Right after the COVID-19 global pandemic took hold, I broke my glasses. My prescription had expired but my scheduled appointment was canceled by my regular eye doc. I called around desperate to try and get in somewhere as I was using an old pair that was like 3-4 scripts ago, so half blind here. Dawn and Donna got me in and were able to read the script from my old lenses and was able to order me a new pair. The pair cost half of what I expected, compared to my previous pair. I told them I would be switching over to their care and my hubby too. I got my husband in for an appointment and he was able to get an exam for new glasses and contacts to update his prescription. Super reasonable costs on the new lenses for his glasses. I was able to get in this month for an eye exam to get new glasses and I was able to be fitted for contacts for the first time in my life. Sawn took her time to train me on their use. I started my wearing schedule and on day two I irritated my eyes something fierce trying to get them i. That morning and then later in the afternoon, I couldn’t for the life of me get either of them out. I was able to call Dawn and get in their within an hour or so and she walked me through the training and helped me get them out. I’m still working on practicing getting them in and out. I will always use their office for all my eyes are needs. Don’t tell hubby, but I have another pay of glasses on layaway there!!!

I bought a pair of Oakley eyeglasses from them. They look great and fit good. I recommend the crizal coating it keeps the glasses from getting smudged and reduces the glare when driving at night. They had really good customer service. This is the third pair of glasses I have bought from them and I would shop there again.

Well once again I find another place that is not handicapped accessible. After a lengthy drive to get here I was told that I must transfer from my wheelchair to the eye exam chair. That would be great if I could, but I cannot on my own. Then the lady wants to know how I drove here. I had to explain that I drove from my wheelchair. Then she wants to find me a another eye doctor. Well that defeats the point, my frames came from here so I loose the warranty. They sure didn’t address this issue. I cannot stand business who do this to paralyzed people. Thanks for nothing.

Eye doctor got my prescription wrong. Prescription made me physically sick due to being too strong. Could not get my money refunded. They will only agree to remake my lens but I had to go somewhere else to get another eye exam and correct prescription in order to get the lens at the lower strength. TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Since then bought a pair of perscription sunglasses as well as have a frame that i dropped one too many times fixed/replaced. Communication and service has been a delight in all my encounters. Ordered one box of left, one box of right. Only lefts came. No phone number anywhere on their web site. Found their number by googling them, but only had an answering machine.As of now they have my money but I only have 1/2 the order and no direct means of reaching them.Have to consider this to be a scam outfit.

The post office lost my contact order. I attempted to follow up but was surprised that Ashley also contacted my local post office as well(which is something she really did not have to do).The contacts were still missing more than two weeks later. I have a very strong prescription so the lenses are quite expensive and to pay a second time would have been a hardship.Ashley helped put in a second order at no added cost and requested a rush for me.Eyemaxx is a great co to deal with and Ashley is a great asset. Keep up the great job!

Im not really sure how to rate them...My experience was strange. The ladies at the desk were super helpful and friendly but the doctor was so strange! The doctor went on a rant that lasted longer than it took him to check my eyes. It made me very uncomfortable. Will be going some where else next time.

If you need glasses either prescription, sunglasses. This is the place to shop Friendly very knowledgeable staff. Bought a pair of Costas from them few yrs back. Went to them to get another pair few weeks ago. Ordered the pair I wanted. Had them on my head 2 days later. Wife bought a pair of Raybans from a local retailer, didnt get what she was told she was buying. She returned them and the ladies at Eyemaxx took great care of her needs. Look no further for you eye needs than this store. Awesome Awesome Awesome!!!

The problem with EyeMaxx is that they tack on hidden fees without telling you, or state they told you, better yet that they gave you a discount due to you purchasing 2 frames( which you did not, and the discount was due to your insurance). I was not worried about the fees being added, until I found out later that same day, that the same thing had happened to my daughter and to a friend of mine. Same store, same cost, and same response that they told you about this fee, it was in with the quote. My daughters fee was 20.00 more that the amount she was suppose to pay. This bothers me deeply. In a time where so many of us have so little money to spend. What are we to do? Does it seem that everyone is out to make that extra buck no matter the consequences? Does the future hold little hope for those that still want to believe in mankind and good will towards others? Pay Attention!!

They advertised having my frames available however they did not. I never received my order. I called them and they did not return my call when I inquired about my frames. Horrible service! Avoid this business.

The reason I did was because I was next door, & because I desperately needed a pair of contacts I decided to walk in to see if they would have the kind I needed & to check the price. Like I said I had never been hear before & hadnt heard anything about this place.I usually go to Lens Crafters to buy my contacts, but after this visit (on March 7th 2016) I can honestly say that from now on the only place that Ill be going to buy my contacts (and when I buy contacts I generally buy cleaning solution as well and some times eye drops that are made for contacts) is this location because not only did I like the price but the lady ( I wished I could remember her name) that assisted me was very friendly and helpful.
