Great customer service once again. Went in to pick up a pair of sneakers I won the reserve raffle on. Was greeted immediately as I came in the door. Jermaine was professional, courteous and percival. He got my reserved sneakers & got 2 more pairs I was deciding between getting promptly. Thats exactly why I shop there frequently & will continue to.

The woman was very rude. Her name is melanie. Also, while being rude and disrespectful another employee stood by and said nothing as if he was scared to tell her she was wrong for being hostile and rude with a customer. This is not the first time there has been an issue at this location. Previously, it was an issue with someone else as a customer (not me but I witnessed it). I was totally blown away at how Melanie was talking to me. I was even shocked at the employee who watched on. I looked around as if this was some type of joke. I spend too much money with hibbett sports to be spoken too and argued with as a customer. I dont even know what the underlined issue was. She was rude, and hostile as if she wanted me to argue back with her. Totally unacceptable. Where i live there isnt a Hibbet Sports, I have to travel an hour to get there, and thats the closest location near me.

Nice store! Its a like a hidden gem. To me anyway. When I went in there I was surprised to see the nice clothes and sneakers that they had in there. We went to pick up a pair of kicks and bought a shirypt to match. The man (I dont know who he was), but was very nice and acknowledged us as soon as we came in the store.

Looking for track spikes, its a small selection but they had what we needed. The guy who helped us was friendly, it didnt appear that anyone was unhappy. I give it a thumbs up!

I really like this particular hibbet sports. Employees were really cool. This store is on the smaller side but has packs a punch in latest fashion. Really hot gear 👌. They had a bunch of 80s and 90s nostalgic t-shirts plus all of your sports wear you would expect from a sporting goods store. I will be back to pick of some fresh shirts 🔥 🔥 🔥 etc... Fo sho!!!!!!

To slow checking out & talking to much to each other when customer trying to check out. Didn’t have the sizes I needed. Cost high to ship to the store. I want be back,after I exchange my shoes.
