Took my 7 yr old Dyson vacuum to see if could be repaired; not working properly. Cory was very informative and while my vacuum was being inspected to determine the problem(s), Cory showed me a Ricar. The attachment hose was much easier to use then my Dyson, and extended much further. I felt this was a much better investment then throwing money into the Dyson. (in addition, a part my Dyson needed to function properly was no longer available through Dyson parts). I walked out of HOV with a new vacuum cleaner & was informed they would send me yearly e-mails reminding me of free servicing. Thanks, guys!!

Took my existing vac in for a repair. It could not be repaired and I was given an explanation as to why. Conscious of my pocketbook, I was sold a Bissell that was used as a floor model. I have a new vac with all of the attachments and Im happy.

How AWESOME is THIS place! Coming from another state my wife was flipping out because our Electrolux was in need of repair and we were new residents. We found House of Vacuums on Google. First off - Art and Cory are professionals, their store is impeccably clean. Not only was our vacuum repaired, it was completely maintenanced on the inside and cleaned on the outside. We thought our vacuum was replaced with a new vacuum but they made our existing vacuum sparkle. It works perfectly! They did an EXCELLENT job and when we turn the vacuum on, there is this wonderful scent of pine and cedar (scent beads inside the bag) which can be purchased separately on their site along with many other items if you choose. This is the place to go for a NEW vacuum OR repair/maintenance of youre existing vacuum. No waiting for weeks. VERY FAST RETURN. THANK YOU HOUSE OF VACUUMS!!!! WE WILL BE BACK!! Took Miele vacuum in for service! Mentioned the coupon they had in Triad magazine ... it had been running hot and sounding louder than usual. They fixed casing that was out of place and said motor housing was out of line. Cleaned it up on outside. Looks brand new! Runs great and works better! Thanks!

Cory serviced both my Dyson pet upright and handheld. I have two labradors and the vacuums we’re starting to smell. Cory was able to clean the machines and attachments for me. My husband and I just bought a vacuum cleaner (Miele) from House of Vacuums!!! We had the privilege of buying from Kumi. She was very sweet, and knew everything there is to know about the vacuum. She answered every question we had, and showed us every option on our vacuum. She let us try out the floor model, and it is a dream. We absolutely love it!!! We went looking for a vacuum cleaner for our husky, and she did a demo for us with the floor model... she laid out some things that get into carpets and the vacuum began to pick it up before the vacuum even went over what was on the carpet. In September 2018, I purchased Miele vacuum cleaner from the House of Vacuums on North Main Street in High Point. I had previously owned an Electrolux canister vacuum for 43 years. The people at the HOV were some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with, and the Miele machine is a fine piece of hardware. It is not only simple and efficient, but is actually fun to use. I cannot say enough nice things about the House of Vacuums, and especially Kumi Verdier, who was so nice to me the day I bought my Miele C1 Pure Suction vacuum cleaner. If I were to say more, I would simply be sucking up to the management...but the vacuum does that even better than I could! Kudos to Kumi and the staff at the HOV!

Ive been by House of Vacuums a couple times recently and both times I received excellent service. I have not yet made a vacuum purchase from them (although, as a mom of 4 kids - you can be that when the time comes to replace my current vacuum... I will definitely be going there!), but I do have Bona mop and Bona cleaning solution from them and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! My wood floors are beautiful and its so easy to use. Much easier than any other wood mop Ive used and does a much better job. But best of all, I love being able to support local business!

My vacuum kept having a lot of problems but Art kept at it until he figured out a solution. Now my nearly 20-year-old Electrolux is running like new! I would recommend House of Vacuums again and again!

I am thrilled with my new Miele vacuum. My first stop was House of Vaccums in High Point. Kumi was wonderful to listen to my needs, and demonstrate what she felt would be the best option for our home. I shopped, shopped, and shopped for a new vacuum cleaner. I agonized over the cost, but knew full well you get what you pay for. After about a week, I went back to see Kumi knowing what I needed, and the value was well worth it. After having owned a cheap vacuum for years, I decided to upgrade. Being a guy and not really knowing anything about the vacuum world I did some internet searches and found out that miele is the brand to own. The only place i could find around here that sells that brand was house of vacuums in high point. The staff was polite and professional and answered all my questions. I ended up buying a miele S series bolero and let me say that after my first cleaning it felt like I had replaced the carpet!! The vacuum is unbelievable powerfull and totally revitalized the fibers in my carpet. I was really shocked how much a really good vacuum makes a difference. (I also found out that with miele you also get a free servicing/cleaning of the vac once a year which I liked.) I always thought a cheap dirt devil would be fine but after using a miele, unless I can help it, I wont be using anything else. As far as vacuums go, from what I can see this it he place to go.

My Husband and I bought our Miele vacuum and a Royal Carpet cleaner. When we purchased these items we had looked at several brands and was not convencented that they would do the job we wanted. We had a Rainbow vac and carpet cleaner and I hated it dragging the canister around. We where told by a friend to stop intoHouse of Vacuum that they had purchased a Miele vac. and Loved it. We wasgreeted by the owner and I explained that I have 6 yorkies in my house I need agood vac. and cleaner. She answered all the questions we had and we purchased a Miele vac. and a Royal carpet cleaner. I have been useing my vac. and carpet cleaner for over a year now and I love them. I would tell anyone that needs a vac or cleaner to go to House of Vacuum they are honest, and very helpful in your floor needs.
