymore. I needed some somewhat specific things so I checked on their website that those particular things were in stock at my local Walmart before leaving. Get there and guess what? Nothing I checked on was actually in stock. They also got rid of all the price check scanners and instead they expect you to download their app and give them permission to access your camera to find out the prices of everything. This wouldnt be as big of a deal if literally anything was price marked or if all the shelves had the correct prices (spoiler: they dont, and half the stock isnt in the right place). Theres product all over the floor and the last time I went I think I saw a total of 2 employees working, 3 if you count the single open and staffed register. This was on a Sunday afternoon. The only reason I give 2 starts is because at least there building is not falling apart like other Walmarts Ive seen. Im going to target.

Whatever you need, this Walmart has it. Place is HUGE. Its so big I could probably spend a whole day there walking around and looking lol. Staff is completely helpful and friendly. Very clean store as well!

Ordered tires to be installed and showed up before the appointment to ensure everything was going to go smoothly. Not at all. Waited for 10 minutes just for someone to return to the desk. Tires were not in stock. Waited another 10 mintues for the actual manger to show only to say they could not get the tires needed. No offer of other choices or refunds and left for other tasks. I was the only one there leaving the task of a refund to the attendant that could not authorize the transaction! 30 minutes later still no return of the manager, i was finally told by the unauthorized attendant that i should cancel the install and get refunded online. 7 days later still waiting for the return to hit my account to be able to take my business else where. I hope its this location only cause in these times saving is everything! Negative star x5

Being generous here with one star. Went in last week and there weren’t any carts in either bay. Asked a manager why they had no carts and was told that if I wanted one to shop in their store, I would need to look out in the parking lot. Uhhhhhh, how about NO!!!

Relatively easy access. Store is clean, but like most Walmarts rather overstocked making aisles tight and cluttered. Easy in and out for what I wanted.

Carts were stacked up so far that it was literally blocking traffic. Multiple employees walked past without addressing it. Either management is clueless, they dont care, or are ineffective.

The, ah, clientele have no idea how to drive or park their own cars, so I *strongly* recommend parking in a distant corner of the lot if you are concerned about your cars appearance.otherwise you might come out and find someone had run into your taillights and crush them... as I saw a woman doing to a parked car... who then drove off without leaving a note.trashy trashy.then again, its wal-mart.what can you really expect?

The store was nice and clean. Looking well stocked for the items I came for. Havent quite gotten check out figured out as the line was very long as only self check was available later in the evening. Line moved quickly and staff was super friendly with offers to help if needed.

Always good when things are stocked. Sometimes you can go and everything you need is not available or the complete opposite.

I love shopping here and feel that l really get my moneys worth and can find almost anything l want here.

I will say this Walmart is big and very impressive inside with a great selection of clothes! But the staff is horrible, I repeat HORRIBLE. I wanted a pair of shorts that were only available to be picked up at this location and we drove 20 miles to be able to get them. I saw a pickup sign and asked the employee standing next to it where is pickup since the sign says here but no spot to actually pick up and he sent me to customer service. Then I waited in line for 10 min just to be told the only person who can do online pickup wont be back for 10 min and to wait... then I went back and called the number on a sign that said for online order pickups and was told I had to go to the south side parking lot to pickup my item and call back when Im in a spot. Just extremely unhelpful employees that gave me misinformation at every turn making me have a terrible experience and no matter how big and beautiful I would NEVER go back. This is not a reflection of all Walmarts!! I love the one by my house, so please know I had to review this specific location for my terrible experience.

This store is close to our community.. we use to visit most of times in a month... Prices are good 👍 every time we will have good deals... Kitchen essentials home office toys dresses furniture photo center.. lots of very good collection very well maintained..and lastly staff are friendly always... Love this store 😍.......

