Prices was 2high,went 2 Walmart and could of got them cheaper. Also wanted 2get my son a new Ps4,they wanted more 4a use one than the 1st one I got him. Wont be going back 2that one,sorry 👎👎👎

I am basing this rating on my own short interaction with this organization. Went to two separate stores looking for an older game that their computers said that they had but they didnt. Wasted an hour 😒

Havent been to a Gamestop in years. Heard about the PS5 drop and made it 2nd in line. The manager receipt says Kellin was awesome. System was giving him so much issues and you can see the frustration on his face. He had to deal with that, phone calls and people walking into the store all by himself. He kept his cool and keep apologizing to us. He had to do his upsell thing but he was nice about it. Gamestop wouldnt have such a bad rep if all their employees were like him.

This place is a rip off go to Walmart and pay $5 more and get the game brand new.

Came to GameStop today at 3:45 a.m in hopes to get an Xbox series x, when the employee handed out the number slips it was for people who are only in different house holds. when the two guys in front of me came up to the register buying the same console, had the same last name, and tried to use the same phone number the manager did nothing to stop them from this “one house hold” policy breaking.

I really trust the people at Game Stop for all of my familys gaming needs. I can call and ask them to hold anything back for me and pick it up later that day. They are very knowledgeable about all game systems and offer all the accessories I need. The rewards program is great too. I have gotten all kinds of free stuff.

Gotta love gamestop. Same layout as the rest but the employees here are what bring me back. With the age of digital downloads, its a nice change to go pick up a regular disk and chat with like minded people.

This is my favorite Game Stop of all of them. I love this place so much that I feel guilty whenever I buy a game anywhere else, even if it is at another Game Stop. The staff are all gamers and if you want a new game, but arent sure what to get just ask them! They will ask you what other games youve played and enjoyed. They will then use that to recommend a game based on your tastes.If you buy a used game, and dont like it, return it within 2 weeks and they will give you store credit and let you buy another used game. You can continue to do this until you find a game you like, but again, they have to be used games!Fantastic store, just love them!

Theyre helpful. Ive never had a pushy sales person at a gamestop. They tend to be knowledgeable and friendly. I reccommend them fo any gaming needs. Just wish some customers didnt hold up the line with their lack of knowing what theyre even there for.

Game stop has been our go to place to get games for our Xbox for at least 10 years. I used to pre order games but havent done so over the last few years. Their prices seem to be standard and may actually be set by the publishers.When we were there, the clerk made a comment about how their business model has been changing and theyre focusing more on merchandise other than the games alone. Hopefully this isnt a sign of retail troubles that are all too common today.Product stock is overall good. Really popular titles can be tricky without a pre order and I think I was lucky to get the one new copy of the title I wanted.The used games Ive bought have all been problem free.Undoubtedly, they will continue to be my go to choice for the foreseeable future.

I would like to say. The team there is awesome. I am in the military stationed out in England. I couldnt get the arceus code for my Pokemon omega ruby and I gave this guys a call. And they helped me out and read me off a code.This was a amazing treat cause its just the little things people will do. Thank you so much!

Staff is cool. Gamestop is gamestop. They tried to sell me a open floor model game at new price instead of used. The guy was like they needed the box for display so they took the game out. THATS USED! The second I break a seal on a game its used, whether i played the game or not sooooo...why dont you follow you own rules??? We just bought the game used 😐

Our local gamestop is really small, but excellent variety. Packed to the hilt with all new and popular games, every system, a ton of used games, and the accessories. Plus novelty toys and things from ThinkGeek. Clean and well organized. Im not a gamer, but even I like looking through the store.

Well the guy checking us out helped us out alot but for the second time I have to take a item back because I was told the wrong info. Sold a Wii game ( sports resort and it doesnt work and wants me to pay for the games individually). It would have been better to have just been told that they honestly dont know about a item then thinking I bought what I needed then get discouraged because this was a gift . But do thank them for being professional.

They had one person taking care of the store. When I walked in there were 4 other customers, one guy trying to decide on what to buy, two others who had their items and ready to go but the cashier didnt even acknowledge anyone else but the first guy and this went on for ten minutes before I gave up and left frustrated.

Sold me a broken ps4 1st gen when I tried to buy used so I took it to the thomasville game stop and they gave me a brand new ps4 for what they gave me used during the black friday sale!
