My wife was involved in a wreck with our 2021 Tacoma. Although I typically perform most of my own mechanical work, I knew this was more than I could handle. I had heard good things from friends about this business and had the Tacoma taken here. The women in the front office were very respectful and nice.I was also greeted by Dustin Gallimore who was part of the entire process. Dustin was very polite, and kept me up to date along the way. The business is also very clean and professional. Although my Tacoma ended up being a total loss, everybody I was in contact with at Larry Walker was professional and polite. Would definitely recommend!

From the second I walked in to get my quote until my work was completed I was completely satisfied with their service and professionalism! They kept me updated daily on the progress of my car whether it was a text or a phone call. Once my car was finished and I came to pick it up it looked brand new. They cleaned my car up too! Wasnt pleased with this place all the way around. First we brought my car in for repairs from a hit and run. The paint job is OK but my bumper was never really fixed still isnt snapping back into place. Secondly, we come pick up my car and a big chunk of paint was chipped off my front end. After discussion the guy says he will fix it but no warranty for his shotty work, ok? So we come back again to get my car and figure out my ceiling liner on my trunk end is falling off. I call to ask if they can fix it and I get mansplained to me that my car is old and the glue gave. I get that but they worked on my bumper and trunk so it was open and moisture caused problems while on their property and in their environment. I tried to ask if they could fix it and the degrading conversation ended with being told its not his fault or his problem. So after over 2 weeks with no car, my bumper is still not snapped on well and now my roof liner is falling. Wish I took my car somewhere else!

Took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee here after someone backed into my wife while she was parked. Jessica who works the front desk was very informative and professional. She took care of everything from talking with the other persons insurance and setting up a rental while my car was being fixed. They did an awesome job on the repairs and they were done very quickly. They also give updates every step of the way. All in all I highly recommend using this repair shop and we will definitely use this repair shop in the future.

They allowed someone to illegally pick up my truck and take it bc the truck is not in their name and their excuse was, well I go by what is on the invoice. They need to check who the truck is registered to bc the person they gave it to was not the person who owned the truck so they allowed theft and unauthorized use on my vehicle. No excuse for this. Anyone could stealYour vehicle here if they pay the repair.

My car was considered totaled by the insurance. We chose to keep it and fix it our selves. Larry Walker and sonsDidn’t put my car back together right. We can’t open the hood and it could be open before. They didn’t hook back up my horn and my air conditioner isn’t working. All the things worked before. They made excuses to my husband as to why the hood won’t open. I had hit a deer on the passenger side barely. It messed up my light and dented up the bumper. Don’t go there it isn’t a good place.

Refused to do business with this company since the new owners took over! They have fired my brother in law for no reason and refuses to pay him his last pay check!! Nicki the HR is a rude person who will be all nice to your face then when you catch her in her lies she Denys she said that!! Their work is not worth the amount they charge and half done!!

I had to have repair work done to my VW bug after it was t-boned a while back. The guys never could give me a good testament as to when the car would be finished.The new bumper that was installed was one off of another bug. I found that out once the paint started to get an orange peel look too it and started to crack. It had two other colors under it besides the color of my car.I had to take it back twice to get my fog lights replaced because water kept getting in behind the glass or they would simply fall out from poor installation. After the second time, I found someone else that could do it correctly.Do yourself a favor and find a place with better work ethic and repair skills.

Do not go here they will have your vehicle forever and push back the pick up date several times,do yourself a favor and a headache and dont go here

The guys did an outstanding job repairing my Jeep after my collision! They were also very kind and with exquisite customer service skills. Also, I received my car very clean, shinning tires, and the inside had a new car smell! I will never go anywhere else with body repair needs for my vehicle. Thanks guys!

Incompetent, unprofessional, and unacceptable work. Their poor communication skills led to an incomplete repair. The car looked like it had dabs of white out on it instead a smooth coat of paint. I would never return or refer. Absolutely horrible!I think you can see the childish behavior I dealt with below in the response. The car was brought to the shop for a full repair with no concern regarding cost. It wasn’t a scratch that was the complaint or on the bumper. The problem was after the poorly done clear coat finish wore over a period of time the dabs of touch up that were present because of poor workmanship became evident. Use extreme caution. If you have a problem later, they will not stand by their work!

I dont have Geico, and I dont have time to keep going back in forth until you guys get it right. Be happy I gave you three stars seeing how I can see sanding scratches in the base coat and the blend on the door only looks good form the top angle. I also went ahead and fixed the low quality clips that broke after a few weeks with OEM Nissan clips. Fly by night quality, and these guys could use some help from old school body men rather than focusing on turn and burn. By the way, insurance companies pay the painter to tape and paint. But you probably already know that.