I went to Walmart to buy a camcorder. I know inventory is low everywhere so I did not expect to find one my first attempt. Not a big deal.I did ask the electronics salesperson to check inventory at other Walmart locations. I was told that there is no way to check or call the other Walmart locations. They do not have that ability. They do not have the phone numbers and that I would have to call each individual location to check inventory myself. In this day and age of wanting our products now, customer service has been misplaced.I then drove to Target where they had the ability to check inventory at all their locations without calling. They checked on a portable device. A camcorder was found in less than one minute and 15 minutes later I bought on.Thank you Target for not loosing sight on what is important... your customers.Go to Target for customer service.Go to Walmart to be alone in a store full of customer service representatives.

Some employees there are very rude & swear a lot!! Others are rude personal shoppers. Some employees very nice! See tho, 2:1 of blah/ugh to nice. Good overall selection. More expansive inventory of items not seen at other (supercenter) Walmarts

Its fine as far as Walmarts go haha. The last few times Ive gone theres very little left on the shelves in the grocery section, yet always people stocking. Gone are the days of Walmart being cheap, though, but thats everywhere. Still my go-to place for a one stop shopping trip ^_^

When prices are mislabeled and not honored at least once is frustrating. You can never tell if the labeled price is wrong or the listed price but when they laughed and said no I just left

Typical dirty place with two checkout lines open and 20 people waiting in each one. Only go there because of OTC benefits thru insurance. Grocery prices higher than King Soopers on everything. Produce looks like the rejects that fell off the back of the truck.

As many who travel, Wal-Mart is one of those stores you know you will likely find whatever you are looking for all under one roof. Sometimes you find so much more than you were expecting. Being from a smaller town where Wal-Mart is one of the bigger stores and then going into a bigger town such as this where the store is more than double the size you are accustomed to is incredible. Its like going into a new store all together. I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience and needing a little customer assistance turned into another truly awesome experience. Thank you to those working there for making my experience as good as it was.

Great inventory customer services okay but could use some work in some areas the only complaint is when a customer asks you where something is at I believe its even in your guyss handbook dont point in the direction where its at take them and show them because theres people like me to get lost or still cant find it so instead of pointing and saying over there get out your little meter that you guys carry around look at the item item and then take the customer there make sure that its there be more interactive with your customers asking for help

I waited for the blonde kid to finish helping a guy out in the business center. He looked at me and said Ill be with you in a few seconds. Then he helps another person that was behind me. He must have short term memory.

This store needs a serious overhaul! Run down. Its actually depressing. Unpleasant atmosphere. The pick up and delivery service is very good but they never have everything in stock.

Ive spent over a week trying everything to get my son a phone and everything weng wrong. Shaun in electronics was more helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and kinder than anyone ive dealt with. This is one of the best Wal-Marts ive been to in years. Been getting deliveries for a month while in between moving. Thank you so much. You have no idea what weve been through. Tour team has been so helpful!

Got salmonella and ecoli from the same Walmart. They like to keep expired product on their shelves.

Pretty good store. Lots of stuff to choose from. Prices are super super super low. If you need cheap art supplies, cheap clothing, or cheap food come here. Only rating it 4/5 stars because the last time I ordered pictures from here they were not ready when I had a confirmation email saying they were ready.

There is no one in sports section to open glass cases. Everyone was walking away. I finally left after 20 minutes. First time in Walmart in many years but I think I can go the rest of my life without it. So at least I dont need to deal with them anymore. How can the guns and everything go totally unattended for so long anyways?

When your on the go and have to pick up your daughters makeup, your husbands insect repellent and dinner for the evening, Walmart is your one stop shop! Get everything you need in 15 minutes and your on the road again. With always helpful staff your shopping will be a breeze.

I have called three times just to check and see if they have a product in store. Every time I have called the customer service associate has been extremely rude and has told me that they cannot help me. It literally takes 2 minutes to walk to another section and see if they have something or to send someone to check. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and Jannie needs to be retrained. I have asked to speak to a manager on two different occasions and they refused to get someone on the phone. I do not recommend this Walmart at all as their associates are extremely lazy and do not want to do their job.

