Wonderful place to deal with! It’s so great to have access locally to have any glass needs taken care of. Employees are very friendly and they got me fixed right up. I highly recommend these folks and if you need anything I would definitely give them a shot! A+++++++++++++

The service was outstanding! Called and told them I needed glass for my door to my home, Taking my word that I would be there in 20 minutes... They had it ready for me to pick up. Very reasonable prices!

They replaced a huge window in my sunroom that was shattered by my yard men. Very efficient, friendly, awesome quality of work and they cleaned up any glass and mess that was there. Very, very pleased. I will definitely use them again

So this is the company my apartment goes through to do their windows 🙄 I don’t know why they didn’t check reviews prior but it is what it is. However the quality is well I have photos! They installed windows into my unit and won’t contact my apartment complex back to fix their work! Yea maintenance should have check after them I don’t know why they didn’t but their poor work is causing moisture into my apartment causing black mold! This mold is ruining my furniture my shoes! And me and one of my children have asthma and we all have allergies and it’s really effecting us. The windows were not installed correctly leaving holes and cracks in the frames once again I have photos! My apartment contacted this company over a week and half ago the company won’t email them back to set up a date to have this problem fixed! Bees are coming into my unit through the huge hole they left and tried to cover with a blind! And I’m allergic! I hope either my apartment or this company can cover the medical bills if something bad happens to any of my children or myself having to live in an unhealthy environment due to this poor work quality. Plus the cost to replace anything this issue has caused!

Very poor service. If you want parts from your vehicle taken while they work on your vehicle then come here. It’s better to do the job yourself then to come to this place.

Total disrespect for customers.I ordered two sheets of glass and was told it would be ready in two days. On the third day I called and still was not ready. Day four I went to pick up and it was the wrong size. They said it would be ready 7:30 next morning so I could get it before work, but It would be $7 more for the difference is size (I agreed to cost increase). Next morning I arrive 10 minutes after opening and glass not cut. I was told by Guy#1 I would have to wait 10 minutes because like he told me yesterday it would be cut first thing in the a.m.. I said I would run up the street and be right back (trying to still get to work on time). Get back, still no glass. I told Guy#2 at desk I would go ahead and pay to speed up the process. They cant find ticket from day before! Guy#3 comes in to figure the bill. I told him what the total was and he comes up with a total $20+ higher! I tell the trio, that is not what the lady at the desk told me yesterday. Glass cutter (Guy#1) says I dont care what she said, that is the total... I already had to eat two pieces of glass! as he proceeds to walk out the door. Im steaming at this point and thinking about letting him eat four pieces of glass, but calm heads prevail and I tell them I will pay the new price so I get out out that place and to work (which I was now late for). Third guy starts looking for original bill. I tell him to check the improper sized glass and there it was... just as I said, for the price I said.No, sorry for the confusion, appreciate your business, sorry for Guy#1 attitude... nothing.

Great place to get all your glass needs auto commercial and residential

Fas-Glas had to reschedule 3 times before we could get them to the house when they said they could be there.They were asked to not only replace the windshield, but to replace the seals. The person in the office said they would. The seals were not replaced and the old ones were removed and thrown away.In the process of replacing the windshield, they broke the plastic trim pieces in such a way that they wouldnt even stay on the windshield at 35MPH and tried to hide it from us so they could make a clean get away.When approached about the situation they left us in, they at first denied that they did it. Then they said they dont replace seals (direct contradiction from the original order). Then they said they would fix it, but refused to say how. Then they threatened to call the police if I didnt leave. Then they said, sure take us to small claims court, weve been there plenty of times (not something to be proud of, but they were). Then everyone in the front office laughed at me...literally laughed at the situation.These are some of the most unprofessional and disrespectful group of people Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with.Ive contacted the better business bureau and you need to stay far, FAR away from these people!🤬Just a note: The 5 star review that they have in Yelp appears to be from the owner or family member.
