I first found Connect Hearing last year and with their expertise, they helped me to see exactly what sounds and letter combinations that I was not hearing. I was struggling to hear conversations with my husband and family members and had difficulty hearing in noisy situations.I went for a second hearing test in July. They were so helpful in getting me into the right hearing aids for me and adjusting them for my needs! I even have an app on my phone that allows me to take phone calls right from my hearing aids without having my phone in my hands! One nice thing about the hearing aids is that you REALLY have to look to see them and I have very short hair! But the best thing is, I am hearing things I havent heard in decades and I can hear and understand conversations again!Dr. Robinson and the staff are so welcoming and they put you right at ease. She answered all of my questions and scheduled follow up appointments, at no extra charge. She has been so accommodating and wonderful to work with! Dr. Lauren is amazing! Very personable and friendly. She treated me as if I was her only patient that day, which we all know doesnt happen much these days. Typically you feel like cattle.... in & out. Shes a gem! State of the art equipment and my hearing test was FREE. I was very impressed and would recommend her and the office to anyone who has great hearing or not.