Staff as a while treated me with much more kindness than the Super Target off of Lucent Blvd in Highlands Ranch...all I asked for was whether they would provide with me discarded cardboard boxes that they intended to toss out..and several people were happy to oblige.Great to see that not everyone in our society has lost a sense of community and courtesy and care to help others.

Went here yesterday to grab a few things I needed. I am disabled from a neuro condition. I can walk but it is exhausting and difficult. I went to get an electric cart and the greeter (John) literally stepped in front of me and told me that we needed to save them for someone that might need it more than me. 😡

Ridiculous prices for the quality and type of food. Over $80 before tip for a sandwich with fries, a cesar salad with a measly 4 shrimp, an artichoke appetizer, a coffee and an iced tea. Ridiculous! Meat in sandwich had a refrigerator taste. Servers were sweet and attentive...only reason for any stars.

Great selection but they are very disorganized and staff are hard to find, and have little to no idea about the products.

The worst Walmart ever!!!!!I came to return my plastic box and it was missing a lid. They African american cashier and his short lady - manager refused to exchange nor refund because the box was missing lid. Or I could exchange into another box WITHOUT a lid.The other day Auto service in THIS Walmart denied oil change verses other Walmart associate accomidatint it without asking to many questions. I brought my own filter and oil and with accordance to the current data from Manufacturer. ( Wolzvaggen Tiguan). The technicians in Highlands Ranch are not competent nor knowledgable, so they denied oil change in my car.I got denied to frame my Oacley lenses at Walmart Glasses and Vision Department. And everyone was soo nosy and impudent asking me where did I get those lenses. I say none of your business people. You either help me or you dont! And the lady had sent me to wild goose chase to get frames done at the other store called Sonhub, or whatever.

Hands full, i searched the store for any associate for over 5 minutes for a department that is supposed to have someone watching/ in it. Highlands Ranch Walmart is BY FAR the worst Walmart you can shop at in the state of Colorado. When I call the only number that shows up online and ask about NFL cards I get yelled at because I apparently call the clothing department, and that’s if they even pick up the phone within 10 minutes. It’s ridiculous how much clowns work at that place. I’m disappointed I can’t rate it 0 stars

I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping for my 5 yr old with her in tow. I did my best to screen her from seeing what I bought for her. When the self check out worker noticed what I was doing, he stood straight in my kiddo’s point of view to help!This year has been a reminder of how rough it can be to be a single parent at Christmas, but him going out of his way to help me just made my day!! 🖤🖤

Literally never had an issue with Walmart until this store. You are NOT LEGALLY REQUIRED to stop and show your receipt. Usually I do because it’s the nice thing to do but today I was in a hurry. The old man greeting GRABBED my cart and wouldn’t let me leave even though he could see I was in the middle of an intense phone call. He reached into my bags and pulled it out! I told him I’m not legally required to show him my receipt and he just kept shaking his head. You’re lucky I’m not going to sue for false imprisonment. Train your employees better. Guess I’m going to King Soopers from now on because they actually treat their customers with RESPECT. Ridiculous.

Its your pretty standard walmart. It is usually clean and well stocked. Most of the time the employees are friendly and helpful. Finding things in the store is fairly easy, especially with the help of the Walmart app thats tells the isle. Recently they rearranged the shelves, seems the be a good change overall. I do wish that there were a few more self checkout kiosks, but the wait in line to check out at the self checkout usually isnt too long.

The manager needs to get some people training from the Bella Vista Wal marts. They run nice and clean. This one should be shut down and people retraining. They close one entrance at 5 pm cause of employees shortage. Just look at the isles and see all the employees just loafing around and playing on there phones there should be a no phone rule when on company clock. I wish some one from Wal mart would call me and I would be glad to show them all the lost/shrinkage they are loosing. This is bad.

I used to shop at Walmart all the time. First time I have tried their delivery and it wasn’t bad. Came in the time frame I wanted, got everything I wanted.
