KC is honest and to the point when it comes to all your needs/wants for skiing. We recently moved to the area and hes been our source of knowledge in getting my girlfriend set up with all her ski gear. His communication skill are top notch. Ski and Boot Lab will be our go to for all servicing / rental needs in the future!

Casey is so helpful and honest it’s refreshing. He’s straight to the point, while offering multiple options. He makes it a point to be clear about all the options you have and where you can/should start based on needs and budget. In my case, I have a couple frustrations, so before dumping more money into current boots, will snag some demo boots & skis from him. This way I can switch up a few options to really get a feel for what’s going on and when I do spend more, we’re confident it’s the right answer. He also knows so many folks in the industry/ area that it makes researching faster/easier, too. Just a solid guy - really lucky to have found him. Will be a loyal customer for sure!

This is a fantastic operation. The owner/only employee is incredibly knowledgable about skis and gear. He will get you setup with some sweet ski rentals for a fantastic price ($45/day-skis, boots, poles). Very easy to work with and overall great experience.

KC is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in the ski industry. He is extremely responsive and always willing to do whatever it takes to put his customers first. First class facility with state of the art equipment.

KC could have pushed me towards something that maybe wasnt quite what I wanted to make a sale. Instead he recommended several other places where I could look for exactly what I wanted. Most professional ski shop experience Ive had. Came in just to get a fresh base grind done on my skis and was treated like a highly valuable customer. Nice that they had a real stone grinder instead of a sanding belt. KC knows what hes doing and didnt cut corners on the quality of his machinery. The pricing is also no brainier. Youd be doing yourself a disservice if you go anywhere else. Thanks KC Ill be back!

This place is a hidden gem. The guy that runs it is always friendly and personable. He is also very knowledgeable about skis, ski tuning, gear choices, and skiing in general. Finally, as others have said, this really is the best ski tune in town. I have never been disappointed with any of his professional-quality work.

I was scrambling to find someone that could do a binding adjustment before our weekend ski trip, and KC was able to accommodate. This is a great shop and we’ll be using him to do our tunes and other maintenance in the future. Thanks again!

I now have purchased two skis from him. Hes tuned a set of skis for myself and my wife and then a hot wax on my mothers set of skis. His pricing is absolutely Fair, his sales on his used demo skis are amazing. Ive never experienced customer service like his. Overall Im a happy customer I will not return to a big chain for anything unless my life depended on it.

Very impressed with the service! I called around a few places to help put my bindings on my skis I got for Christmas. Everywhere said it would take 2 weeks! Ski & Boot Lab did it the same day! Thankful ! Highly recommend !

KC is fantastics, helps us accommodate the ever-changing needs of a growing teen competing in IFSA/freeride (think outgrows everything all the time), the coach, and everyone else in our family. He stands behind his work and his products, and advocates for us with the manufacturers wen weve had issues. Frankly, I hate to do business with anyone else regarding ski gear.

Best shop in the Front Range. KC is the most knowledgeable and straightforward ski tech I’ve used. Talks with you about how to tailor your equipment to get the most out of your unique style. Great for new skiers who are unfamiliar with equipment and awesome for those who are picky about what they like. Everyone will get attention to detail and a perfectly done end-product.Have had bindings mounted, remounted on an older pair, and tunes and waxes. Always done right, always ready fast (Overnight-2/3 days). Cool selection of demo skis, haven’t done bootfitting here but I would bet KC does it better than Surefoot, etc. with more time devoted to personalization and working with you on what you want.Was an eskimo customer for years, KC does it better and faster.

KC has a great choice of quality demo skis to test and is really helpful in finding the right ski for you. He also does 2 skis for one deals which is great to test 2 skis against each other. At the end of the season he also offers to sell demo skis to his customers and has a big service variety of ski repairs and ski maintenance. Top notch customer service! Would recommend anyone to go to him.

Quite simply, if you live in or near Highlands Ranch and youre not getting your skis tuned by KC, youre doing yourself a disservice. Best tune in town, fair prices and super fast turnaround. I have yet to try the demos but this will be the first place I go when Im in the market.

I came here because the reviews were 5 stars and I was beyond amazed at the quality of service and attention by the owner. I came in with a myriad of issues and needed guidance and service and KC was gracious with his time, offered ideas and suggestions, and gave me an honest, no BS answer. True customer service right here!

Ive been going to Ski & Boot Lab for a couple years now. I feel very fortunate to have a shop like this in Highlands Ranch. KC has a ton of experience, but more importantly, the guys attitude towards customer service is off the charts. I have a lot of respect for people that run their businesses like this guy does. Everyone else I tell about him has the same feedback for me, which is consistent with the shops Google reviews.

We had our skis waxed and tuned and KC did an amazing job! It was icy where we were skiing and the newly tuned edges cut in perfectly! He was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Ski and Boot Lab.

KC has been incredibly patient and kind as Ive brought in my ski boots with myriad issues this season. He listened to me and worked hard to ensure that my boots fit comfortably after I experienced foot numbness that other shops I went to werent able to relieve. I wont go to anyone else besides KC for bootfitting (even though there are many bootfitters closer to where I live in Denver), because I cant imagine anyone else putting as much care and effort into their work as he does. I trust KC 100% with my boots, and hes made my ski season so much better than it would have been otherwise. He also does great ski tunes and repairs. Thank you so much, KC!!!!

This is the best shop I’ve been to in the Denver Metro. KC does an excellent tune and his boot fitting skills are fantastic.Most importantly: this shop has an awesome selection of top level skis to demo. I’ve never seen such an awesome selection of high end demo skis ranging from racing skis to All mountain and they also have some big fat powder skis to demo!Pricing is reasonable, service is quick, and quality is at the highest level!

I’ve been giving reviews on Google maps for a while now and let me tell you, this is the most deserved five star review I have given so far. I called on Wednesday night which is a little late to start calling around if you wanted to go skiing on Friday. Anyways Casey pick up the phone and asked me when I was going to go riding and I said I wanted to go on Friday but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to bring my skis in because I figured it was going to take up to a week, he said that if I brought them in on Wednesday night he could have them done by Thursday night which would make them available for Friday skiing. I pick them up on Thursday night and the bottoms of those keys look brand new. Super nice guy, super clean shop, and in a really good location. There is no doubt why he has so many five star reviews so far. Do yourself A favor and take all of your gear that you need servicing to him.

Ski & Boot Labs customer service was top notch! KC was very helpful in answering the many questions I had about my skis and boots. Additionally, he heat molded the liners for my new ski boots, remounted my bindings, and provided a tune-up of my skis… All at an excellent price and quick turnaround. Have passed the word of this place on to my friends as the service cant be beat.

I was looking for a place near my new house where I could get my skis tuned and found this local shop. Typically local shops do a better tune than bigger shops. Owner KC was very friendly when I dropped off my skis. I was able to pick up my equipment the next day so he also has great turnaround time. He also showed me all of his equipment in the back of the shop he uses to tune skis.

KC was able to mount my Marker Alpinist bindings that the large retail stores around him werent able to (they didnt have the right jig). He is knowledgeable and does great work.

KC is the best. Seriously. I went in multiple times to diagnose a bad ski boot fit by another unnamed company. Each time KCs primary goal was to get me back on the slopes comfortably. His shop is really neat and he makes himself available by appointment basically anytime. Highly recommended.

Ski & Boot lab’s is the best shop to have your skis tune up. My skis had big scratch from going over a rock now they look like brand new again and I did not have to wait two weeks. I took my skis on Friday and they were ready on Saturday. I would recommend this shop every time.
