Fretworks is great. I took my acoustic to Randy last week for a setup and to have the action lowered. He told me it would be ready in about a week, he actually had it ready in about three days and it plays better than it ever has. Very professional, great repair work, fair prices and fast turn around times, what more can you ask for? I highly recommend Fretworks Guitar Repair. I’ll be taking my instrument there from now on.

Ive been taking all my guitars (10 of them) to Fretworks for roughly 8 years. I always know what to expect, and I know ALL my guitars will be set up and perform to their maximum potential at all times. Fretworks has performed set-ups/modifications and some serious custom work for me due to the fact that I am left handed. I highly recommend Fretworks if you are passionate about keeping stringed instruments in top shape year round.
