Now this is my store Walmart take second place. Food lion has a great staff good looking cashiers to star gaze at and they are so clean. I recommend all to try this wonderful grocery store. Never know a guy while shopping at this good store you might just fine a wonderful potential wife, alone with some wonderful fresh leafty greens.

Had a problem with one of digital coupons no working on the self checkout. One of the employees took my transaction to another register to try it out again. The employee on this register had a very nasty attitude and even rang up the wrong item.

Its a nice place. I always go in the morning.

I give this place a 5 star because its super clean and all the food look so fresh!!! The employees are super respectful and helpful that goes along way!!! If only Walmart and other places could be more like Food Lion!!!

I went to Food Lion to recover missing items from my receipt from my grocery order the day before. Sammy was very helpful she requested her co-worker view the tape from the transaction. I thought that maybe the 2liter Ginger ale and russett potato had been left at the register. As it turns out there were no pataoes the cashier hand weighed my banana as potato however according to the video all the items were placed in the cart. Which meant I maybe loss it on the way to my car or maybe it was stolen from the cart. Im not sure. Whatever the case the young lady allowed me to have a replacement for the ginger ale for my sick child. Way to go Food Lion!!! Thanks Sammy & Co-worker

Cashier disposition was awful! In addition to her rude attitude she neglected to give me all my groceries and put the item in the customer bag after me. Thankfully the customer stopped me in the parking lot and asked if I had purchased the item and gave it to me. Very disappointed!!

I dont think consumers should have to load groceries in their cart, if they have one period. And if several or more clerks are standing, it appears that excellent service isnt a priority...just my opinion...may not resonate with other shopping visitors.

I actually enjoyed this Food Lion. The produce section is in a little corner of its own. Really neat. The setup is pleasant and the cashiers were happy and smiling. Not busy even for this time of year but it was during church hours. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the visit.

I have shopped here weekly for several years and like this location. The pandemic aside, they usually have most necessities in stock and staff members are generally helpful. However, here lately the customer service has declined. You have to chase someone down to ask a question and they get annoyed that you bothered them. That is not good customer service. If an employee sees a customer repeatedly looking for an item and unable to find it, is it so difficult to ask may I help you find something?. It could be pandemic stress, but I hope the reliable service and helpful employee attitudes return in the near future.

Great grocery store

Typical Food Lion. Put something on sale and dont stock enough to last even 3 days. Sale on ribeys started Wednesday and they were completely out Friday at 5. I went back Saturday morning only to be told they are out of stock!

Nice clean, well lit store. Most of the produce is in a room with the coolers for prepared veggies and salad mix - very nice compared to the 95+ outside. Some deals better than others. Its on a main road so its on the way. Short lines considering a holiday - the mart was probably a zoo.

A very pleasant place to shop. Economical, unpretentious, no gimmicks, great selection and NC owned. A good old fashioned and refreshing alternative to the discount grocery stores in the sketchy parts of town and the overpriced uppity stores.

There is a lady in customer service that is short with short cut hair fair skinned that has the worst attitude of anyone I’ve come in contact with. This has happened on several occasions just very unprofessional and hateful! Not approachable at all even when she is on a register. I’m very disappointed in them for allowing her continued employment I’m sure many of their loyal customers are aware of this particular associate. Horrible experience again on yesterday 05/02/2020 before 8 am what a way to start the day!!!!

I was very disappointed because of there prices I used to always go to food lion but after tonight never again it wasnt just the prices I had trouble finding an item so I asked a cashier she said its not part of her job to come show me I wasnt mean about it but I left my buggy right where it was and left.

Food lion has all the staples. Almost all the things you need. If they could teach their customers to park correctly and find some other place for the beggars to hangout it would be better. I had a man approach me asking for money. He presented two empty bottles of insulin suggesting that he needed to refill. Problem was I’m a nurse and the bottles he had are not prescribed together. When I told him this he dropped the bottles and walked away. I wonder how many people had been fooled by his empty bottles. It’s so sad.

I found everything I needed and wanted. Clean store, and I like the remodel. I was able to check out pretty quickly. Much faster than that bigger other place! My cashier not only bagged my purchases, she also put them in my buggy. Very nice gal. Then a gentleman who works there offered help getting my groceries to my car, which I did not need. But it was nice, very nice. Indeed!

Prices much higher than my usual Food Lion and check out is lengthy. Prices should be the same at all stores, in my opinion. I will stick to my Cooksey road location in Thomasville. Although, this location is not a bad place to pay some bills.

This Food Lion is on Westchester in High Point/Tville border. This is not my home Food Lion, it was convenient only today. It had weird brands Im not used to, much higher prices considering its in a poor area. Customer service ppl arent great. They are mostly young ppl chatting about their boyfriends and parties,not paying attention to customer,or more importantly what they are ringing up. I had to go back in twice to get a refundSomething was rung twice. Other was not giving me credit for buying 3 and getting another item free. If I wasnt paying attention, they stole 13$ from me! So, thats the last time Ill go to that locationOverall tho, I LOVE Food Lion compared to Wal-Mart and the rest.ThxDaria B.
