Always shop here !! They have a variety of selected items I always purchase.. But they have to do better The store hours are from 10-9pm M-F and 12pm-6pm on Sunday I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes along with 6 others customers that haven’t walked off and they have yet to open the store yet! I am pressed for time and it’s now 10:48 a.m still not open. I and others have knocked the manager is there no answer on anything still waiting. You would think they would put a note on the door or come out and say something.
I would rate them ZERO stars if I could. I went to their store for a return and they told me to leave it with them while I shopped. I browsed around and didn’t find anything. I returns to the checkout and the woman at the register grabbed my bag, as soon as she open the bag she said it was wet. My bag was PERFECTLY FINE when I gave it to them. All of a sudden they said it was wet and refused to let me return the item. It was covered in a white sticky substance that was milk like and and smelled very bad. The lady was very rude and when I asked if she had I supervisor I could talk to she said she was a manger and insisted that I gave her the item in that condition. DON’T SHOP THERE!!!!!!!!
Selection has lessened since Ive been going here for the past couple of years. Used to love the styles that were available but seems less organized and less in trend than it used to be.
Only 2 exists around my area and this location trumps the other. Its bigger, have more of a selection, and more organized

Always find great deals here. But staff needs to have better attitudes needs training how to be polite to paying customers. Felt very uneasy at the store cause of the staff working. Bald headed manager or supervisor he needs to change his attitude very snappy and cranky not polite at all.
I stopped in this store for a woman size 4xl black T-shirt. They had none. Got assistance from a worker to find that same size & color in men. Again they had none. I found a black button up shirt. Went to check out & waited over 15 minutes to be served. The cashier that just completed a return told me that she couldnt check me out & that she was only doing that return. I politely handed her that shirt & left the store.People who work in any stores that dont act like they dont want my business & money will not get it. I will drive where ever I have to & spend my money at places that deserve it. I will not ever come into this store location again. Lane Bryant will get the money & I will get a very nice black T-shirt for my Sis. for her birthday.
The employees here lack good customer service all the way. They are so unfriendly here. They dont care to assist you in finding anything or offering their help just in general. The poor attitudes they show are from each & every employee, but theyll definitely be nice to each other. When you 1st walk in, instead of them greeting you with a smile & saying hello, they respond in such a rude way telling you to put your bag behind the desk. Theyre more worried about people stealing from the store than making sure if customers are happy. Ive been approached by a lady that worked there saying I had stolen a pair of sunglasses. I told her if shed have been paying attention she wouldve seen me with my own pair of sunglasses on when I walked in. I told the manager and she didnt do anything about it but told her in a quiet voice that those were my sunglasses. I doubt she was even reprimanded for it after I left. The merchandise is either broken or really cheap, especially for the prices they charge here is ridiculous!
Great selection of clothes, household stuff, it seems a lot more put together than how it was a few years ago.
Always picked threw. I work at the dry cleaners close by, and u wont believe the Africans the turn in dry cleaning with the tags on them, from Citi trends. So the clothes they sell been worn. Thought yall should know so u can watch for this. Its mens and kids clothes they are doing it with. I rip the tag off when I get there dry cleaning. But its alot!!!
Great clothes but some of the staff needs to have better attitudes than what they have. Felt very uncomfortable around these employees. Dont know who he is but the bald headed manager supervisor or whomever he is treated me like garbage rude but very friendly with other customers. Very much shows signs of discrimination if you get my drift.
I like this one much better than the one I go to in St Paul its bigger has a lot more product and is very well organized and clean Im impressed

The Managers are very rude and lazy. I have had them make smart comments towards me and other customers, a few times, 2 women were waiting outside to fight the manager, because of the way she treated them. This clothes are decent, but the customer service that you get, isnt worth it.
Got a nice dress and a pair of shades that was a little over $10, I love to save.

The employee had the audacity to ring up a bottle of lotion and then try to pocket the item for himselfWhen I called him out on it he then placed it in my bag and insisted it was something I wanted. I shouldve told him to take it off my tab or return it but I was flustered at the time so now I have a bottle of Vaseline intensive care that I didnt pick out or even ever wantIt was my first time ever going here and definitely the last total theif weirdos

The Best clothing store I have found in years..you cannot beat the prices. Wow!! I outfitted both my grandkids for a small amount and the clothes are awesome!! Stop by this place. I know you wont be disappointed!! Have fun shopping!!

