I have family in the industry and my neighbor recently used them. They needed their roof painted. Well the piece of roof they painted looks amazing for $3500. The rest of the truck is junk still. But they’ll paint the rest for more than the truck is worth. Overall dishonest and misleading. I’d look elsewhere.

We highly recommend Wreck Auto Effects Auto Body shop!! Our Mercedes was hit by an at fault driver. After calling several body shops, we selected Wreck Auto due to the EXCELLENT customer service and fair estimate. Right away the owner Ken Dahmer solved a problem. The insurance company approved after market body parts not original body parts. Ken worked it out with with the insurance company and got the OEM parts at no extra cost to me! Ken promised my Mercedes would look like new, even matching paint color. I was amazed and so grateful to see the results!!! Perfection!A second incident occurred when my car was keyed above the back tire wheel on the drivers side. To repair new the estimate was over $1,000. Ken and Ernie Padilla the Body shop manager suggested an alternative that cost less. What business does that? My friend had her Mercedes GLE350 repaired here. The quality of the work was “impeccable.” They were timely and precise and kept her informed and up to date on the progress. She needed to store a trunkful of stuff while the car was being repaired and they happily put it under lock and key for her. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Many shops are dirty and disorganized but this place is clean. Nice waiting area with free coffee. Highly recommended!!

Wreck Effects is a great shop if you need your vehicle repair or touched up. Ive gone to them twice.1st visit, Jan 2021: I had some chips and dents on my truck from a car that lost control and was spraying debris all over. They were able to help me quickly, give me a quote and included a military discount. They were very friendly and the estimated time they gave me is how long the work took.2nd visit, May 2021: I had some scratches on my car from someone keying it. After the first good experience, I decided to go back. Instead of charging me, Ken brought out a technician who buffed out both scratches instead of charging me to do paint touch up. The whole process took about 30 minutes from when I pulled up to when I left. He and his team were again very helpful and friendly.If you ever need some scratches or dents fixed, go to these guys. You wont be disappointed.

I came to wreck effects base on their google reviews. I just needed a quote for a simple bumper job. I had received quotes from other places around town ranging from 700 to 1700. I read on their website that you can do a drop in repair estimate. So I decided to drop by. I was greeted very promptly when entering and I filled out their paperwork. I waited about five minutes for the very nice gentleman. We walked out to my car had some nice small talk. He took some pictures and then told me that he will email over their estimate in about an hour or so. I said thank you and I’m looking forward to your email. I waited to about lunch (about three hours later) to do a follow up call. To see how things going with the repair estimate. Maybe they didn’t have my correct email? The very cordial woman took my email down and read it back to me. She informed me that the gentleman was out to lunch but he should email/reach out by the end the day. It’s now been three weeks. Still waiting for that follow up.Follow upSuper nice super quick follow up. We are still figuring out where we want to have the repair completed. The follow up emails about the estimate have been super detailed.

I was in a low speed fender bender with an at fault driver recently. Damage to my vehicle was very minimal and while I did not have any body work performed at this shop they went out of their way to get me an estimate and to make sure I was entitled to being 100% repaired and prepared for the insurance to low ball me. Any future needs in 100% be going to Wreck Effects.

Ken and his assistant were so helpful and patient. My mother is very hard of hearing, and they took extra time to explain the repair process for her car and set appropriate expectations for the repair in a way that she could understand. They were exceptionally patient, especially given that my mother couldnt lip read because we were all wearing masks, and they had to repeat themselves multiple times. Ken also reduced the size of the dent in my mothers car significantly so that she could open the passenger door without issue. I was very impressed with their service and generosity, and with Kens obvious experience and knowledge regarding dent repair.

Wreck Effects is the most professional business I have ever encountered. They worked well with my insurance, fought for me to get OEM parts as opposed to after market parts, and did a fantastic job with communicating every single step they took.I had an issue with a window that was damaged from and a window regulator due to an attempted break in, and thought the entire door needed to be replaced as I was told by other companies, and WEAB went above and beyond to analyze the regulator as well as replacing the window. In addition to this work, I had them replace the pillar posts on my 2014 Impala and it looks as clean as the day I bought it.I thank them so much for their patience and communication, and dedication to the customer.I would give 10 stars if I could.

