Got a Viper 5305v security system and remote start got my appointment and took in the car in the morning and was surprised when they called me to pick up the car great service and knowledgeable about the product even though it was gifted to me and not purchased from them he had no problem with it thank you will go back for anything else with electronics thanks

It was an overall good experience. I would have liked more information on our first meeting but it didnt seem like he was very forth coming, the 2nd meeting was much better hence the 4 star review. Upfront knowledge of Inventory is great just lacking on telling me what was avalible I had to poke and prod to get the information out of him. However I would recommend this place as his prices are reasonable compared to the competition in the area. He charged 220 for my service, where his competition from lexington to greensboro was asking for 350+ and his craft was very good it looks great!

They completely redone the audio system in our boat and they did an awesome job. We are actually going back for a couple more speakers and an equalizer.

I had a viper remote start I wanted installed in my wife’s 2014 GMC Terrain. I got Greg’s card from my locksmith who said if your looking for cheap don’t call him if your looking for quality with a guarantee Greg’s your guy. Called Thursday made an appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday came dropped off the car couple hours Greg’s gives me a call it’s all done. I’m not use to such perfection. Car was clean. Parts in the box sitting on the front seat. Greg showed me how to operate the remote start and for the past week my wife’s been happier then ever. So the moral of the review is pay to get it done one time correctly, call Greg. This was such a simple process for something I thought that was going to be a nightmare. Amazing job defiantly recommend to anyone.

Had been told by several people that this shop did good work. I had a very poor experience with another audio shop, and the guys at Sound FX fixed all the issues and did so for a very reasonable price. This shop isnt flashy or full of promotional stuff and the kind of things you usually see in an audio shop. The shop is simple, the work is great, and the price was perfect. I will be using them from now on for any audio needs!

Greg continues to impress the more I use him. I first met him and had him redo crappy work from circuit city years ago on my first car. This was over 10 years ago. Since then, he has done speakers, subs, amps, head units, rear camera, remote starts, satellite radio, DVD players, trouble shooting ect. Not only on cars and trucks, but three boats as well. He is the only sound shop I trust to do things the right way with the right products. I now send all of my dealership work to him as well. always provides straight forward accurate pricing and has work completed on time.

I went in to get an amp for my car and had no idea abt the prices of amps new but charged me 200 dollars for a 4000.1 planet audio amp he had already on the wall and come to find out can get em for 118.00 new all day from sonic electronics. Be careful of you decide to go here because he even convinced me it was a 250 dollar amp he was letting me get for 200 since it was out of the package.... be careful who you buy from there are alot of jews out there he just happens to be one
