I went in to this business with a friend of mine who had made purchase there. I went back a couple of months later and spoke with Ashley on a bedroom suit and some mattresses that I would be interested in purchasing. I went back in on Saturday and Ashley is very professional and was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I really enjoyed talking to her on an individual level and I will be making future purchases from here.

Ashley at the front desk is such a liar I ordered my furniture March 20 still no furniture the delivery guys been on vacation since then tf they doing? And to top it all off charged me a 8% tax on furniture I never got, starting to see y they other location went under. Then the manager ran to the back when all the disrespect Ashley was doing such a pus, like he don’t deal with black people except the moving guys😳 (GOD DONT LIKE UGLY)

My husband and I went to multiple places in search of a new mattress to replace our old worn out one. The first place we visited was Mattress & Bed Outlet. We then decided to shop around to see if we could find a better deal or a bed we liked better at another place. Huge mistake. We spent three days going all over High Point and Greensboro only to go back to Mattress & Bed Outlet. The lady who helped us, Teresa Smith, was so knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy at all. Our mattress is top-of-the-line and was a good bit less expensive than the same mattress was at all of the other places we wasted our time at. We got a great bed for a great price and bought it from a great person – Teresa was AWESOME! She knows her stuff and is a delight to do business with. Can’t say enough nice things about our experience.

We had a slight issue at first with the box spring we ordered, but once speaking to the store they weren’t happy and pleasant to replace the box spring for us the same day. I was really happy the owner called himself and let me know he apologized for the inconvenience. Which made me feel like he really about my concern.

Visited store looking for a mattress set for my daughter. David was very knowledgeable. He informed me that young children should sleep on a firm mattress, which I did not know. This was great information. We had visited several other stores and no one else seemed to know this. I am very please with my purchase and will recommend in the future.

I had to cancel my order because the mattresses did not arrive when promised! I went to get my money back and was told I could not get it for 10 days. Even through I showed them the check had cleared the bank and they had my money! The owner of the store was extremely rude, told me to get out of his store and if I didnt he would call the police... All because I wanted my money back and was having to go to another store to buy mattresses. He also said that I was too old to act like that!Just because I wanted my money....ended up and went to MATTRESS OUTLET OF KERNERSVILLE, got a better deal, better mattresses and wonderful people!

I sent a message on Facebook about an ad that was posted with the picture of a bed that said KING BEDROOM-AVAILABLE. I asked how much the king bed was and David rudely messaged me back and said that it was a queen bed only and I needed to read the ad. He also tried to insult my intelligence. If you read further down on these reviews you will see I am not the only person treated with disrespect. I did read the ad and it said KING AVAILABLE. He then blocked me on Facebook so I called to speak with the store manager which he happens to be (ha ha) the guy is unprofessional and I wouldn’t suggest buying anything from them if they treat potential customers with such disrespect. I was planning on spending a decent amount of money on a new bedroom set and potentially and new mattress. I will spend my money elsewhere. Also their website doesn’t work either. Sketch.