I took my car to Wreck Effects because someone scrapped me in a grocery store parking lot. I thought for sure that Id need a whole new bumper. But the people at Wreck Effects were so awesome! They took time to look at it and thought that maybe they could just buff it out. Within about 15 minutes, he drove it back out to me and it looked brand new!! The best part - no charge. I mean, they were so professional and clean and honest.Sadly, I ended up scraping the car again ON MY OWN in the exact same spot that they had buffed out before. Im going to take it back to Wreck Effects for sure though. I know they will do a good and honest job.

I was hit by a teen driver on Dry Creek who told the cops he fell asleep while driving a borrowed car at 5 PM on a Friday evening. Yeah right. Anyway, I was able to limp my Jeep Wrangler home and the next day I decided to search for a body shop and found Wreck Effects. They had great reviews so I stopped by their shop just to check them out. (I wasnt going to let an insurance company tell me who would fix my Jeep.) Anyway, I met Chloe and she was super nice. I also met the owner, Ken. He looked at some pictures of my Wrangler and didnt bat an eye. He was friendly and professional and so I decided they would get my business. During the time my vehicle was at their shop and waiting for my insurance company to perform their estimate I was keep up-to-date by texts from Chloe. Unfortunately for me my insurance company determined it was a total loss and that I would have to remove my personal belongings and license plates. Ken met me when I arrived and he pulled it around front next to my rental. He showed me the extent of the damage and even helped me gather my personal items. So I cant vouch for their work but I can say that their honesty and character are top notch and if I am ever unfortunate enough to need their services I will gladly trust them to fix my ride.

Walked in to discuss some repairs caused by road debris to my drivers side that didnt allow the rear door to open properly. Ken was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, immediately offering to hammer out a small dent preventing the rear door from opening. This is my third experience with wreck effects. All three experiences were outstanding. I have a late model Lexus. My goal was to keep the car and fix it within the insurance money that was offered. Ken was able to work with me and get my costs down so when I collected the car, I expected to have about $1400 out of pocket from his original estimate. I picked up the car and he was able to save me the entire $1400 dollars uT of pocket. My cost $0. And as usual the experience was honest and professional.Something I’ve learned about my several experiences with wreck Effects. Insurance companies make the process of getting reliable OEM parts difficult. They want to spend as little as possible. Ken was able to help through the process to arrive at solutions that worked for everyone. Delays in receiving the car were not the result of the body shop but simply parts not being available. Fatastic body shop!My experience was 10/10!My vehicle was hit while parked in a parking lot.Getting a detailed estimate was something that impressed me from this shop. I had also shopped around at other shops (such as Maaco) however, Wreck Effects was the most detailed when they looked at the damage on my vehicle.In particular, the manager of wreck effects didn’t just look at the bumper and notice visible damage, he crawled underneath the vehicle to see if there were any additional bent parts, etc. and took pictures accordingly.The other shops didn’t offer to check under the car until they had it in their shop. This meant, their estimate was inaccurate.Wreck Effects insisted on getting me OEM parts as well, which was a no brainer.They corresponded with me via text through the whole process and if I ever have the misfortune of having to come back to a body shop, it will certainly be Wreck Effects.Thank you!

I cannot say enough fantastic stuff about this Wreck Effects. I was in a car accident on the day of the first snow of the season. Right after the collision, I looked up a local auto body place and saw the stellar reviews for Wreck Effects, and the things that stood out were quality, trust, caring, so I called in to see if they could take a look at my car. The said they could see the car same day.I headed over and was pleasantly surprised on so many levels. Although they had many other cars and customers, they sure made me feel like I was the only one. They prioritized time with me, my car, and got to know my individual circumstances, and they had patience knowing the insurance process wouldnt be quick. They also gave me practical advice on the now since my car was driveable, but not entirely safe, and made sure I understood that along with things like replacing the car seats quickly, or perhaps, not transporting my kids until the car is fixed.They handled everything, even when there were delays with insurance. Nothing slowed down and they still fixed my car, even faster than the time quoted. And how did my car look and operate when done? It was perfect, looked exactly as it did before the accident. They also have an online system that notifies you each step of the way. That was handy and between that and the emails from Chloe my awesome tech, I never felt like I wasnt sure where everything stood. I was informed and well taken care of.And bonus, none of their parts used are aftermarket or repaired parts. I knew that if I was going to put my kids back into the car where the collision occurred, I needed quality, second to none service. And THAT is what I got with Wreck Effects.

