My insurance gave me a huge list of companies that were in my network that I could receive a breast pump from. It was hard for me to choose a company with so many options. I finally chose Lucina Care and I regrated it after 2 minutes on the phone with the customer service lady. She did not speak good English, she had no clue what I was saying the whole time. Every time she asked me a question I had to answer it at least three times and spell all of my answers multiple times. I was getting very frustrated. I hope that my address is put in correctly....