Hands down one of the most disgusting and worst service places. Was followed around the store by a worker telling me everything I cant do. Maybe people would respect your business more if you respected it first and respected your customers first. Trash and items everywhere on the floor. This picture doesnt even do it justice. 20 minutes per customer with only a few items in line. Every time Ive gone I just wanted to leave. Definitely not going back. Unwelcoming, rude and extremely inefficient workers. This place needs to be closed down.

Love this place. School shopping made easy with everything from shoes to hats located here. The prices increased a bit since last year but yet everything is still very affordable. The styles and brands they carry are very fashion friendly. Great place to go for adults and children.

DO NOT VISIT!!! Managment has absolutely ZERO customer service skills and my sons card wouldnt process properly so the manager told my CHILD they would not cancel the transaction and he better go pan handle or somethin over $2!!!! Then once confronted I was told to get over it!! She was unprofessional and RUDE. I drove over an hour just for this store, just for them to treat my family with pure disrespect.

This place has amazing clothes and shoes thats my style.Jewelry is pretty good too. Their miscellaneous items are pretty interesting as well. However I wish they didnt have my size stored on the other side of the store though, just felt like what I needed in size made it difficult to get what I want and also made me feel like my size was unappreciated as I am a curvy woman. I also wish that the store would treat their employees better. Mostly every employee I seen was trying to do their best but with all the different customers coming in and I can tell it was hard for them to be themselves instead of having to constantly tell customers what is ok and not ok. Something needs to be done about that. If a company cant make sure there is a balance between employees and customers while making both feel comfortable then I really dont want to support that company or the person behind it.

As ALWAYS one of my favorite stored to go into with the idea of getting just the one thing ....NEVER f*in happens , Love this store to DEATH, seem to have new management which last night he I was there ...just felt like staff was happier...hope thats I good thing!!They offer lay a way year round and have. Some of the. Best deals on name brand shoes, clothes, accessories, and...ahem..personals.The only thing is that the store can get very, very....very disorganized and more times then not Ive only found ONE out of the TWO shoes needed.. obviously...And unless youre a small , Xtra small or XL, XXL and thing in between can be hard to find in the personals but from time to time its problem free shopping.Up until last night they had a return policy of EXCHANGE ONLY even with receipt, however, I was told that now if you PHYSICALLY have ur receipt and the item still has tags and is in good or same condition as purchased and you PAID in cash then you get cash ...if card then card.... Which is great news to hear!So if you have time time to spend its worth the trip!!

I see a lot of people on here talking about what the store looks like..its the CUSTOMERSthat comes in the store and just throws things on the floor. I have seen for myself how people treat the items and the customers have zero consideration towards who has to clean behind those who mess up. The workers arent maids. Customers come in and are rude very disrespectful towards the employees. How would you like being treated that way... So before blaming others check yourselves first.
Some great finds but the store has been extremely messy/disorganized every time I go there and the staff...well the staff leaves something to be desired. In other words they havent been particularly friendly and/or helpful.

Customer service is at its lowest, not to mention the wait one has to expect to stand in line. I realised I left my debit card in my wallet at home. While explaining to the cashier Id return with payment, she explained that they couldnt hold longer than an hr.. which i completely understood. Being a cashier/ store manager it tends to clutter behind any register.. Well, find out when returned with payment, I then was told I had to stand in line for yet another 30 mins. A little upset and not wanting to spend Saturday afternoon in line, figured Id tell the cashier that helped me 25 mins earlier that Id return in 20 mins when the line wasnt so busy.. then a different cashier looks to me and loudly says, we aint holding nothing for no one.. Shook, I explained to I wasnt talking to her.. Clearly ppl, if the rude cashier had been paying attention to her customers.. then maybe the wait at this location wouldnt take as much time.

The store is very messy and the customer service is not at its best. I had to waste alot of time looking for my size and there was no order to none other merchandise. They have everything thrown together and I asked one of the attendants where could I find womens capris and she got nasty and smart mouthed me and said well I you have to do is look omg! I was heated at this point and started to go all in on her but decided that day it wasnt worth more time spent in a store that was jus not for me. I love Citi trends but this location just isnt for me. The place is a hot mess and full of madness and the staff and the customers are all rude and tacky.

What kind of business doesnt let their customers use the bathroom? I walked back, found the bathroom locked, asked a lady at the register if I needed a key. She lied to my face and said theres no bathroom. Id have to go somewhere else. Ridiculous. For the amount of money I spend here I should have just used the floor. Although bigger than sunray, clothes were all over the place. The floor was littered. Couldnt find anything in its correct location. Clothes appeared to be dramatically smaller than stated. Def size up in anything you buy. The cashiers spoke In their language the whole time and were annoyed because they worked there. Ummm yea... not my idea of a great store