I had my bumper replaced at this shop, and the entire process was fantastic. Other shops in the area wanted an appointment just to give me a quote, and couldn’t get me in for several weeks. These guys were able to give me a quote the same day I called, as they are able to do walk-ins. The shop manager told me it would take 2 days for my bumper to get in, and that the repair itself would only take 1 day. She ensured that a genuine, brand new OEM part was used. They got me in right when my bumper got there, and they had it painted and installed by 5 PM that same day. The speed at which they work is incredible, and saved me a lot of hassle. The shop manager even organized a rental car for me for the day while they were working on it. The finished product is beautiful, and they were able to match the paint color spot on. The cherry on top was that they washed the car for me before I picked it up. Talk about excellent customer service! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I was side swiped and had significant damage to the side of my car. They did a good job with the repairs - I noticed a few things that needed touch ups but as soon as I pointed it out they got it taken care of and were very good at keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. They also cleaned the interior really well before returning it which was nice.

Amazing customer service all around. We had some repairs to our van that needed to be done from a military accident and the estimator was very friendly and patient knowing we couldn’t do anything until we got the settlement from the military. They even ordered the parts for us once we finally knew the settlement would happen so that as soon as we received the funds, they would have the parts on hand for a quick turn around. Ken was very professional and prideful in his shop’s work and it shows in the service and the product. Literally was able to fix tailgate damage in 1 day, and the car was looking like new. Very reasonably priced and just an overall great place to do business with !

Customer service was also top notch between keeping me updated on the repair progress, good conversation while in the shop, and even cleaning the interior of my vehicle before it was returned to me. I got my van back and it looked great. There was extra work required because it was a wheelchair van; they made sure everything was fixed correctly. We had a communication issue and Ken and Shannon (owners) bent over backward to make sure I was happy and well taken care of.

Wreck Effects was great! My mom was visiting and accidentally damaged my bumper. They were able to make my old bumper work while they ordered the replacement part and painted it. Then it took them about 45 minutes to install it. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they really helped us out of a jam. I will definitely use them again!

The family at Wreck Effects did an amazing job with my pick up truck. It is a 5 year old truck and it looks absolutely perfect. Hit a deer in January on my way to Steamboat and the whole front of my car was pretty much gone. I did a quick search online after contacting my insurance and found this highly rated shop near me. Decided to go over there and check them out and I was treated quite well. Ken is phenomenal, the whole staff is very friendly, considerate and as helpful as they can be. They worked with me on a rental from the Enterprise next door and they also worked with me on a couple of other hiccups that were encountered throughout the process. They truly made me feel like I received exceptional customer service. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get repairs done. I will definitely return here for repairs in the future. Finally a body shop that gets it. Ken and his wife Shannon with the help of Chloe were the best people anyone could ask for when dealing with getting ones vehicle repaired. The entire crew makes you feel like you are part of the family. Chloe kept me completely informed with the progress and hiccups with my truck. There was only a week delay due to progressive couldnt get out of its own way to let them do what they needed to do. But I suspect that the Wreck Effects family kept things moving along behind the scenes. They also detailed the inside of my truck WOW!!!!!. LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys. I will be recommending them to anyone I meet.

Just had my Ford F-150 back door fixed from sliding into a pole during snow storm. They gave me estimate in 20 minutes which did not change after agreeing to have work done. Told me repair would be done in 5 days and only took 4. Texted me everyday with an update. Truck looks like new again! Great job. Highly recommend and would come here again!