The owner is RACIST!!!!! They are graded F with the better business bureau for a reason!!! BEWARE!!!!!!This is my second rodeo with the company. The last time was uneventful I purchased a bedroom set picked it up and set it up. The sales people were nice so I figured since they report to the credit bureaus I was more than happy to buy furniture and increase my credit score at the same time. This time I opted for delivery. I live about a mile away from the store so I figured this would be quick and easy. Boy was I wrong!! While setting up my delivery I made it clear to the sales guy that I wanted delivery and set up and cost wasnt a factor. He told me that the date I wanted to move it would be hard to get another guy for the couch and that I could save 30 dollars by helping the guy move it in. I was reluctant to agree because what furniture store asks their customers to move furniture when they are willing to pay for the service. Insurance liability all sorts of things a college educated business man would understand. But I guess he wanted to not pay a person so they swindled me. Sorry Im a nice guy. I said hey I thought a savings is a savings. I made is CLEAR I wanted my kids bunk beds set up and delivered and I would only help with the couch. Fast forward to the day of delivery the sales guy calls me before the truck gets there and advised me about moving the couch again we confirmed the same information. To my dismay they sent an older gentlemen who was nice and professional but alone. I said now why would they send one guy to assemble an entire bunk bed set himself. I call the store and the owner answers. He tells me to look at my receipt and I did not pay for set up but the driver informed me that the salesman changed it right after talking to me on the phone and before sending him over. The owner had no clue but instead of asking his worker he asked me had I GONE TO PRISON? SERIOUSLY, why would questioning someone about the misinformation and unprofessionalism of his business be something to go racial about. I informed him I worked for the government as well as a top tech company and I was college educated why would I know anything about a prison. I am sure with a prison background I could not work for either entity. He then went into telling me how simple it would be to just move it instead of asking for what I paid for. This man has made his fortune off the backs of cheating people and then instead of apologizing he instead is throwing out racist remarks to boost his ego. The staff informed me after that he is an alcoholic and to excuse his behavior. The staff was easy to get along with although I do see they also lie to cover their own self but with a boss like this who could blame them. We are all in this thing to make a living. The owner is biting the hand that feeds him which happens to be more minorities since it is a discount furniture store versus a standard chain furniture store that has customer relations to handle issues like mine. To top it all off I had to help the guy put my own things together and it took over 5 hours. Before he left I had to get my own jumper cables and give him a jump because the truck broke down he states that had been happening the past few days but the owner blames them instead of replacing the battery. To yourself a favor go anywhere but here!!! High Point is full of furniture options as well as financing. Make a better choice than I did. DONT BUY FROM HERE>>> you will regret it. Read the other comments I am not the only one this has happened to although I think Im the first to comment about the blatant racism spit out by the owner Johnny aka David. Can you believe this fool gave me the wrong name?

Ive bought a few things from them and my last purchase was a gray sectional. It was beautiful until the 2nd day it started ripping in the seams. I called them and sent pictures per their request. I was told the situation would be rectified. It never was. I still had to pay for it. Now Im in the market for 2 bedroom suits and a dining set. They will never get my business again. I dont recommend them.

I have shared my experience on social media and now I will just leave this review for you all to consider as well.I asked about pricing on the bedroom pieces because the prices were HIDDEN from his post. He suggested that I was an idiot that couldn’t read and that I could probably only afford Walmart furniture. I saved all the screenshots. I wish I could share them on this review. Bought an Ashley bed and it was junk! Called this place to see if they could help fix the bed. Spoke to Ashley and he was extremely rude! He said we would have to pay someone to fix the bed we just bought! Brand new and the foot board holes would not lien up! He even hung up the phone on me! We will never ever buy from these people again! Bad customer service!!!

I am a repeat customer, or i was. (will not be coming back)The first order was a mattress set + boxspring & a recliner.Ended up selling my mattress set to someone else so i had to wait a week for them to order a new one. No biggie - i got free sheets out of it. The delivery guys were rude, and practically threw the recliner into the living room. The quality of the mattress and recliner are great so i blew their attitude off and figured they just had a rough day. My next order was a chest, mirror, and a dresser. I knew the dresser had a hole in the back when i bought it. All drawers worked, nothing cosmetically wrong otherwise. Well when it finally arrived they had sent one man to move this furniture into my home. He was incredibly nice about it and i helped him the best that i could while being pregnant. They added a free two drawer nightstand - i didnt understand why until later... two drawers were broken on the dresser. No refunds, no exchanges. The only reason i am giving three stars is because of the friendly delivery guy and the quality of the furniture. I now have to hire someone to come and fix the dresser.*Problem has been resolved by taking the furniture back and issuing a refund.*

Please do not consider this store company!!! The workers have really bad attitudes with their clinets. I was dirsespected. I was told one thing then something different happened. Their service was terrible and so was their delivery. Our brand new furniture was damaged and the delivery guys damaged some parts in our house. Be careful if you consider buying from this company they are very rude and disrespectful we were told that whatever happened isnt their problem so think wisly before considering them!
