Brought my car in for a simple oil change and when I got it back the “check engine” light was on and the car was shaking. When I asked them to look at it they were extremely rude and said I had to take it to a mechanic. Don’t waste your money here

I brought in a battery I had purchased six months ago that was completely dead. The Wal-Mart computer would not make the exchange. But the cashiers spent 45 minutes figuring out how to do it so that I could get a new battery. I really appreciate their help.

They had a short crew and my oil change was going to be POSSIBLY 2 hour wait. I told them that Ive got an errand to run and if be be back. An hour later I returned, and 45 minutes after that my oil was changed. Good guys, on the ball for cheap.

If youre taking your car here, youre better off leaving it and going somewhere for a few hours, because there is no place to sit. If they quote an hour its probably going to be 2. So just be aware if you decide to go in and shop for groceries.

The Auto Care Center is horrible! Before the pandemic the staff were slow to do anything, rude and could care less if your a retuen customer. Management is nonexistent and dont have any better attitude than staff. They open at 8am, this means they open the garage doors, stand around while you wait for someone to help you. The customer entrance doors stay locked until someone bangs on the window. No one answered the phone and all stood around until i walked through the front store entrance 600 yards to the main entrance, back through the store and after calling on the phone, pressing the help buttin at the desk and asking a store associate to call someone. 32 minutes later i picked out my own battery using an old catalog, set it up on the desk and explained my frustration when someone came from the back room huddle with a Manager and 4 staff joking about helping me out.This place is / was and will be frustrating for your visit. Go elsewhere!

While service was good, speed is sorely lacking. A competitive shop installed 4 tires, balanced and out the door in 22 minutes. I was at this location for 55 minutes, and all they did was remove and re-install 4 wheels. No mount, balance or even a rotation. Refused to work on the car because of a stripped wheel stud.

I was the second person in line 1 minute after they opened at 7am. I was told there would be a 2hour wait for an oil change. This was due to there only being 1 technician to do Tires, Lune, and to check in folks inside the store. He told me technically he wasnt even supposed to be working by himself. When I talked to he customer service desk inside the store they were aware and replied by saying If he gets hurt back there Walmart is not to blame.Yikes

I waited for 1.5 hours for a oil change and was told that it will be another long wait time for them to get to my turn because of the appointment have priority over other services. I understand and was told that they dont take an appointment for an oil change its on a first come first serve basis. Im very disappointed for the lack of services provided by this Walmart.

Not only are these people extremely rude, but they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I made an appointment for 9am. I got there, no one know how to put tires on apparently. And one employee told me to my face he refused to do it. So I sat and waited for someone to get there who knew how. I got my car back and the tire sensors werent working. So I told them to fix it and the guy acted like they didnt work before we got there. Then, instead of fixing it, he broke another one. Now we go to get our oil change and they tell us our tires are put on backwards. I call and the woman basically blames us. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET ANYTHING ON YOUR CAR FIXED. THEY SUCK.

Was told it would take about 40min to replace my battery and then they would call over the PA system for me. Close to 2 hours later I still havent received any call on the PA system or my cell phone. Then I remember I have the barcode thing to check the status. It says its done so Im a little annoyed but figure whatever. I go to get my car. The guy at the desk doesnt even look at me or says hi and just straight away goes which ones is yours? I tell him the Volkswagen Beetle. Then he just responds with Oh, you have THAT one in a snarky tone. I know the batteries in bugs are difficult to replace but I really dont need the snarky commentary after waiting 2 hours for a 40min job 😡

Mechanic did not screw cap on tight enough after changing oil. Brand new car started smoking and lighting up saying there was low oil pressure immediately after leaving store . Tried to call several times after the incident and no one answered . Had to tow it to mechanic. I called again this morning and was told a claim would be made. I am now waiting to hear from Walmart’s claim center to assess damage before mechanic will touch it. Was told this could take two days. Now I have to get a rental car and NO ONE will tell me if I will be reimbursed or not. Never trust your car will be taken care of properly at a Walmart. They can’t even handle a simple oil change . This is a nightmare .

Dennis the service manager was very friendly. We purchased a new car battery and were replacing it ourselves, but faced some difficulty removing the old battery. Dennis took the time to help us with it and install the new battery. We really appreciate his willingness to help us, even though we werent receiving any services from their department.

Refused to put tires on my car for the reason the cars sticker said it had 15 inch rims vs the 16 it had on, despite showing ample proof it really did come with the larger rims when it was new they refused service. Dont bother.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! I wish I could do 0 stars they do not even deserve 1 star. Every single employee had a different answer, and every answer was wrong! We bought tires there less than three months ago. One tire blew out so we went to have it replaced. The guys there tried to tell me that they could not replace just one, that I had to pay to have TWO tires replaced due to safety and policy. Not only that, but they tried to tell me that I was going to have to pay for my replacement tires, rotation, and alignment even though we purchased the tire insurance when we bought the original tires. I had to go all the way to the manager to get this settled, and all I got from anyone was excuses! We will never use Walmart Tire Center again. Very disappointed!

Terrible tire buying experience here. Woman running the counter was helpful in finding the tires...then said they wouldnt install them on my 02 Yukon because it weighs more than 7000 pounds. She cant read a door tag. The GVWR is over 7, the Yukon weighs 4800. As if theyve never worked on one before. I left and went to Bowles & 470 where Andrew and crew got me in and out in under 30 minutes. If they cant handle this simple task can you trust them do do actual repairs?

Oil change was fine, but was not happy with the check in process. It was literally starting to hail, and the bays were empty. I asked George to let me pull my car in to avoid having hail damage. Instead, I was told to wait. It doesnt seem to me that George likes his job and doesnt put the customer first.

I brought my car in to get a new battery and rotate my tires. I was quoted 2 hours until the car will be ready. After 3 hours of waiting I was told that it will take another hour. Four hours for rotating my tires and replacing a battery??? another gentlemen before me was quoted 1.5 hours but was here for four hours as well. the gentlewoman at the front offered no apologies and just shrugged his shoulders.
