This is the place that you would want to bring your kids to but they can’t smoke the people here are awesome very courteous and the selections they have are out of this world

By far this is the best store in the high Point area. I was helped by the owner he was very nice and took his time he showed me everything about the product that I bought I would highly recommend the shop they have very good customer service their selection was very good and the price was fantastic for the area. And one thing that I really liked about this store is that they greet every customer when they walked in the door and was help right away I’m surprised they got a few bad reviews but not everyone can be happy.

I love this place.. Papi is friendly and helpful.. They have the freshest cigarette and cigar. This is a great place for first time vaporizers also...

Just bought a mod and tank from these guys and Im loving it. Ive vaped for years and while some of their prices arent the best, the costumer service sold it. Very friendly sales assossiate and very helpful with juices. Will definitely be going back!!

This is the best smoke/vape shop I’ve ever been to literally all there prices is so cheap and every one that works are very nice And every time I walk in I feel like family And they have a lot of nice quality stuff There and it’s crazy to think their prices are that cheap they are genuine nice people

Edit: The issue was resolved and they refunded the overcharge. All is well in the world.This was my favorate location to purchase kratom due to this stores nice selection and fair prices but after my experience today I highly doubt I will ever be back.I always buy the njoy kratom brand red malay powder 200g bag and its always been about $41 but today apparently the employee forgot what the price of it was and asked me how much it was. I said about 41 and he disagreed with me and said its 50 flat which is way off and I told him I usually pay about 44 total (i meant INCLUDING TAX) He then rang it up at 44.99 so I got over charged by about 4 bucks simply because the employee did not know the actual price and wouldnt take the time to call the owner. I did not argue with him and just ate the loss.

One of the guys is really nice and willing to work with u on what u want. The other are so pushy trying to take advantage worries bout making as much as they can as if they don’t care if what you want or not their just trying to get a sale. Quite aggravating. If it was for the one guy I wouldn’t return.

Everyone make sure to read the reviews and not shop from this store. There are plenty of better vape stores in high point that are reliable, friendly and can speak English. The main worker there is kind and willing to work with most customers while the other workers are manipulative and very rude and goodluck with a return or exchange. Well the 30$ return just lost you a customer that spends hundreds.

I go there for all of my e-cig needs. So many different flavors, snickers is by far my favorite. So many varieties and sizes and shapes, for the heavy vapor, to someone wanting to try it out. Customer service is by far the best around town. custom ordered flavors and strengths. If you want 24% nicotine menthol flavor, he has it. You want 12% nicotine vanilla espresso, they got it. Custom mix flavors too! I even bought a e-cig off the internet, and used it for some time till I needed a new coil. I brought it in just to have them look for it, and they surprisingly had the right coil for that too! Massive Inventory! They go to great lengths to make sure everyone has exactly what they want. No other place lets you walk in and taste all the flavors available. Stop by and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed.
